Ten Years Flashback

It's a rainy day and an umbrella was on the ground. Why do you ask? Because an accident was happened. An ambulance was driving toward the hospital.

At the hospital, the boy was placed in the emergency room where he will be operate. They ready to operate him but it still risky.

Doctor 1: The patient, Hajime Sekai, eight years old. Sereve injury to abdominal area. Internal bleeding a posibility.

Nurse: His blood pressure and heart rate are lowering. But if we operate him, he might...!

Leader Doctor: Don't worry. I will save him no matter what happen.

Flashback End

"I didn't know then, but I will soon come to understand. The new virus that threaten the lives of our people. And..."

Few figures appear in front of the monster. One look like a soldier with a gun, one look like a knight with a sword, one look like a motorcycle and the last one riding it look like a game character.

Game Start!!!

Present

It's a nice day in Japan. It start at a house of a big family.

Aoi is helping her mother doing the daily work. Then she look inside and look at sleeping Akane and Hikari.

Aoi: Geez, are you going to sleep all day? Akane, Hikari!

Akane, still in her pajamas while hugging her pillow, didn't even want to wake up.

Akane: Mm, ten more minutes...

Aoi: Everyone's already awake.

Then Akane slowly open her eyes.

Akane: Every-- *look at the clock* What?! You've gotta be kidding me! I'm late!

She quickly take off her and wear her school uniform.

Akane: Sorry, gotta go!

Hikari: Ah! Akane, that's not fair!

She quickly walk down the stairs and went to the bathroom while Shuu is with Teru are lining to the toilet while Haruka in it.

Haruka is a boy. If you don't know.

Narrator(Akane): Every day in the Sakurada Family is a battle.

Shuu: Hey Haruka, hurry up. Teru couldn't hold it anymore.

Teru: Aniue, I-I still could hold it.

Narrotor(Akane): It's a battle because...

Akane quickly open the bathroom door but Misaki, Shiori and Kanade already is with their father, Souchirou.

Misaki: Dad, you're standing in front of the mirror!

Narrator(Akane): We're a big family and have to scramble for the bathroom and sink.

After doing that things, they all went to the dining table. Aoi is helping their mother, Satsuki, putting the food on the table.

Aoi: Here you go.

Satsuki: Thank you, Aoi. Today, we're having my special veggie omelette! Make sure to eat every bite.

Everyone: Thanks for the food!

Satsuki: *look at her husband* Papa, not while we're eating.

Souchirou: R-Right, honey.

Hikari: Ew, there are peas in here...

Kanade: You won't get taller if you're so picky.

Teru: Mother, I didn't picky at all, so I'm going to grow tall, right?

Satsuki: That's right. Shiori, remember to eat slowly.

Haruka: Oh, right, we're run out of toilet paper.

Misaki: Who's in charge of shopping this week again? Shuu-chan, right?

Shuu: Oh, it's me? *put the food into mouth* I'll buy some on the way home.

Aoi: Thanks, Shuu-kun.

Satsuki: It's so helpful to have such devoted children.

Hikari: Don't say that.

It makes Aoi giggle.

Narrator(Akane): So that's my family. Thing get hettic sometimes, but we ten siblings fo our best everyday. Seeing my family like this, we look like a normal big family, but there is something special about my family. That is...

Satsuki snatch the newspaper from Souchirou's hand makes him blink once. And he accidently bring home his crown.

Satsuki: You'll make the driver wait again.

Kanade: Why are you wearing your crown again?

Souchirou: Ah, well, I accidently brought it home, so I thought might as well.

Hikari: Papa, you kinda look like a king!

Souchirou: Well, I'm actually am one...

Narrator(Akane): That's right. Dad is our country's king.

Stage Complete!

At the end on the side of the table, Sekai is eating while playing game in his phone.

Kanade: Geez, Nii-san, can you don't play when we're eating?

Sekai: Oh, sorry.

He put the phone on the table and continue to eat.

Narrator(Akane): Oh yeah. I forget to mention, this our foster brother, Hajime Sekai. He came to this family when I'm still a kid. He's the best. He's both genius gamer and game maker.

