I missed you so much.

Yes, my Exams are over... it has been 15 days now... got a little lazy...you know how we get after giving all the exams... like just returned back from a big fight😂.

I'll not promise for regular update... because it's my last year of PG...I had to focus more on studies.
But I'll try for weekly updates.

After cleaning the table, Naina was in the kitchen doing the dishes.
But her mind was still thinking about Sunaina.
"Waha par kya ho raha hoga? Sunaina ki family... Sameer ki family."

Naina was thinking about the worst scenario.... What if this normal, small dinner turned out to be the beginning of relationship between these two families.
Ignoring these thoughts, Naina said to herself,
"Tu bhi kya Naina? Dinner hi toh hai... Shaant reh."

Just then, Pralay came there. He saw her sister talking to herself. With a little giggle, he said,
"Khud se baat karne wale logon ko ... Pagal  hai kehte hai."

Naina glanced at him and with a small smirk, she said, "Chup-chupkr dusro ki baaton ko sunna bad manners kehte hai."

Suddenly, furrowing her eyebrows, she asked,
"Tumhe toh sona chahiye... Taiji bhi kamre mein hi hai... Tum yaha? Taiji ko pata hai?"

Pralaya shook his head and said, "Mummy mujhe sulate sulate khud so gyi... Isliye main chupke se aagya."

Naina chuckled and washed her hands...she checked around the kitchen and smiled with a sigh... all work was done.
She looked at Pralay, who was patiently waiting for him.

Naina smiled and genty patted his cheek.
"Pralay... Subha school hai... Chalo so jaao."

He grabs her hand softly and said,with a sad pout, "Naina didi... Main aapke sath so jao. Mummy kharante leti hai...mujhe neend nahi aati unke pass."

Her eyes softened, she kneel down to his level and said,
"Pralay... Main mana nahi karna chahti par taiji gussa karengi aur-"

"Idea... Aap subha jkdi uth jaate ho... Mujhe bhi utha dena...main wapis room mein chala jaunga."
Pralay idea was convincing but she was still sacred of Taiji's anger.

Taiji had always tried to kept Pralay away from Naina, because she thought... Naina's bad luck... her company... will bring only bad fortune to her child. Her thinking that something bad will happen to jis son... If he stayed close to Naina.
But unknown to Taiji, Pralay himself took the first step towards Naina.

Naina still remembers that day, when as usual Taiji had hurted her.
Sitting on sofa, she was applying cream on her hand... when a small hand wiped her tears.

Naina looked at the person... A 3yr old Pralay was standing before her, with a concerned look on his face.
She passed a small smile and said in a childish tone,
"Pralay... Kya hua? Kuch chahiye aapko?"

Pralay shook his head and said in a cute way,
"Ooi... Ooi hogayi."

Before Naina could say something, Pralay slightly bows down and kiss on her hand.
Then showing her innocent smile, he said,
"Ab ooi... Nahi hogi."

Naina eyes got filled with tears, she smiled and spread her arms... asking for a hug.
Pralay giggled and immediately hugged her.

From that day, both brother and sister shared a lovely bond. After her brother Arjun, Pralay was the one who truly treated Naina like a family member.

"Please Naina didi."
Pralay's voice bring Naina out of her thoughts.
Pulling his cheek gently, she said, "Accha... Theek hai."

Pralay smiled happily and holds her hand.
Naina smiled and both goes to her room.

Laying down on the bed, Naina cover him with blanket and after kissing him on his. forehead, she said,
"Chalo so jao... No masti."

He giggled and closes his eyes. She smiled and lays down beside him.
Her mind was continuously thinking about Sunaina.
"Kya karu? Baar-baar yahi khayal aa raha ki Sunaina aur uski family achanak se Sameer ke ghar jaana."

She sighed heavily, and again thought,
"Shayad main kuch zyada hi soch rahi hoon... Main kal school mein Sameer se milne hi wali hoon... main puchne hi koshish karungi... Kya hua dinner par?"

