A statue of many Heisei Kamen Rider was placed on a wasteland. At the middle of it, there's a statue of a boy.

It is the statue of Yuzuriha Mirai, the first transformation in his stance.

Then a figure with black and gold armor with red visor walk near it.

That person was King of Time and King of Kamen Rider...

The world most supreme and evilest overload of all time...

Oma Zi-O.

As he stop in front of the statue, the look at a large army. The army charge toward him with their weapons in their hands.

Everyone: Charge!!

As they get close to him, Oma Zi-O raise his hand and everything went chaos. They all defeated without even getting hit by them.

Then missiles come from the sky but Oma Zi-O raise his hand again and the missiles stop.

Then a group of Time Mazine went and attack him. But every single one of them can't even land a scratch on him.

He move his hand and everything stop.

Oma Zi-O: You fools could never defeat me. And do you know why? Because I was born to be a king.

He move his hand and erase the whole army, missile and Time Mazine like it was nothing.

But... in the past, his younger self has to determined if he wanted to be a king who saves the world... or the overlord who destroys everything.

A high school boy named Yuzuriha Mirai. He is holding his bike while walking and he is looking at his phone. It's about the terrorist attack that happened last night.

Mirai: Again with this?

Then he log out and press the gallery app. He look at one of the picture when he still a kid with his parents and his older sister.

Mirai: Mom and dad died years ago... and where you are now, nee-san?

???: You still thinking about being a king?

He look up and turn. He saw his friend, Ouma Shuu.

Mirai: Oh, Shuu. What?

Shuu: Are seriously want to be a king?

Mirai: Of course. I want to be a king and return this country to it's fabulous time.

Shuu: *sigh* You know that even this, kids doesn't even think of becoming a king? Are still in your fantasy?

Mirai: Like I said, I want to become the king. And after that, I'll make you the prime minister.

Shuu: Geez... I didn't even know why I talk to you...

Mirai: Because we're friends... Right, senpai?

Shuu: Whatever. You got high grades but still think like this.

At school, they having a normal class. But the area around Japan, are not like the old times.

Right now, Japan operates as a "quasi-independent" nation. Ten years ago, the Apocalypse Virus pandemic wreaked havoc on this country, and they relied on an unbelievable amount of help from other countries. Even now, they're still dependent on them. Japan's foundation are barely holding together. They hear it every day... "We can't leave this to you." "You don't have the power to protect the important person to you." But is this the right thing to do?

After school, Mirai went to get his bike and ride it home.

While riding the bike he stops as he heard rumbling. He look in front of him and saw tanks and soldiers moving to the right.

After they completely moved, he continue his ride and walk to the path to move up.

As he at the middle of the path, a man with black clothes and holding a book. 

???: Congratulation.

Mirai: Huh?

???: According to this book, today will be a very special day for you. But you should beware the red robot.

Mirai: Sure...

His bicycle bell rings. He look back to the man and saw his gone.

Mirai: What...?

He went up the path and look around. The man completely gone.

Mirai: Where did he go?

Time Mazine!

As the look at the right, a huge red robot appear and step of the fence bending it.

Mirai: What the...? A robot...?

The robot triest to grab him making him fall.

???: I've finally found you... Oma Zi-O!

He quickly ride his bicycle and rode away.

Mirai: What the heck is this?!

???: You won't get away!

The robot change it's form transport mode and chase Mirai. He riding away from the robot while no one even notice about it.

Then he hit a rock and fall of the bike and groan in pain.

???: I've got you!

Mirai grab his bag and take out a watch like device. He activate it and point it at the robot making it shine.

The robot user cover his eyes. As the light goes out, he look for Mirai but he's gone.

???: Crap!

Time Skip

Mirai coutinue to run and put the device back into his bag. As soon as he feels the robot ot far away from him, he stops and sit on the bench.

Mirai: Thank goodness...

???: Excuse me?

Mirai look up and saw a girl with white clothes.

???: Are you Yuzuriha Mirai?

Mirai: Um... Yes...

Tsukuyomi: I'm Tsukuyomi. Mind if I have talk with you?

Mirai: Sure.

She sit next to him and talk.

Tsukuyomi: I've come from the year of 2069. The reigning lord of time, Oma Zi-O, has persecuted our people, and created a world devoid of all hope. We chose to stand against him. But he's too strong. One of my comrade decided to come to the past in order to change history, by killing you.

Mirai: But just in case, do you got the right guy?

Then Tsukuyomi check her pad and read the information about Mirai.

Tsukuyomi: Yuzuriha Mirai. Born in 25th December 2023, 16 years old. You live alone after the incident with your family 10 years ago. You a genius that can fix anything and you usually help people that needed help.

