In the city of Futo, a young woman around 17, Hana Inoue, was on her way to the Narumi Detective Office when the mysterious dopant appears. Hana sees the dopant in front of her so got in her fighting stance and was about to pull her driver out when the mysterious dopant knocked her out.

"Sorry, but my master needs you for his plan against the Kamen Riders," the mysterious dopant murmured.

The mysterious dopant picked Hana up and carried her to the Sonozaki Mansion. When they got there, the dopant put Hana on the chair and tied her up in case she escaped. Hana groaned softly as she slowly woke up after the dopant went to get the boss of the dopant known as the Terror Dopant. The boss dopant sees Hana waking up. Hana came to her senses to find herself tied up and tried to get herself free. The boss dopant came in the room as Hana heard the sounds behind her. Hana turned her head around to see him.

"Hello, my dear," the Terror Dopant said.

Hana didn't say anything as she glared at the Terror Dopant for calling her "my dear".

"Don't call me that," Hana growled.

"Unfortunately for you, that's what you are to me," the Terror Dopant said.

"What do you want with me?" Hana asked.

"I want you to join me and defeated those Kamen Riders," the Terror Dopant said.

"No way!" Hana replied.

"You don't have any choice, my dear," the Terror Dopant said, "Manipulator Dopant, manipulated her into thinking about attacking the Kamen Riders."

"Yes, master," the mysterious dopant, the Manipulator Dopant said.

The Manipulator Dopant walks toward Hana. Hana was a little scared and hoped that they are not going to do what she was thinking that they are going to do. Sadly for Hana, the Manipulator Dopant stands in front of Hana and begins to use the power to manipulate Hana's mind into thinking that Kamen Rider W and Accel are the criminals while the Dopant is not. Hana's mind was changed about Kamen Riders as she blinked and looks at the Dopants.

"How do you feel about the Kamen Riders?" the Terror Dopant asked as he wanted to make sure that the power of the Manipulator Dopant is working.

"Those damn Kamen Riders should not deserve to be called Kamen Riders and they need to be removed from this city for good," Hana growled.

"Good. I want you to find them and remove them. After all, they have been defeating a lot of my kind," the Terror Dopant smirked.

"As you wish," Hana said.

The Terror Dopant makes the signal to the Manipulator Dopant to have the rope removed from Hana. The Manipulator Dopant walked to Hana and removes the rope from her. Hana stands up from the chair and bows to the Terror Dopant before leaving. The Terror Dopant smirked while watching Hana leaves before transforming back to his normal form, Sonozaki Ryubei. Meanwhile, Philip and Shotaro were talking about the mysterious dopant that seems to do something with people who claim that their minds have changed after not wanting to do it before doing it.

"There got to be some clues that are connected to," Shotaro mumbled.

"Let's use what we know so far while I looked up," Philip said.

"Good idea," Shotaro said.

"Beginning the lookup," Philip said as he enters the Gaia Library.

Philip stands before the Gaia Library as he waits for Shotaro to give the keyword to him.

"Keyword: Changing the mind... forcing... goal point," Shotaro said.

Philip was able to narrow it down but unfortunately, there are still some books on the shelf.

"Shotaro, unfortunately, I am unable to narrow it down," Philip said as he left the Gaia Library.

"Guess there are still missing keywords then," Shotaro said.

"Yes," Philip said.

Shotaro heard his phone goes off so he answer the call.

"Hello?" Shotaro asked.

"Hidari, Hana is attacking me right now! She won't tell me why she is attacking me," Ryu called while grunting, blocking the attack from Hana.

"We're on our way!" Shotaro said as he hangs up, "Philip, we need to go and stop your girlfriend from attacking Ryu."

"That is odd," Philip murmured.

Shotaro and Philip left together since Akiko is with Ryu at the moment. They were heading to Ryu's location to find out what is going on and why Hana is attacking him. After they got there, Shotaro and Philip gasped when saw that Hana beat Ryu who was dehenshined.

"Hana, stop it!" Philip yelled.

Hana sees Shotaro and Philip so she glared at them but for boys, they couldn't see her glaring under Hana's helmet.

"You will be removed from this city," Hana snarled.

Shotaro and Philip were shocked to hear the tone that Hana used against the Dopant is now against them.

"Something is wrong with her," Shotaro mumbled.

"I agree. This is not her. This sounds like similar cases we have with other people," Philip said.
Hana attacks them as Shotaro and Philip quickly henshins to block the attack. Kamen Rider W knew that Hana knew their moves so they needed to come up with a new move that Hana has never seen before. Hana got her bow out to shoot at Kamen Rider W as they dodged to not get hit but knew how strong and how well with the strategies Hana is.

"Shotaro, I have an idea of how to get Hana to stop attacking us but we are going to need Ryu to help us," Philip said.

"Alright," Shotaro said, "Terui, mind distract Hana. Philip got an idea."

"Fine," Ryu said as he got up and henshined into Kamen Rider Accel.