Pralay turned towards Naina and asked, "Naina didi... Aap Salman khan ke baarein mei soch rahe."

Naina playfully narrowed her eyes and said,"Tumhe sone ko kaha tha na."

He didn't listen and again asked, "Naina didi, mujhe aapke dost se milna hai... Kab milwaoge?"

"Pralay..."
She said in a warning tone.
Whereas, Pralay said pleadingly, "Naina didi."

"Jald hi milwaungi ... Okay. Abhi so jaao."
Naina said with a smile. Both closes her eyes and tries to sleep.

However, Sunaina and Sameer thought wasn't leaving her mind. Suddenly, she felt Pralay poking her arm.
"Aap Salman khan ki wajah se pareshan ho."

Naina opens her eyes and said annoyingly, "Nahi, chipkali ki wajah se."

Pralay immediately throws the blanket away and stood up. He frantically looked around the room and asked,
"Chipkali! Kahan hai... Kidhar?"

Naina chuckled and gently grabbing his hand, "Idhar aao, yaha nhi hai chipkali."

He sighed with relief and again lies down.
"Toh phir?"

Naina, with an angry, said, "School mein hai... Ek chipkali... Bohat pareshan karti hai."
Pralay looked a little concerned, he immediately came up with an idea.
"Aap apne Salman Khan ko bolo... Wo uss chipkali ko bhaga dega."

"Chipkali uske peeche hi padi hai...ab toh mujhe hi usko bhagana padega."
Naina said ina determined voice.

On the other hand, Deepika was showing the swimming pool area of her house excitedly.

"Wow! Itna bada swimming pool hai... Deepika!"
Sunaina said dramatically.
Deepika giggled and goes near the swimming pool.
"Haa! Mujhe bhi bohat pasand hai. Sameer bhaiya, main, Rahul bhaiya... Hum sab kabhi-kabhi sunday ko yaha pr hi picnic karte hai... Swimming karte hai."

Quirking her eyebrow, Sunaina asked "Aapko Swimming aati hai?"

Crouching down beside the pool, playing with water, Deepika shook her head and said,
"Nahi... Abhi Swimming nahi aati. Par main jald hi sikh lungi. Aapko aati hai?"

Sunaina smirked and look at the pool. She gritted her teeth and thought,
"Mere aur Sameer ke beech aana ka bohat shauk hai... Tum ko raaste se hatana hi hoga... Warna main apne Sameer ke kareeb nahi jaa paungi."

"Haa mujhe swimming aati hai."
She said and suddenly grabbed Deepika's arm.
Deepika was surprised for a moment. She asked,
"Kya hua?"

Sunaina glared at her and said, "Aao tumhe ek training ka lesson de deti hu."

Deepika saw an evil glint in her eyes, she got scared. With widened eyes, she tries to get rid of her hold.
"Mujhe... Mujhe nahi sikhna."

Sunaina held her arm more tightly, making that little girl wince in pain.

"Bohat manmani karti ho, haina... Tumhe kya lagta hai... tum koi rajkumari ho... Huh. Jo kahogi... Jaisa chahogi... Wahi hoga. Aisa nahi hota... Deepu."

Deepika shivered and said, "Choro mujhe... Sameer bhaiya bachao."

Sunaina narrowed her eyes and thought, "Sameer... Sameer. Jab dekho mere aur Sameer ke beech aa jaati hai. Isko sabak sikhana hi padega... Taaki aaj ke baad mere saamne aane se pehle tum sau baar socho."

Deepika was still struggling...she looked here and there for help. She was almost at the end of swimming pool.
Sunaina slightly pushes her backward.

"Chor du, Deepika... Chor du tumhe."
She said, loosing her hold.
Deepika tightly holds her hand and said,
"Sunaina Didi, main gir jaungi. Mujhe darr lag raha hai."
Tears had started falling out from her eyes,

"Darr kyu rahi ho... Deepika? Tumhe kya lagta hai main tumhe gira dungi."
Sunaina said, slightly loosing her hold.
Deepika grasped her hand...with her small hands.

