Three places at the Far East Branch areas are attacked by some horde of Aragamis. The Defense Units couldn't make it in time to the next area so Sakaki decided to send Arata there. Tsubaki wasn't sure since Arata is an Aragami but Sakaki have faith on him and let him fight.

(Area D)

Arata transform into Kamen Rider Faiz and fight with the Aragami that breach into the shelter. Faiz keep slashing, punching and kicking the Aragami around him while protecting the people that trying to get away from the Aragamis.

Faiz: Tch. Fighting like this is really hard, when there's people here...!

A Kongou aim it's air cannon at Faiz and blast an air ball but Faiz able to dodge by jumping into the air and stab the Faiz Edge into the head. The Kongou roar in pain as it falls down and die. Faiz jump away as he grab the phone before open it and press the code 1-0-6 as the phone change into gun mode.

Burst Mode!

He point the gun at the Aragamis and shoot red laser bullets at them. The bullets hits at the head, eyes and side killing the Aragami in one shot.

Faiz: Is this is all you're got? Such a small fry.

As two Zygotes get close to him, they blast air balls at him causing he to jumped into the air. He turn around as he slash both Zygotes causing them cries in pain and fall down. As the Aragami are descreasing, Faiz shoot them with his gun while call Sakaki.

Faiz: Sakaki-san, I've dealt with many Aragamis here. There's Orgetails, Kongous and Zygotes, but they all are small fry to me.

Sakaki(Comms): Good. Make sure that there's no more casualties around the area. Defeat any Aragami you spotted.

Faiz: It won't be that easy. Fighting to defeat and fighting to protect are two different things.

After few more minutes, all the Aragamis in the area are eliminated. Faiz walk near an Orgetail and push it slowly with his right leg trying to see is it still alive.

aiz: *sigh* And that's the last one...

He look around the area. There's many dead Aragami around but there's also some human corpse, killed by Aragamis. He clench his fist before look up.

Faiz(In mind): If I came earlier... there won't be many people died...

Then he look at the dead Aragamis in front of him.

Faiz(In mind): I kinda felt weird that I have to kill my own kind. But I make my own choice.

He walk near a dead Zygote before pull out the Faiz Edge from the eye as some blood spill out from it as he walk away.

Faiz: I better head back. I don't want to give Sakaki-san any trouble for letting me fight.

(Time Skip)

Faiz de-henshin himself as he walk back into the garage. Arata yawn before rubbing his eyes. While walking, he saw Sakaki near the robot smiling at him.

Arata: Sakaki-san.

Sakaki: You did a good work.

Arata: Well, not that good. Even if I kill Aragami, it's kinda weird killing my own kind. I'm an Aragami after all.

Sakaki: Like I said before, we always have a choice. We make decision for ourselves.

Arata: Y-Yeah...

???: Paylor.

As they turn to the elevator, they saw Johannes with Tsubaki. Johannes is always in his serious expression.

Johannes: Is the Aragami boy that you report about?

Sakaki: Yes. This is him. *turn to Arata* Arata-kun, this is the Director of this base and also my friend, Johannes von Schicksal.

Arata: N-Nice to meet you...

Johannes: Just like Paylor said, I'm the Director of Fenrir Far East Branch.

Arata: Um... May I ask you something? Is Fenrir the Aragami counter organization?

Johannes: That's right. Where did you get to information from?

Arata: I did run into of some places like this. Old places, that were abandoned and I saw the wolf monster like emblem.

Johannes: I see. Mind if we talk with each other, alone in my office?

It makes Arata look at Sakaki. Arata feels hesitate but Sakaki nodded at him before Arata followed Johannes to his office.

At the Director's Office...

Johannes sit at his table while Arata stand in front him.

Arata: Then... what do you want to talk with me?

Johannes: Arata, are you really ally of humanity?

Arata: What do you mean?

Johannes: Paylor told me that you don't even know your own origin, and you even kill Aragamis. Why did you choose to be with humans instead of your own kind?