Mirai: Wow, you get info just using that thing. You're really come from the future...

Tsukuyomi: You believe me?

Mirai: Of course. I can see the way you say it you didn't lie. And the pad was twenty years ahead.

Tsukuyomi: You know what you're saying.

Mirai: But one question, how did I become the Oma Zi-O you talking about?

Tsukuyomi: The first step is that you must obtain a watch like device.

Mirai: Watch like device?

He quickly grab his bag and open it. He take out something and show it to her.

Mirai: You mean like this?

He show her the Zi-O Ridewatch. It makes Tsukuyomi really suprised.

Tsukuyomi: The watch already have power! How?

Mirai: Well... when I receive it, it change into this after I touch it.

Tsukuyomi: But it happen so fast...

Mirai: You're saying with this I'll become Oma Zi-O?

Tsukuyomi: Right. You need to get rib of it.

Mirai: But... this watch is the only thing I have now. If you said that it have power, I should be able to use this to search for my sister.

Tsukuyomi: You're... sister?

Mirai: Yeah. She went missing ten years ago when the Apocalypse starts. I've been searching for her ever since then.

Tsukuyomi: Good luck on doing that. But remember, don't use that watch at all cause.

She stand up and a machine appear in front of them.

Time Mazine!

Mirai: Whoa! What is this?!

Tsukuyomi: The Time Mazine. The one that we use to travel through times. See ya.

She went into the machine and activate it. Then the machine fly into a portal.

Mirai just look at his Ridewatch and think of the cause that will happen if he use it.

Mirai: I'm going to be... an overlord?

Meanwhile, at a solo training area, a boy is playing basketball. He throw the ball into the net but it's bounce away. He chase the ball but he saw a car is about to hit him.

Boy: Aaaaaaaahhh...!!

But then the car stopped by a boy in blue clothes.

???: I'm choosing you.

Boy: What...? What just happened?!

???: Originally, the history states that you were hit by that car just now.

The boy appear behind him.

???: But if you contract with me...

Boy: You'll save me?

???: Precisely.

Then the he took out a blank Ridewatch and show it to the boy.

???: What's you decision?

Boy: Alright... I'll contract.

The boy take the Ridewatch. Then the watch turn into a Build watch but in monster look.

???: You're smart boy.

Then he use his power and make the car in front of them hit another car at the side.

???: Starting now, you're Kamen Rider Build.

He press the button.

Build!

He insert the Ridewatch into the boy's body and the boy transform into Another Build.

After that, he start attacking people. While walking, he met a bunch of atlets and take them as his power.

Back at Mirai, he's walking home while looking at his Ridewatch.

Mirai(In mind): I'm going to be a king... but a king that'll destroy this world? That is kinda unbelieveable.

Then he a bunch of military vehicles came from the abandoned part of his school.

Mirai: What was that all about?

???: Aaaah! Monster!

Mirai: Huh?

He saw many people running away from the center area where there's also a park there.

Mirai: What is going on there?

He ran toward the area and saw Another Build is attacking people. Most of the people he attack are atlets. He is holding two atlets.

He throw them to the ground and take out two blank Fullbottles. Then he twist the cap and point it at them, absorbing them into the bottles.

Another Build: Tennis... Karate... Best Match janai...

Mirai: Hey, what are you doing?!

Another Build turn around and saw Mirai.

Mirai: Wait, he look like Kamen Rider Build... the one that I always watch on TV.

Another Build: Inventor... Don't have Best Match...

Mirai: Give those people back!

He ran and punch Another Build. But his fist caught by him and Mirai was thrown away.

Mirai: Ow...!

Another Build: Don't get in my way, Yuzuriha.

Mirai stand up and look at Another Build. The voice is quite dark tone but he recognise it.

Mirai: You're... Houki...? What happened?!

Another Build: With this power and can become a complete atlet that cannot be rivaled. You said that you cannot give up on your dreams.

Mirai: But attacking people is wrong! That's not the Houki that I know!

Another Build: Shut up! I will do anything so I can be the greatest atlet in history!

Mirai: Then I will stop you!

Another Build: Fine. I shall end you here and now.

He ran toward him but only get to be blocked by a shot. They look where the shot came from and saw Tsukuyomi point her Faiz Phone, in blaster mode, at Another Build.

Another Build: Another nuisanse? Get out of my way!

He attack Tsukuyomi but she able to dodge and shoot him.

Tsukuyomi: *look at Mirai* Get out of here! I'll handle him!

Mirai stand and took out the Zi-O Ridewatch. Tsukuyomi saw that Mirao still have that watch.

Tsukuyomi: Get rib of that watch!

But Mirai ignore it.