With a frustrating sigh, Sunaina rolled eyes and pulls Deepika toward herself... making her stand properly.
She tightened her hold and said furiously, "Ab suno... Agar aaj jaise swimming lesson phir nahi chahiye... Toh mujhse thoda tameez ze pesh aaya karo aur... sabse zaroori baat mere aur Sameer jab baat kare tab tum bilkul chup rahogi. Samjhi."

Deepika wiped her tears and said in a complaining tone, "Nahi! Nahi... Main... Main Sameer bhaiya ko bata dungi. Aap... Aap bohat buri ho....main... Sab kuch bata dungi."

Sunaina again grabbed her hand, just then she saw Sameer and Rahul coming towards the swimming pool area.

She smirked and looked at Deepika, who was again started struggling.

Rahul and Sameer were talking towards swimming pool.

"Dekhna Sameer bhaiya...Deepu, pakka Sunaina ko swimming pool dikhane le gayi hogi."

Sameer chuckled with a nod. Going a little near to swimming pool area, Rahul said,
"Dekha jaisa kaha tha."
He looked at them and said curiously, "Par dono baat kya kar rahe hai?"

Sameer looked amazed and said, "Deepu... Sunaina se baat kar rahi hai... Ye thode tajub ki baat hai."

With a confused look, Rahul said, "Kyu?"

Sameer smiled and answered, "Main Deepu ko jaanta hu, Rahul... Uski choti-choti baaton ko samjhta hoon... woh Sunaina ko jyada pasand nahi karti hai."

Sameer for the first day knew Deepika didn't liked Sunaina... the way she acts around her...didn't go unnoticed by him.
Just then, Rahul said,
"Accha! Tabhi Deepu mehaman aane ki baat se thoda gussa kar rahi thi... woh gussa Sunaina ke liye tha."
He then glanced at the two girls and continued, "Par bhaiya, ab dono mein shayad sulha ho gayi hai... Dek-"

Before Rahul could complete his words, they saw Sunaina falling into the pool.

Both the boys was stunned for a moment,  they came to their senses, when Sunaina shouted for help.
Both ran towards the pool...Deepika immediately hugs Rahul whereas, Sameer tries to give his hand to Sunaina,
"Sunaina, mera hath pakdo...Sunaina!"

Sunaina deliberately avoided taking his hand, she wanted Sameer to come inside the pool. She again started her act of drowning.
"Sameer...Sameer."

On the other hand, seeing no other option, Sameer jumped into the pool. Sunaina immediately clinged to him...with her acting of gasping for air.
"Sa... Sameer."

Sameer, didn't care about anything, he just wanted Sunaina to be safe.
Rahul came forward and helped both of them to came out of the pool.

Sunaina started coughing, Sameer rubbed her back and said,
"Relax Sunaina... Tum theek ho."

After some time, when Sameer saw Sunaina was looking fine... he suddenly realised that she was so close to him. With both of there clothes fully wet... Sameer was feeling uncomfortable as Sunaina was totally clinging onto him.
He pursed his lips, thinking she must be feeling scared... Or she must be in shock.

After taking a few deep breath, Sunaina slowly said,
"Thankyou Sameer.... Tum nahi hote toh... toh-"

Sameer didn't let her complete and gently said, "Toh kuch nahi hota, Sunaina. Ab ek dost dusre dost ki madad nahi karega toh kaun karega?"

Rahul ran inside and hurriedly brings towel for both of them.
Sameer takes the towel and wraps it around Sunaina, who wasn't letting him go.

Everyone also came out looking worried.
Sejal ran and goes towards her daughter.
"Sunaina... Sunaina."

Sameer saw this as an opportunity and immediately stood up.
Sejal sat beside her and asked,
"Kya hua? Tum.... Tum swimming pool mein kaise... Tumhe toh Swim-"

Before Sejal could finish her word, Sunaina said,
"Mom, main theek hoon. Don't worry...Sameer ne mujhe bacha liya."