Arata: I... I still don't really know... Aragami kills human, and human trying to survive. I still don't understand much.

Johannes: There's so many things that we don't understand as well. But with you in our side, we could prevent any kind of Aragami attack. I assume that even if you can speak our language, I'm sure you understand Aragami, right?

Arata: They might only able growl, roar and scream but that is their way to communicate. Some did but there's Aragami that don't want to get along with each other.

Johannes: Arata, is there any more human-type Aragami just like you?

Arata: Th-That's... I... I-I don't know myself... I'm the only Aragami in human form that I currently know.

Johannes: I see. I won't pressure you with anymore questions that you couldn't ask, but let me ask you this. Would you like to work with us, the Fenrir Far East Branch?

Arata: Me? Join you?

Johannes: Correct.

Arata: Is that okay? I'm an Aragami, not a human.

Johannes: I'll talk with them. Even if you're an Aragami, I'm sure that might accept you.

Arata: But... I'm different...

Johannes: If you still not sure, we'll provide a place for you to stay. And I'd like to know more about what you know.

Arata: I'd be happy to give you some info, but there's some that I can't share. Sorry about that.

Johannes: That's okay. As long as it's worthy, that's fine.

Arata: Y-Yes, sir...

While talking with Johannes, Arata know that there's some part where Johannes seems to be hiding something from him.

Arata(In mind): Sorry, Director, there's some part I can't really trust you.

(Time Skip)

At the command room...

The 1st Unit just came back from their mission and report immediately at Tsubaki until they also heard news from her.

Sakuya: What? That Aragami boy helped us?

Tsubaki: That's right. It's true that he is an Aragami, but thanks to him there aren't many casualties was recorded.

Soma: A monster kill other monsters? Now that's interesting.

Lindow: If he has no threat on us, then we should treat him as an equal. That's for the best.

Sakuya: Where is he now?

Tsubaki: He's placed in a normal room for now. We still don't know much about him, but Dr. Sakaki seems to be able to put him in calm situation.

Sakuya: Is it okay to let him stay here?

Tsubaki: We still not sure about that, but Dr. Sakaki has been keeping his eyes on him. For now, he's not a threat to us.

At Arata's Room...

After the fight, Arata already felt hungry and Sakaki bring many food with him. Arata immediately grab the foods and hurriedly eat them.

Sakaki: You really look like a kid when you like that.

Arata: *snapped* Oh! Sorry, I'm just really hungry! I rather eat normal human food because it's way more tasty than some raw food...

Sakaki: I see that you really like meat.

Arata: Who doesn't like meat, Sakaki-san?

After just few minutes, Arata already finish every food that Sakaki brought for him.

Arata: Kahh! I'm full...

Sakaki: That's good to hear.

Arata: Um... Sakaki-san, there something I wanted to ask you.

Sakaki: What is it?

Arata: What is those huge gun and blade like thing that those people uses? They look pretty heavy, but they can lift it with only one hand! Unthinkable!

Sakaki: Haha. You don't really have to be that suprised, Arata-kun. Those huge weapons you saw before was Jinki.

Arata: Jinki?

Sakaki: That's right. Jinki was actually the combine of steel with pure Aragami flesh.

Arata: You guys use Aragami to make weapons?

Sakaki: Yes. Since normal weapons won't work on them, the only way to kill Aragami is to use Aragami itself. And those people who wield the Jinki are called God Eater.

Arata: God... Eater?

Sakaki: There aren't much people that can become God Eaters. It depend on the person's compability, immunity and skills. Certain amount of oracel cells injected into their body and the red bracelet attached to their right wrist show them that they are currently a God Eater. Do you understand?

Arata: There's some part where I don't really understand but I do some of it.

Sakaki: Do you interested on becoming a God Eater?

Arata: Me? Being a God Eater?

Sakaki: Right.

Arata: Honestly... I don't think I should.