Tsukuyomi: That's enough nonsense about become a king!

Then Another Build attack with energy basketball but it got shot before hitting her.

Mirai: It's not nonsense, I want to be a king! I want to make the world a better place! I want to make people happy! When I think of that, there's no other choice but to be a king!

???: Yes.

He turn to the side and saw the black clothes man from before.

Tsukuyomi: Woz...? What are you doing here?!

Woz: Zi-O's power is unrivaled throughout time. *he remove his hood* Use that power and the world, including the past and the future, will be yours to shape.

Mirai: But if I do, won't I become the most evil overlord of all time?

Tsukuyomi: Which you shouldn't! Don't bring the evil!

Mirai: But I don't see anything evil is happening to me! There's might be something that make me into Oma Zi-O in the future... in order to be a king, I must accept this power! I'll become the overlord that being happiness and proctect everyone!

Then Woz went to the side while kneeling down and holding a royal pillow with a belt on it.

Woz: Waga Maoh, this is for you. You should know how to use it.

Mirai took it and place it at his waist.

Ziku Driver!

He turn the watch and it show the face of Zi-O. He press the watch' button.

Zi-O!

He insert it at the right side part and press the button on the belt. A hologram of clock appear behind him and he enter his transformation stance.

Mirai: Henshin!

He spin the belt 360 degress.

Rider Time! Kamen Rider Zi-O!!!

He transform into the 20th Heisei Kamen Rider, Zi-O.

Woz open his book and begin his annoucement.

Woz: Iwae! He is the heir to the power of all Riders. The lord of time, travelling beyond time and space to reign over past and future...  His name is Kamen Rider Zi-O, and you have born witness to the dawn of his advent.

Tsukuyomi: Oh no...

Zi-O: I think... I can do this!

He dash toward Another Build and punch him at the chest making him fly away.

Zi-O: Wow...!

Another Build fall to the ground. Zi-O ran toward him and able to fight with him perfectly without getting hurt easily.

Another Build: What is this power?!

He quickly stand up and summon a basketball and throw it at Zi-O.

Zi-O: Whoa!

He dodge the basketball but get hit and fall to the ground.

Zi-O: Ow...

He kneel up and a kanji word came out from his belt. It change into a sword.

Zikan Girade! Ken!

Zi-O: Is this...? A sword...?

Another Build throw many basketball at Zi-O. Zi-O deflect the first one and press the trigger at the sword. He able to cut the other balls that head toward.

He slash Another Build several times and making him fall. He summon another basketball and jumped.

Zi-O take the Zi-O Ridewatch from his belt and insert it at his sword.

Finish Time!

He jump toward Another Build and press the trigger.

Zi-O! Giri Giri Slash!!!

He slash Another Build causing him to explode. Houki turn back to normal and fall behind bushes, unconcious. Zi-O land and look at his sword and himself.

Zi-O: Awesome...!

???: Looks like you couldn't change the history.

Then the guy from the Time Mazine that attack him early, Myokuoin Geiz, show up.

Geiz: Why did you choose to become an overlord?!

Zi-O: I think this is the path I destined to follow. I feel that I was born to be king.

Then Geiz remember what Oma Zi-O told them in the future when the attack failed.

Geiz: I see... In that case, I shall put an end to that destiny right now.

Zi-O: Eh?

Geiz wear the Ziku Driver and take out his Ridewatch. He turn the watch and show the face of him as a Rider and press the watch' button.

Geiz!

He insert it at the right side part and press the button on the belt. A hologram of digital clock appear behind him and he enter his transformation stance.

Geiz: Henshin!

He spin it 360 degress.

Rider Time! Kamen Ri~der Geiz!!!

He transform into Kamen Rider Geiz.

He took out another Ridewatch. He turn it and show the face of Ghost and press the watch' button.

Ghost!

He insert the it at the left part and press the button on the belt. He spin the belt.

Armor Time! Kaigan! Ghost~!!!

He wear the Armor of Ghost.

Geiz: Ikuze, Oma Zi-O!

Zi-O: Huh? Hey!

Geiz summon four parka ghost from the giant Eyecon at his shoulder. He dash toward Zi-O and start their battle.

It show's a dark room and Woz sit at the middle of it on a chair.

Woz: According to this book, my overlord has obtain the power Zi-O. He has start his fight against Geiz but unknown to them that my overlord has obtain few types of Ridewatch in the past the time he got the Zi-O watch from the one who saved him. They will obtain the power from a legend that has change the world once.

The scene change into the past. It shows Rider with red and blue colour, standing on top of a wall that separate Japan years in the past.

Next time, on Kamen Rider Zi-O...

He will battle against Another Build once more and fight it together with Geiz and Tsukuyomi.