Ryu made Hana focus on him so Philip can tell Shotaro about the plan. Hana fights against Ryu.
"Shotaro, we need to remove that Gaia Memory from her Driver so I can get to her but to do that, we have to dehenshined," Philip said.

"Philip, that is dangerous for us to dehenshined since Hana can easily beat us without Rider suit," Shotaro exclaimed.

"We have no other choice. I believe that Hana may have the clue to who is the Dopant that messes with many people," Philip told Shotaro.

"I guess we don't have any choice since it is our friend and your girlfriend," Shotaro said.

"S-stop saying she is my girlfriend," Philip said.

"Terui, Akiko, and I can see that you love her and she loves you too," Shotaro told his partner.

"Love?" Philip asked.

"Yes, you love her since you do have a crush on her," Shotaro said.

"F-Fine. Let's focus on this task so we can bring Hana back," Philip said.

Shotaro took the Gaia Memories out of the Driver to dehenshin. Philip became conscious and got up.

"Terui, hold her down!" Shotaro called.

"On it!" Ryu replied.

Ryu dodged the attack and grabs Hana's arms by holding them behind her back. Hana growled as she tried to get free but doesn't know what others are planning. Shotaro ran to Hana and grabs Nature Gaia Memory out of her Driver. Hana was forced to dehenshin as she glared at them while Philip walked to them, most likely to Hana.

"Let me go, you bastards!!!!!" Hana snarled.

"No. This is not who you are to us. The Dopant have mess with you by turning you against us," Philip said.

"I don't need you to be all badmouthing the Dopant," Hana snarled.

"Unfortunately, you are wrong. There is something I want to tell you after thinking about what Shotaro told me. I really like you more than just a friend," Philip said.

"E-eh?! What?! What are you talking about?" Hana asked in confusion.

Philip lends forward to Hana's ear in privacy.

"Because, Hana, I love you ever since the first time we met each other outside at the park," Philip whispered.

Hana gasped softly as she looked at Philip. Hana was lost at her words and flinched in pain. Philip can see that she is in pain and knew that his words helped Hana to be free from the control that makes her do what she didn't want to do.

"P-Philip-Kun... I-I..." Hana mumbled in pain.

"This is not your fault Hana. It's the Dopant's fault for messing with your mind," Philip said as he gently kissed Hana's lips.

Hana blushed red as she winced in pain when her memories came back in the right order. Hana slowly looked at Philip then looked at Shotaro and Ryu.

"G-guys, I'm sorry for attacking you," Hana apologized.

"As Philip says, it is not your fault. You just couldn't control your actions," Ryu said, "Beside did you find out who was this Dopant?"

"Yes," Hana nodded, "He is called the Manipulator Dopant so he is good with manipulating the mind by changing it."

"Manipulator... manipulate! Shotaro, that's the missing keyword," Philip exclaimed leaving Hana in confusion.

Shotaro realized that is the word they have been trying to find all along. Hana tilted her head as she looks at the boys.

"What are you talking about?" Hana asked.

"Hana, we have been trying to figure out who is the Dopant that seems to manipulate many people like you," Shotaro said.

"Oh. Wait! Is it because I gave the missing keyword to you guys?" Hana asked.

"Yes," Philip said after he finished looking up in the Gaia Library while Shotaro was talking to Hana, "I know who is the Manipulator Dopant."

A little while later after the Kamen Riders made the plan on how to draw the Manipulator Dopant out of the hiding place. Hana waits as she pretends that she defeats Kamen Rider W and Kamen Rider Accel. The Manipulator Dopant came out of the hiding place and sees Hana has defeated both Kamen Riders.

"Well I see that you defeat them," the Manipulator Dopant said.

"Yes, sir," Hana said.

"Make sure they are out of action for months," the Manipulator Dopant ordered.

Hana nodded and kicks both Kamen Rider W and Kamen Rider Accel. She doesn't mean kick hard just easy that way the boys doesn't get hurt as badly. Kamen Riders pretend to be knocked out. The Manipulator Dopant smirked when seeing it and turn around as Hana walked toward him.

"There is something I want to ask... Jiro Higasa, are you the one that has been messing with many people by manipulating them?" Hana asked.

"H-How did you know who am I?!" the Manipulator Dopant exclaimed.

Hana smirked and kicks the Manipulator Dopant who was hit and flew back. Kamen Rider W and Kamen Rider Accel got up as they stood by Hana. The Manipulator Dopant hits the wall and saw the Kamen Riders get up as he was shocked.

"W-What?!" the Manipulator Dopant yelled.

"You should know better than manipulated me against my friends and boyfriend. So you are going count your sins up," Hana smirked.

The Kamen Riders fight against the Manipulator Dopant until they use the final attack against the Manipulator Dopant who turns back to normal and lost Gaia Memory as it was broken. The Kamen Riders dehenshins as Ryu walked to Jiro and arrest him. Philip walked over to Hana and hugs her. Hana hugs back as she lends her head on his shoulder.

"Thank goodness that the case is close and no more manipulated from that guy," Hana mumbled.

"I agree," Philip murmured.