Sakaki: Why is that?

Arata: I mean, I alreadh strong enough to take down other Aragami. I may not look much, but I have higher compability than human because I'm an Aragami. My senses are also higher, and I have my Kamen Rider armor so I don't need them anymore.

Sakaki: Kamen Rider? You mean the old urban legendary warriors? I thought they are just legends made up by people outside the wall to make their children felt safe.

Arata: Well, sometimes legends can be real. I'm a Kamen Rider, codename Faiz. I don't know why it called Faiz, maybe because the transform code is 5-5-5.

Sakaki: Now that's interesting to hear. Then if you don't want to be a God Eater, that's fine. But Arata-kun, what do you think if you stay here?

Arata: Me... staying here?

Sakaki: Right. We have resource here that you can use. I'll be happy to provide you the source that you needed.

Arata: I... don't know...

Sakaki: What you don't know?

Arata: Is it okay if I'm here? It's not that I hate it, it's just... I don't know if they accept someone like me. An Aragami join up with humans... That's like random things that might not going to work...

Sakaki: I understand that feeling. You're just afraid of the people won't accept you, right?

Arata: *look down* Yes...

Sakaki: Don't worry, I'm sure that they'll accept you. Stop thinking about you're an Aragami, and start thinking about who you really are. What you should do now, is to keep moving forward.

Arata: Keep moving forward...?

Sakaki: That's right.

He place his right hand on Arata's right shoulder making Arata look up to Sakaki.

Sakaki: Arata-kun, you're a nice person. I'm sure that once they know who you really are, they'll accept you.

(Time Skip)

Two Weeks Later...

At the command room...

Tsubaki called the 1st Unit along with two more God Eaters, Eric and Tatsumi to come to the command room.

Lindow: So, why are we called here?

Tsubaki: We'll have a member joining our team.

Eric: A new member in just few days?

Tatsumi: That's quite odd.

Then the door opened as they look at the door. Someone walk into the room making Sakuya suprised while Lindow and Soma stay cool. Eric and Tatsumi didn't really suprised much. It was no other than Arata but his clothes are different. Now, he's wearing dark blue sleeveless hoodie jacket, grey long sleeve shirt, a pair of fingerless gloves, long black pants and blue shoes with yellow highlights.

Arata: A week of an exam is really like a hell. There's some part where I don't understand on how Sakaki-san teaching me.

Tsubaki: As you know, he's our new member. Not as a God Eater, but a supporter.

Sakuya: You're the Aragami boy!

Arata: I'm Arata, nice to meet you all.

Tsubaki: He will work as a supporter for his high agility than any of our God Eaters. *look at Arata* Private Arata, I want you to give all your support to any unit you placed in.

Arata: Yes, Major Amamiya!

Tsubaki: At least one of you show me some respect.

As Tsubaki doing some briefing, Arata take out a chocolate. He open the packet and eat it while listening to Tsubaki.

Tsubaki: What we need is the core from different Aragamis to strengthen the wall so the Aragamis outside the wall couldn't get in here.

Arata: So Major, what kind of mission should I do?

Tsubaki: You won't be in any mission today.

Arata: Eh?

Tsubaki: Currently, the team don't have any problem with their mission now. There's no need to send any support for now.

Arata: It can't be help. *walk away* Call me when you need any help.

He walk out from the room.

Sakuya: Major Amamiya, what is this? Did you let him stah here?

Tsubaki: I didn't make the decision. Director and Dr. Sakaki the one that decided that he'll be here, and we need all the help we can get from him.

Lindow: Oh? Now we allied with an Aragami, huh? Interesting.

At the garage...

Arata went to the garage and went to his motorcycle that is connected to a huge cable. He let his motorcycle to get charge for awhile when he didn't use it. Then he went to the maintenance room. As he enter the room, he saw a girl doing a maintenance at a Jinki.

Arata: Hey, Licca.

