Kane Lazarus has made it to his old Hell, the PPDC, to pitch his idea, that could save the world...

"Mr Lazarus," says one of the officials, "It has been brought to our attention that you claim that you have a easier and safer way, to clean up these Kaiju toxins?" says the official, with a scolding look on the screens, "Yes, you see, since my past few years with working in the Kaiju Lab, learning that all the Kaiju seem to have the same Cell structures, and yet be classified differently, the thing that we all seem to have the problem is, that the Kaiju that are sent here, are toxic, they pollute our world, poison it to make it habitable for their creators, but since my early retirement, I have started on a rather peculiar experiment." says Kane, as he reaches his hand into his coat pocket and pulls out a vile of Kaiju blood, "This here, is Kaiju Blood, also known as Kaiju Blue, highly toxic," beside him something in a small metal cage was moving, and it seemed rather impatient and starving, "So I created these." says Kane as he removes the tarp, showing a small, pug sized Slattern was in the cage, "This is my creation, I call him Kraken, he is a small Slattern." says Kane as he releases Kraken from the cage, who immediately jumps into Kane's arms, Kane then unscrews the vile that contains the Kaiju Blood, and brings it close to Scunner, who immediately starts to... drink it. "And what does this show exactly?" says another official, "Simple, I have modified these Kaiju, to eat and dispose of the toxins, in a harmless way, these ones don't produce the dangerous toxins that plague us, in fact," he presses a button, showing something on all of their screens, "This shows the pollution in the water right where my lab is, before I made these Kaiju, during that time, I quickly barricaded the toxins, and then a few weeks later, I made my Kaiju, and this happened," he presses another button showing that the toxic area in the water, was clean, no toxins remained, "They have eaten and drank the toxins up, and started to work on the bones that kept a little amount of traces, until everything was clean." says Kane, which brought some amazement from the officials, silence was in the room, as they all then made up their minds, and pressed the, APPROVED button, "Thank you, you all won't regret this, I promise." says Kane, as he smiles, and carries Kraken back outside, and says in his head, "Ungrateful for my discovery...." he lifts Kraken up and looks into his eyes, "Whose a good boy?" says Kane, which equals a soft screech from Kraken, translated as I am.
