(MATT'S POV)

I followed Mr.Sanders to a classroom that had a very decorative door. He opened the door and I saw five boys and five girls. They were all reading, talking and were unaware that we had entered the classroom. Mr.Sanders closed the door quietly and coughed. All of the kids looked and immediately started smiling.

"Everyone I want you to meet the newest member of our classroom family. This is Matthew Larusso."

"Hello Matthew."

I smiled at everyone. They all seemed so nice and kind. I can't wait to make some new friends. Mr.Sanders clapped his hands and and everyone looked up smile.

"I want you all to stand up and introduce yourselves and say your age."

The first boy to introduce himself had dark skin, a black afro and black eyes. He was wearing jeans and a red shirt and black boots.

"My name is Michael Andrew and I am 13."

The second boy had extremely curly red hair, peach skin, dimples all across his face and green eyes. He was wearing blue overalls with a red and yellow plaid shirt and brown boots.

"My name is Henry Wood and I am 12."

The third boy had short blonde hair, pale skin and blue eyes stood up. He was wearing green shorts, a green and white striped shirt with brown sneakers.

"My name is David Seal and I am 11."

The fourth boy had tan skin, long brown hair and brown eyes stood up. He was wearing black leather pants, a red shirt, a leather jacket and leather boots.

"My name is Conner Dean and I am 13."

The last boy had dark skin, curly hair and brown eyes. He was wearing jeans shorts, a Spiderman T-shirt and blue sneakers.

"My name is Andre Scot and I am 10."

I smiled at the boys and then turned towards the girls. The first girl to stand up had long blonde hair that was in a ponytail, light blue eyes and pale skin. She was wearing a long pink dress and pink shoes.

"My name is Samantha Evans and I am 14."

The second girl had short curly black hair, green eyes and olive skin. She was wearing a knee-length white skirt, a white sweater and white shoes.

"My name is Stephanie Owens and I am 13."

The third girl had dark skin, black braids and brown eyes. She was wearing a knee-length purple dress and purple shoes.

"My name is Sofia Stone and I am 12."

The fourth girl had long red hair in two braids, rosy skin and blue eyes. She was wearing a long jean skirt, a dark blue shirt, a bedazzled long sleeve jean jacket and blue shoes.

"My name is Diane Summers and I am 11."

The last girl had tan skin, brown eyes and long straight brown hair. She was wearing a long green dress that had a orange cat on it and brown shoes.

"My name is Sarah Dawn and I am 10."

I smiled at everyone here. I knew that I was going to love it here. I felt so happy.

"Okay Matthew, now that everyone has introduced themselves why don't you do the same."

"Okay. My name is Matthew Larusso and I am 10."

"That's very good Matthew. Why don't you go take a seat next to Andre and we'll begin our day today."

I nodded and walked towards my seat. I sat down and looked at Andre. He smiled at me. Mr Sanders clapped his hands together and the whole class gave him their attention.

"Okay clas today we will be learning two things today. We will be learning multiple step word problems and trick questions. Are you all excited for today?"

"Yes we are Mr.Sanders."

"That's excellent. Now let's get started on a wonderful day ahead of us."

We all cheered and laughed. I took one last moment and looked around the classroom and smiled. I can't wait to tell mom and Daniel about today.