The girl is Kusunoki Licca, the head of Maintenance. She has long grey hair and brown eyes. She mostly seen with a pair of goggles, white top tank, big gloves, long shaggy pants and brown shoes. She take off her goggles and turn around.

Licca: Oh, Arata.

She knows Arata when Sakaki introduce him to her. When Licca knows Arata's an Aragami, she felt uneasy. But when she get to know him, Arata is friendly making Licca stay calm when near him.

Licca: Where did you go?

Arata: Major introduce me to the other God Eaters.

Licca: I see. How did they take you?

Arata: Well... I'm not sure how they'll accept me anyway...

Licca: I see.

Arata: By the way, how did the last maintenance goes?

Licca: Your design are really hard for me. It takes me like few days without stopping to make it.

Arata: Sorry about that. I did told you that just let me make it myself.

Licca: If you make it by yourself, it'll take more time. After all, when we make this Jinki together, it done in just few days. This Jinki is one of the hardest ever made.

She press at the button on the controller as the holder went up, showing Arata his own personal custom made Jinki. Unlike other God Eaters, he won't need the bracelet due he make it himself with Licca's help. His Jinki is colored crimson red-silver. It's a New-Type Jinki, that can change from blade form to gun form.

Arata: Finally, I have my own Jinki.

Licca: I never expect that you won't need those bracelets.

Arata: Well, this one is a custom made.

He grab the Jinki's handle. As he touch it, he can feel the tense from the Aragami flesh that was combined with the steels. It makes him smirk as he grip it with both of his hands.

Arata: I can feel this Jinki is alive. It might be just some, but this Aragami flesh is still alive.

Licca: Of course. Jinki is made using Aragami, after all.

Arata: I'm not in a mission right now. I'll be going to see few things in this base.

Licca: Okay.

Arata walk around to look what other areas in the base. While walking around, he did meet with some other God Eaters makes him uneasy because not all people there accept him already. He walk at the huge glass window and saw the city and the wall.

Arata: Everyone here is just trying to survive, huh?

???: Hey, Aragami kid.

He turn around and saw Tatsumi along with two God Eaters from his team, Brendan and Kanon.

Tatsumi: Trying to get comfortable?

Arata: Yeah. Uhh... Tart-sumi?

Tatsumi: It's Tatsumi!

Arata: Oh? I though humans name doesn't make any sense.

Tatsumi: How about your name?

Arata: My name is Arata. A simple name.

Tatsumi: Geez...

Arata: *look at Brendan & Kanon* And you two are... Bread-an and Cannon, right?

Kanon: It's Kanon.

Brian: And my name is Brendan! Not Bread-an! Brendan!

It makes Kanon giggles at Tatsumi and Brian due Arata call their name in funny way while just Cannon still fine.

Arata: Is this what you guys could sense of humor?

Kanon: *giggle* Well, it's like that.

Arata: It doesn't seem to be that funny.

Tatsumi: Whatever. So, how's your time here?

Arata: Not really much. Other God Eaters doesn't seem fine with me since I'm an Aragami. The first human-type Aragami you've seen.

Tatsumi: You're not really that bad. You look like normal human, except with the white hair, sharp iris and sharp teeth.

Arata: I have higher senses than you guys, y'know.

Tatsumi: Of course I know.

Arata: *point at Tatsumi* He just know, right?

It makes Kanon and Brendan nod twice makes Tatsumi sweatdrop. Arata talk with them when they feeling comfortable around him. They feels that Arata is more friendly than they thought.

(Time Skip)
(Next Day)

Arata was called to the command room. When he reach the room, he saw 1st Unit along with Eric.

Tsubaki: You're here.

Arata: What is this about, Major?

Tsubaki: There's a mission I wanted you to join in. You'll be in the 1st Unit along with Eric.

Arata: I see. Finally, I'm in a mission!

Tsubaki: Don't get too excited.

Arata: Y-Yes, ma'am! I'm sorry!