Satsuki: Sekai, make sure you clean up your plate.

Sekai: Yes, mom!

Then Sekai stand up and bring his plate to the sink. He help Aoi to clean their plates.

Narrator(Akane): Nii-chan is not a prince but we still treat him as part of this family. He also get the same kind of special treatment. Even though we're not his real family, he still care about us. Oh, and, he's also an intern doctor at the Seito University Hospital.

After the eating, they get ready to go school. Souchirou is already inside the limousine. Shiori is piggyback on Sekai's back.

Aoi: Have a good day, Dad.

Satsuki: Take care.

Souchirou: Oh right, I'll be home for dinner tonight.

Satsuki: Okay.

Sekai: Say bye.

Shiori: Bye.

Souchirou: I'll be back soon.

Then the cars and the limousine move and head toward the castle. Sekai also get out his motorcycle out.

It similar to Lazer's but it was coloured blue, front lamp instead of eyes, and Mighty sticker on it.

Sekai: Take care, make sure you all get to school, okay? I'll be home before dinner.

Teru: Of course, Sekai-nii.

Shiori: Nii-chan, good doctor.

Kanade: *crossed her arms* We won't wait.

Sekai: I know.

Then Sekai pat Akane's head. He always did this ever since she admire him as an older brother. Then he pat Shiori's head.

Sekai: Nee-san, Shuu, Kanade, make sure to look for Akane.

Aoi: Okay.

Shuu: It can't be help.

Kanade: Nii-san, don't get me involved.

Sekai: Oh yeah, Mighty Action X is coming out today.

Teru: Really?! The game that you and Genm Corp made together?!

Sekai: Yeah. Okay, I'm off.

He wear his helmet and ride his motor. Then he drive to the hospital that take him as an intern after seeing he takes the medical exam.

He's grade is above the expectation since he's a gamer instead of natural born doctor. He's perfect candidate even though in young age.

At the Ministry of Health

The director, Nakamura Kenji, is talking with a female agent, Asuna.

Kenji: The genius gamer and game maker, nicknamed "S". His real name is unknown. He won many tournament in the past and make some game that many people interested with.

Asuna: If he's a genius gamer, he should be capable of using the Gamer Driver.

Kenji: We already have a suitable candidate on his way back to Japan right now. Are you not satisfied with that?

Asuna: No, sir...

Kenji: *stand up* I can't let the tragedy that happens five years ago repeat itself.

Then he open the brief case revealing what's inside.

Kenji: The entire fate of humanity rest on this. *look at Asuna* As today, the CR is back in operation, Asuna-kun.

Asuna: Sir!

At Seito University Hospital

Sekai, wearing his doctor cloak, is checking a patient. He look at the computer and then look at the boy.

Sekai: Don't worry. He just over doing his exercise. He need a lot of rest from now.

Mother: I see. Thank you.

She went to her son.

Mother: Say thank you to the doctor.

Boy: Thank you, doctor.

Sekai: Okay. Remember, you need to rest.

After the patient checking, he went around and look at the health list of the kids under his care. Then he went to the room where one of his patient is.

Then a cloth suddenly fly and hit his face.

Sekai: Wha-?!

???: I want don't stay! I want to go home!

He take off the cloth from his face and look at the boy. It was Souta, some of his troubled kid. The nurse tries to talk to him.

Nurse: Souta-kun, you need to stay here. You still sick.

Souta: I'm fine. I want to go!

Sekai: Souta, you can't leave yet. You're condition is still not confirmed as healthy yet.

Souta: I hate this place!

He began to ran away.

Sekai: W-Wait! Souta!

He went to chase him. Sekai have to chase until a mile from the hospital. But he accidently bump on Asuna who is on her way to the hospital. She drop the case and a big belt like thing with a game loader was dropped.

Souta went to it and pick up the game loader that shown "Mighty Action X" on it.

Souta: It's "Mighty Action X"! Why is it here?

Asuna: *gets up* Give it back!

She take it and the belt from the ground and put it back into the bried case.

Souta: That game coming out today, right? Let me play! Please, just a bit!