Her mother looked at Sameer and then again at her. She understood everything and didn't said anything further.
Vishakha too came forward and asked worriedly,
"Sunaina beta... Tum theek ho na?"

Taking help of her mother, Sunaina stood up.
"Ji aunty... Main theek hoon."

"Aao undar chalo."
Sejal and Vishakha both helped Sunaina and took her inside.

Mahendra still looked worried for her daughter... Vivek patted his back and said,
"Sunaina theek hai... Mahendra ji. Aap chinta mat kijiye."

As Mahendra nodded, Nanu sternly looked at the boys and said, "Sameer tum bhi jakar change kar lo...aur living room mein aao... Mujhe tum dono se baat karni hai."

Sameer and Rahul looked at each other. Whereas Rahul looked a little scared... Sameer blinked his eyes in assurance.

Everyone was present in th living room, except Sunaina's family. They were in the guest room... taking care of their daughter.

Vishakha asked angrily, "Kaise hua yeh sab? Agar... Agar Sunaina ko kuch ho jaata toh-"

Deepika flinched hearing her mother shouting. Vivek noticed it and goes toward her. He holds her hand and said,
"Vishakha relax... Dekho Deepu darr rahi hai."

He sighed and looked at his son.
"Sameer, Rahul... Tum dono kaha the...dhyaan dena chahiye tha. Yeh sab kaise hogaya?"

Rahul pursed his lips and answered, "Pata nahi, Nanu. Main aur Sameer bhaiya garden mein the... Hum Swimming pool ki taraf hi aa hi rahe the ki humne dekha... Sunaina achanak pool mein gir gayi."

"Sunaina wahan akele thi?"
Nanu asked.
Rahul shook his head and said, "Deepu thi sath mein."
Everyone looked at Deepika, who hides behind Vivek.

With a tensed look, Vishakha asked, "Kya hua tha Deepu? Sunaina pool mein kaise gir gayi?"

The little girl got scared... she was still in shock. Her innocent mind... can't believe that someone could pull an act like this. Someone could lie to this extent.
Moreover, whatever Sunaina said to her...the way she threatened her. Everything resulted in having a deep impact on that innocent girl mind.

Sameer noticed her little sister behaviour......he want to stop this... he knew Deepika was getting scared.
After recovering from her trauma...she always looked so cheerful... but today, after three years, she looked terrified.
Sameer clenched his fist...he just wanted his little sister to be away from all this matter.

Whereas, Deepika bravely tried to tell everything truthfully... whatever happened. She said in a stuttering tone,
"Mum... Mummy... Woh... Woh... Sunaina didi... Woh-"

But before she could complete, someone said,"Main batati hoon."
Everyone looked at the source of voice. That was Sunaina, with a sad expression...she stood there. She was now wearing a brown jacket... hiding her wet clothes.

Vishakha came up to her and said, "Aree Sunaina... Tum aaram karo beta."

"Nahi aunty main theek hoon. Thankyou."
Sunaina said with a small smile.
She, then looked at Deepika and continued, "Aunty...main jab se Deepika se mili hu tab se mujhe lagta tha ki shayad Deepika ko main pasand nahi hoon... Isliye aaj jab Deepika ne khud dosti ka hath aage badhaya toh main bohat khush ho gayi thi... Par-"

Inwardly smiling, she continued with fake sadness,  "Sorry Deepika... Main jaanti hoon tum nahi chahti ki sab ko yeh pata chale. Par yeh tumhari bhalai ke liye sahi hai. Main nhi chahti ki bhavishya mein tumse koi bhool ho jaaye."

Everyone looked at her curiously. What could be the matter that was related to Deepika and her future?

Nanu asked impatiently, "Kya hua Sunaina beta? Kya baat hai?"

Controlling her smile, she pretended to be nervous.
"Woh... Woh Nanu..."

But before she could say, Sejal came out of the room and said harshly,
"Deepika ne Sunaina ko pool mein dhakka diya tha."

So, that was it...I had to read my whole story again... lost the track of it. 😅😅😅😅😅
