In builds hidden lab we can see Sento working with the CD lost Fullbottle, Rider System Fullbottle, and Octopus fullbottle. On the side we can see a blank Sclashjelly, Build driver, and Sclashdriver. A few scene shifts and we see Sento marveling at the Stabilized CD fullbottle and a Octopus SclashJelly.
In his urge to test his work he calls Banjou, Kazumi, and Gentuko, to be test rats. When they arrived Sento attempts to put the Octopus Sclashjelly into Kazumi's Sclashdriver while trying to put the CD fullbottle into the Crossz Dragon. But in a swift flash of Red, all four fall to the ground, each with a snake bite in their necks. Off on the other side of the room, stood Blood Stalk, but not the Blood stalk they knew as she was a girl. She then grabbed the Genus fullbottle saying she didnt want them to foil her fun, but that her bites wouldn't kill them. She also Suggests that they try giving the girls a go at being the ones. Just then Misora and Sawa rush in and gasped at the sight, Blood Stalk quickly blasted them with Nebula Gas, which didnt change them into Smash, before she disappeared laughing.  Sento is fine enough to check the girls if they were okay, and was shocked to find that they both suddenly had level 5 Hazard levels. He then thinks that they should deal with this problem, before giving the CD and Rider System bottles to Misora and the Octopus sclashjelly to Sawa. Misora was also given the Magma and blizzard knuckles with their respective bottles and the Rabbittank sparkling can, while Sawa was given the Prime Rogue bottle and Perfect kingdom, along with Robotsclashjelly. (For attack purposes).
They soon find Blood Stalk, who was laying on her back in the middle of a plaza. Misora and sawa then Henshin.

(Misora has a special weapon which has two slots on each side of her sword, perfect for two slot items like the Knuckles.)

So the fight began and soon ended(these are pretty much Hyper battle DVDs until the next part).
Blood stalk not had the DNA of a Roidmode, the combined Essence of Smash, Bugster, and Roidmode, the Data of two Gashats and Nebula Bugsters, and extracted essence from the Genuis Fullbottle. As well as a number of playmates to play with, the stage was now set.