Asuna: Absolutely not! This isn't your average game!

It make Souta upset and then he suddenly feel hurt in his head. He to the ground.

Sekai: Souta!

He went to him and look at his condition. Then Sekai saw somekind of blob pop out at Souta's neck and disappear.

Sekai: What was... that?

Asuna push Sekai to the side and take out a special statescope to check Souta's condition.

Asuna: Oh no! Don't tell me...

A hologram screen appear show a star.

Asuna: This symptoms...

Sekai: A star? Whoa!

She pushed him away, again.

Back at the hospital, Asuna are pushing the hospital bed Souta was on and head to the elevator while Sekai is following.

Sekai: Are even with the hospital? Where are you taking him?

They enter the elevator and Asuna push the button like somekind of secret code.

Sekai: Huh? How far is this thing going?

B1 => CR

The door at the other open and they enter the room.

Sekai: Whoa! I didn't know they have a place like this here.

Then they saw the hospital director, Kiyama Hagami.

Sekai/Asuna: Director?/Director.

Hagami turn from serious face to happy face.

Hagami: Assistant Asuna, I've been waiting you! Come, come.

He went to help then securing Souta.

Asuna: Thank you. Leave the rest to me.

Sekai: Wait a minute, please! I saw them! There are this weird blobs coming out of Souta...

Hagami: You saw the Bugster?!

Asuna: Sir.

Hagami: Ah! Right. *look at Sekai* You didn't see anything. Forget about everything.

Sekai: Sir, I can't do that! He's my patient! And I'm his doctor!

Hagami: This is the director's order. *look at Asuna* Now, let's go.

They take Souta to the medical room leaving Sekai standing in confusion.

Sekai: Bugster...? The virus dad talk about that appear five years ago?

He remember the time when a doctor save him from dying after his accident. That is the reason he stop playing game for a while and focus on becoming a doctor.

Sekai: Now, it's my turn to give back.

He look up and saw the sign for the secret medical facility.

Sekai: "Cyber Rescue Center"?

Asuna change into her nurse outfit and went to the game releasing event that being held by the Genm Corporation. She know the "S" will show up there because he's the one that help them complete the game.

Sekai went inside the medical room and met with Souta who is lying on the bed.

Sekai: How are you feeling?

Souta take out a Mighty keychain.

Sekai: That's Mighty, right? You like games, too?

Souta: I really want to go to the launch party...

Then Souta feel pain in his body.

Sekai: Souta! This symptoms... no way...

Souta: Am I... dying?

Sekai: No, I won't let you die.

Souta: Huh?

Sekai: As your doctor, I responsible for your health. That is why, I well take care of you.

Souta: Doctor...

Sekai: So, would you like to go the launch party?

At "Mighty Action X" Launch Party

There's a lot of item there. All of them have Mighty puppets, keychain, drawing and many more. On the stage, Genm Corporation, Dan Kuroto going to make an announcement.

Kuroto: Ladies and gentlemen, sorry for making you wait. It's been five years since it was announced. Now, the legendary game, Mighty Action X...Is finally complete!

Many people lining up to play the game and buy it. It's reall on of the best day for game fan.

Because it's just a game, Teru and Haruka have to go alone. Hikari and Misaki didn't want to go because they think game just for boys.

Teru: Wow...!

Haruka: There's so many people here. I think my calculation was over the expectation.

Teru: Huh? I don't saw Sekai-nii anywhere. Where is he?

Haruka: Oh, he's over there.

He point at Sekai who is arguing with Asuna about bringing Souta to the launch party.

Asuna: He need to be operate now.

Sekai look at Souta.

Asuna: You fail as a doctor.

Sekai: What's the point of healing him but he didn't smile?

Asuna: *turn to Sekai* What?

Sekai: I learned that from the doctor that save me. If we cure him but he didn't smile, it still pointless.

Asuna: Then stay at your opinion.

She went to Souta to bring him back to the hospital but Souta don't want to.

Souta: At least let me play. It's my turn next!

Asuna: No, you end to go back to the hospital.

It makes Souta really stress since he wait for so long to play this game. Then his headache acting up again making the virus start to active.

