Ainz Ooal Gown is on his room with Naberal Gamma as he took a Sword and lifting it.

Ainz: *mind* I took the role of a Magician, but since I'm at Level 100 which is the Maximum Level, means that I have enough strength to wield a Sword.

He safely tries to swing it around.

Ainz: But...

The Sword fell from his skeletal hands which Naberal noticed as the sword fell to the carpet floor.

Ainz: *mind*  The fact that I can't equip or wield items from other class hasn't changed.

As he looks at himself at the mirror, Ainz's monologue continued.

Ainz: *mind* It's been three days since I've come to this world. The NPCs seems loyal to me. I have no friends nor family.

He picked up his sword again.

Ainz: *mind* Everyday when I went to work, go back home and sleep. Should I even make the effort to go back home?

Naberal: Lord Momonga.

Ainz equipped the Ziku Driver on his waist.

He then grabs the Zi-O Ridewatch as he twists it making the Zi-O Face and presses the button above.

<<ZI-O!!!>>

He then inserts it to the left side of the Belt as the Standby Sound was heard.

Naberal: Momonga Sama?

A massive clock appeared behind Ainz as it goes counter-clockwise. Then he pushes the button above the belt to make it tilt slightly to the left.

Ainz: Henshin. (Transform.)

Then he spins the belt nearly 360° as the Transformation Sequence has begun.

<<RIDER TIME!>>

The Clock spun as the Hour and Minute Hand turned to 10:10 as the Kanji for Rider appears.

<<KAMEN RIDER~~ ZI-O!!!>>

Naberal: Momonga-Sama?!

Zi-O's visor glowed as he picked up the sword as it transforms into...

<<ZIKAN GIRADE!!! (EDGE OF TIME!!!) KEN! (SWORD!)>>

Zi-O: Naberal, keep this secret between us. I'm going to go out for a bit.

Naberal: A-As you wish, Momonga-Sama.

Zi-O teleports to the 1st Floor of the Great Tomb of Nazarick.

Zi-O: This is so freaking tiring.

He encounters Demiurge and his loyal followers as Demiurge bowed down.

Demiurge: Momonga-Sama. You came here without guards? And that armor... I haven't seen that armor before...

Zi-O: How did he know it was me in the first place?! Wait a second, the only person to freely teleport within Nazarick is someone who has a Guild Ring. Of course he knew. And the fact that his creator who is my best friend knows my obssession with Kamen Riders...

Demiurge: Is that the 20th Heisei Rider, The King of Time, Kamen Rider Zi-O? Well then.

Demiurge stood up while holding a book.

Zi-O: !

Demiurge: IWAE! The Heir of all Kamen Riders. The King of Time, transcending towards Space and Time and ruler of Past and Future. And his name is Kamen Rider Zi-O. And now we are witnessing his advent.

Demiurge's Followers: IWAE!

Zi-O: *sweatdrops and talks mentally* SINCE WHEN DID DEMIURGE BECAME WOZ?!

Demiurge: Now then, back to the subject at hand, why are you here with no guards?

Zi-O: There is a reason for all this...

Demiurge: *looks at Zi-O* So that's how it is...

Zi-O: Eh?

Demiurge: As expected of a ruler, your attention of detail is impeccable.

Zi-O: *mind* Eh?! What?! I just wanted to go outside and get some fresh air!

Demiurge: However, I cannot allow you to go out without anyone accompanying you, Waga Maoh.

Zi-O: Then I will allow just one to accompany me.

Zi-O walked forward as Demiurge follows him. When they stepped outside, he looked above. Underneath the armor, Ainz's eyes glowed as he was awed by the stars of the starry night.

Zi-O: Whoa... Amazing. I never seen such a clear night sky before.

As two clock hands appeared behind Zi-O it positoned sideways resembling wings as he flied to the sky. Demiurge unleashed wings and a Froglike Face as he flied up following Zi-O.

When he past the clouds he was facing the Bright Full Moon as he removed his helmet.

Zi-O: *mind* I can see so far with just the light from the moon and the stars! I can't believe this world was real, Blue Planet-san! *speaking* The stars in the sky are glittering like a box of jewels.

Demiurge: I believe this world shines so that my lord adorn himself with it's riches. *bows* If you wish it, we will use all of the Forces of Nazarick to obtain it for you.

Zi-O: *chuckles* At this point, when we don't know what it is out there? But, well... taking over the world might be enjoyable.

Demiurge gasped as Zi-O looks away as he starts monologing again in his mind.

Zi-O: *mind* Well, there's no way we'd be able to do something like that. I've taken the form of a Hero after all...

He then remembers Ohma Zi-O destroying the past Kamen Riders in their ultimate forms, and killing what's left of the Resistance.

Zi-O: *mind* Even so, am I the only one who came here from Yggdrassil? My message skill didn't reach anyone, but it might be because they're too far away.  Or the effects of the Magic has changed. If that's the case, if the name Ainz Ooal Gown or Ohma Zi-O is spread throughout the world...

The Flag appears resembling the Emblem of Nazarick and above it was the symbol of Kamen Rider Zi-O.