She explain the mission to them. After the briefing, they went off to the mission. While Sakuya drive the truck with Lindow, Soma and Eric on it, Arata use his motorcycle and follow them. After few hours of driving, they stopped at the area and saw some Vajras moving around from far away as they went down from the vehicles and grab their Jinki.

Lindow: *look at the unit* Now, we'll split into two teams. I, Eric and the kid in one team, Sakuya and Soma in one team. And my absolute order, don't die.

Sakuya: Yes, sir!

Soma: Like don't die will be easy.

Arata: Is leader always like that?

Eric: You'll get use to it.

After splitting into two teams, they went to after 8 Varjas and take the core from them. Lindow and Arata are fighting with the Vajras while Eric support them with his gun-type Jinki on top of a huge rock.

Eric: Lindow, there's one at the left side!

Lindow: I know that. *look at Arata* Hey, kid.

Arata: Yes?

Lindow: Take care of the Aragamis here. When get the chance, devour the core because only blade-type Jinki have devour.

Arata: Yes, sir!

As Lindow went to chase the other Vajras, Arata stay there and fight with the Varjas here. While fighting, he glance back and saw a Varja behind Eric.

Arata: Eric, behind you!

Eric: What?

He glance back and saw the Vajra. He jumped away from it, barely able to dodge the swip when the Varja lash it's huge strong paw. Eric land on the ground as Arata went to him.

Arata: Are you okay?

Eric: Yeah.

Arata: Tch. Fighting like this giving hard times!

As they keep fighting, Eric keep shooting the Vajras, trying to immobilize them. Arata slashing the Vajra in front of him and slash it away from him.

Arata: Now, for devour!

He grip his Jinki as the blade change into a monster like form before dash ahead toward the Vajra. Unlike devour that just crush and grab the core, Arata's Jinki's devour just become bigger and grab the whole Vajra and eat it completely before change back to normal.

Eric: The hell was that?! I never a devour like that!

Arata: My own style of devour! If you guys just crush or take the core, I'd like to take the whole thing!

Eric: Not bad for an Aragami, kid. You're cooler than you look.

Arata: Thanks! And let's finish this job, so we can go home early and eat many sweets!

Eric: Yeah! Wait, what?

They keep clashing with the Vajras. Eric keep shooting in order to immobilize the Vajras while Arata slash them to kill and then use devour on them. After few hours of the mission, they went back to their vehicles.

Lindow: So, how did it goes?

Soma: All four.

Sakuya: Soma has devour four cores from four Vajras.

Lindow: Good. I already get three. Eric, kid, how many did you did get?

Eric: I didn't get anything since my Jinki is gun-type.

Arata: We get five of them! Perfectly eaten whole!

Eric: Your Jinki is too weird, able to devour whole and change into gun mode.

Arata: Director and Sakaki-san said I might be a New-Type, so it's kinda obvious!

Eric: Still, you did amazing things back then, kid.

Arata: Of course! Hahahahaha!

During the mission, they able to get used with Arata's behavior. He is the very first Aragami that allied with humans.

(Time Skip)

After returning to the base, Arata went to get some chocolate and candy. The others doing their own stuff while Lindow went to report about the mission.

Hibari: Wow, we've got extra four cores.

Tsubaki: So, how's the Aragami boy?

Lindow: He's really interesting, very dependable and trustworthy. He make sure that no one died just like I ordered him to do.

Tsubaki: I see.

Lindow: He should remain in the 1st Unit. If there's other New-Types, I think I'll let the kid to do some teaching. Even he's an Aragami, he's really nice guy.

Tsubaki: Then that's fine. If there's no more, you can leave.

Lindow: Okay, okay

After left the command room, Lindow walk through the hallway and went to the cafeteria. He saw Arata is arm wrestling with Brendan. Brendan tried to push Arata's hand down and he even with two hand, he can't push it down until Arata push Brendan's hand down easily. They able to understand Arata even though he's an Aragami, they still accept him.