Orange goo cover his body and turn into a huge golem like thing. It makes people ran away.

Sekai: What... is that?

Asuna: It's breaking out...

Sekai: What?!

Everyone are running away from it and Sekai with Asuna also out of the building.

Teru: Sekai-nii!

Sekai turn to see Teru and Haruka are running toward him and stop.

Sekai: Teru! Haruka!

Haruka: I thought we can go and see this game but... What is that thing?!

Sekai: That's the Bugster...

They look at him with confusion look. Souchirou only told to Sekai since he's going to be a doctor. The rest of Sakurada family except for Satsuki, didn't even know about this virus.

Sekai: *look at Asuna* Hey, isn't there's a way we can save him?!

Asuna: There is but...

Then the golem come out from the building by destroying the wall and went to the park to the building. Asuna quickly open the brief case and take out both belt and loader.

Asuna: We can treat him using this! You need to use the Gamer Driver and Rider Gashat to operate Souta-kun and remove the Bugster from him.

Sekai: Huh? We can operate with that?

This situation is making Teru and Haruka even more confuse.

Teru: What the hell is going on?!

Haruka: Teru, language!

Teru: Eh? Sorry!

Asuna: If you transform into a Kamen Rider, yes.

Sekai: Kamen Rider...

Teru: Like the legendary warrior...?

Asuna: We need to find someone that able to use this.

Haruka: There's less people here. How are we going to find that kind of person?

Asuna: Haruka-sama, Teru-sama, you two princes. I'll take the responsibility, not you two.

Yes, she do know that they are the King's children but she didn't know about Sekai being the foster child.

Haruka: But we want to help, too!

Then Sekai immediately snag the belt and gashat from Asuna's hands and went to the park.

Asuna: Hey, give it back! Not everyone can use that game!

As they chase Sekai, he already stop in front of the golem and place the Gamer Driver at his waist.

Sekai: Game?

He press the button at the gashat.

Mighty Action X!

The game screen appear behind him. The game area start to generate and brown blocks appear around the place.

Teru: Wh-What?!

Haruka: Block? Pink?

Asuna: The level are generated? How...? No way!

Then a smirk appear on Sekai's face.

Sekai: When it come to games, I'm you guy.

Asuna: Huh?

Sekai: I'll change Souta's fate with my own hands!

He spin the gashat in his hand and raise it up.

Sekai: Henshin!

He plug the gashat into the belt.

Gashatto! Let's Game! Metcha Game! Mutcha Game! What's Your Name?!

He pick his character.

I'm A Kamen Rider!!!

He transformed into the Gaming Kamen Rider, Ex-Aid.

Teru/Haruka: He's huge!

Ex-Aid look at himself and get excited.

Ex-Aid: Huh? Whoa! What is this? Huh? What? 

The golem make it left hand bigger and attack Ex-Aid.

Asuna: Look out!

Ex-Aid jump and dodge it attack. He jump on top of it's head and make it hit itself. He run and rolling around to dodge all it's attack.

Then Ex-Aid summon his Gashacon Weapon. It's weapon a that has "A" and "B" button, along with it's type of game.

Gashacon Breaker!

Ex-Aid: I'll clear this with no continues!

Instead of fighting head on, Ex-Aid run away making the golem chasing after him.

Ex-Aid: Over here! Come get some!

From the distance, Teru, Haruka and Asuna are watching him.

Asuna: Wait! Where are you going?

Ex-Aid: With Mighty, he gets stronger the more he consumed!

He move around really quick and jump toward a block. He hit it with his hammer, breaking it and found an Energy Item.

Speed Up!

Ex-Aid: Item get! Speed up!

He use the blocks to deplect himself so he can attack the golem rapidly. He hit the golem until to the golem are out at the open area.

He jump and hit it on the head thrice.

Hit! Great!! 

Ex-Aid: You're finished!

Perfect!!!

After the last hit, the golem explode leaving Souta lying on the ground. Ex-Aid and the others went to him but his body were look like data.

Ex-Aid: What? Why?

Asuna: The game isn't over yet!

