Personality

Vincent initially comes off as a polite and friendly person. However, in reality he is a cold, arrogant, vain, nihilistic, and highly troubled individual. Holding an intense hatred towards all evil, he became convinced those with powers would eventually become corrupted by their gifts and that they would eventually all become threats to humanity, thus making it his mission to be their executioner. This also causes him to go berserk if significantly pushed, displaying a rather cold and cynical behavior toward them.

As Kamen Rider Zein, Vincent is shown to be very cold-blooded and violent, showing no remorse in brutally beating and killing villains and monsters. He willingly accepted himself as Zein's host to become the namesake Kamen Rider, using the power of every Kamen Rider so that Zein can rule the world with an iron fist. Vincent's very cruel attitude toward villains and evil-doers in general can often to to the extreme as he would even resort to manipulating them into life-threatening situations at times.

Despite his very cruel attitude towards villains and monsters, Vincent is shown capable of some form of morals, if moderately in a twisted manner of sorts, being vindictive to those who he sees as a threat to those who he cares for. He also believes that humanity can be only freed from evil through authoritarian and prejudiced in methods of serving justice, going so far to label villainous characters as "evil", even though some of these villains in question were redeemed.

Background

Most of Vincent's background is unknown. However, it is implied that he lost his family, friends, and many people he cared about, to the point he willingly became Kamen Rider Zein in order to completely rid of all evil in the world.

Soon he declares himself as the arch enemy of the Outsiders and vows to destroy and kill all evil Kamen Riders, monsters, and villains.

Legend Rider Power Access: Due to Zein having access to all Kamen Riders from the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa era, Vincent is able to use the power and weapons of all Kamen Riders, specifically their final and strongest forms.

Global Surveillance: With Zein's power, Vincent can place the entire world under constant and tight surveillance thanks to Zein's mere presence around the Internet alone, to the point of placing many organizations under intense scrutiny. This also raises a cause for alarm for people who are not engaged in any wrongdoing, including former criminals and benevolent monsters. His helmet acts as an omni-directional surveillance device that allows it to control satellites and security cameras.

Time Stopping: As Zein, Vincent is able to stop and resume time within a certain area at will.