Ex-Aid: Huh?

Teru: But Sekai-nii beat it!

Haruka: No, look over there.

The Bugster blob are combining into few human size type. It reveal Salty and few Bugster grunts with chef outfit.

Salty: Puny Level 1... Not even worth biting into.

Teru: Sekai-nii! Aren't that Salty, the game boss of Mighty Action X?!

Ex-Aid: Looks like it. I just gave to beat this guy, right?

Asuna: Stop! You can't leveling up any further!

Ex-Aid: I never read the manual anyway: this is how I roll! *holding the belt lever* This is it! Watch. Check out the skills of genius gamer, S!

Asuna: You're... S...?

Teru: Of course, Sekai-nii is the world best gamer!

Haruka: There's no game he can't clear.

Ex-Aid: Dai Henshin!

He open the lever.

Gachan! Level Up! Mighty Jump! Mighty Kick! Mighty Mighty Action X!!!

He change into much lighty and normal look form.

Teru: Wow! I can't believe seeing Sekai-nii as hero!

Asuna: Umm, why are you call him nii?

Teru: You don't know? Sekai-nii is our foster brother.

Haruka: Yeah.

Asuna: Ehhhhhh?! That guy is... your family member?!

Gashacon Breaker!

He re-summon his hammer.

Ex-Aid: Here I go!

He hit the grunts with his hammer and easily fighting all of them. When the grunt cover it's head, then he smack it's head. Ex-Aid press the A button at the hammer and change it into sword mode.

Jaching!

Ex-Aid: Tadaaa!

He dash toward them and slash all of them making them explode. Then he look at Salty.

Salty: Spicing things up, are we?

He jump down and dash toward Ex-Aid.

Salty: Look out!

Salty attack him but Ex-Aid jump and dodge it. Ex-Aid slash him but Salty block it using his gaunlet and taze Ex-Aid with electric. Salty tries to taze him again but Ex-Aid easily dodge it and slash Salty.

Ex-Aid press the B button twice and hit Salty. He press the button again and slash Salty until it hit Salty seven times.

Great!!

Salty: Curse you! 

Ex-Aid: Let's end this with a finisher.

He pull the gashat from the belt, blow it and insert it into the Kimewaza Slot.

Gashatto! Kimewaza!

Colourful energy start to appear at his right leg.

Ex-Aid: Here I go!

Salty: What? Ah!

He press the button again.

Mighty Critical Strike!!!

He jump kick Salty with the powerful energy several times.

Karishin no Ippatsu!

It makes him cry in pain and explode.

Ex-Aid: Yosha!

Game Clear!!!

After de-henshin himself, Asuna check on Souta and his game disease are cured.

Asuna: You're cured. And as for you... *look at Sekai*

Sekai: What?

Asuna: You can keep that belt and gashat. I call the Ministry of Health and inform the king about your job as both doctor and Kamen Rider.

Sekai: It can't be helped. Dad might going to be shocked with this, right?

Haruka: Yes.

Teru: But that was amazing, Sekai-nii! You transform into a super hero!

Asuna: From now on, your name in that form is, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.

Sekai: Ex-Aid...?

Asuna: And here's an addition info. The one that create this belt and gashat is Dan Kuroto.

Sekai: *suprised* Kuroto?!

Time Skip

After the long day, they all went back home. As at home, Akane was embarrassed that she's on tv with title "Bravo! Princess catch a thief!" Hikari was jealous.

Then Sekai, Teru and Haruka arrives at home.

Teru: We're home!

Satsuki: Welcome home.

They enter the living room and really happy expression are on their face.

Aoi: What's wrong?

Souchirou: You three look happy.

Haruka: Of course. Not only we get the this... *showing the Mighty Action X game console* Big things also happened.

Teru: A giant golem thing appear and change into Salty but Sekai-nii beat him badly. Sekai-nii is bigger than thief catcher. He's a hero!

Everyone: Hero?

Then Sekai show the rider gashat toward his foster father making him suprised.

Souchirou: *stand up* You... able to use that?

Sekai: Yeah! With this, I'll save them from game disease!!
