The rule of the game was to grab as many doll as you can put it in the basket with their name labeled on it.

Akane and Hikari got the bottom place because they didn't even get one doll. Akane was too embarrased to move and Hikari stuck on the tree.

The loser has to clean the castle' toilet. Hikari and Akane has to clean all of it to the brightness.

Hikari: *brushing toilet* Geez! Why are we have to do somethimg like this during Golden Week?!

Akane: *brushing toilet* It can't be helped. We lost to everybody, after all.

Hikari: There are too many toilets in the castle!!

Sekai: Isn't your own fault you ended up losing. Don't blame the castle.

He's whipping the sink. Akane and Hikari turn around and look at him.

Akane: Sorry, Nii-chan. You have to help us with this...

Hikari: Sekai-chan, you're a live saver!

Sekai: I won't let my siblings doing this alone.

Hikari: Maybe you can take us to the-

Sekai: Not happening.

Hikari: Geez...

After few minutes of cleaning, one of the castle's agent come to call them for the concert.

Agent: Akane-sama, it's time to get ready.

Akane: Ah, yes.

Hikari: Finally, we can get away from this kind of thing!

Agent: *look at Sekai* Sekai-sama, the hospital just call and inform that you have a patient.

Sekai: Right. Akane, Hikari, don't cause any problems, okay? *walk out the room*

Hikari: Huh? Sekai-chan, isn't watching the concert with us?

Akane: It's can't be help.

She and Hikari went to the dressing room and change their clothes.

Akane(Narrator): Nii-chan maybe part of our family, but he isn't a royalty. He can only join us in normal events but when it's about the royal he can't. I still feel bad about him because should be with us everytime the royal event are held.

Akane and the rest of the Sakurada family sit at their special seat and watch the concert.

At Seito University Hospital

Meanwhile, Sekai is busy dealing with his patient that is scared with doctor. His patient, Yuu, is extremely afraid of doctors.

Sekai: It's all right. I'm not gonna hurt you.

Mother: Yuu, you won't get better if you don't get over your fear of doctors.

Yuu: Mom, let's go home.

Sekai: Oh yeah! Yuu, do you like games? *taking out and show Yuu his game console* Tada! I'm good at games, you know. Do you want to play with me?

Suddenly Yuu ran away.

Mother: Yuu!

Sekai: Leave him to me, please.

He chase Yuu until out of the hospital.

At the park

Katsuki is checking the Bugster virus radius in his phone until Graphite show up.

Graphite: Long time no see, quack doctor.

Katsuki: *turn to right* Graphite...!

Graphite: You're just a wondering corpse at this point. I'll put you at rest!

Katsuki: What a coincidence. *stand up* I was just thinking how much I wanted to see you. *take out his driver* Payback time for what happened 5 years ago.

Parado: Don't do anything rash, Graphite.

Then Parado show up while playing the game console.

Katsuki: Who're you?

Parado clear the game and look at Katsuki while smiling.

Parado: Anyway, let's have a bet. Let's see which Kamen Rider is the strongest, and can clear the most games.

Graphite: You're a strange one.

Then they use their ability and disappear. Katsuki look around for them but they already gone.

???: Yuu, wait up! Wait!

Katsuki turn around and saw Sekai is still chasing Yuu.

Katsuki(In mind): Sekai?

Sekai: Yuu, stop!

They stopped running. Yuu still want to keep himself away from Sekai.

Sekai: I won't do anything to you. There is nothing to afraid of.

Yuu: I can't trust anything you doctors says!

Then he suddenly feel cold all over his body. He hug himself to because of the coldness.

Yuu: I'm cold...

Sekai: Oh no...

He use the statescope and check on Yuu's condition. There's fever marks appear on the hologram screen.

Sekai: A game disease?!

Then he remember what Yuu's mother said before about Yuu scared of doctors. He look at himself.

Sekai: I'm stressing him out because he's scared of doctors!

He take off his doctor cloak and then take out his phone while Katsuki walk toward them.

Sekai: Hello?

Asuna(Phone): Oh, Sekai?

Sekai: The game disease is breaking out! Asuna, I need your help!

Asuna(Phone): Okay, I'll be there soon!

He hung up.

Katsuki: I'll take care of him.

Sekai look at the left and saw Katsuki.

Sekai: Katsuki? What are you doing here?

Katsuki: That's my line.

He take out his driver and put it at his waist.

Sekai: *suprised* A Gamer Driver?!

Yuu: *look at Sekai* Yuu liar! You said you won't do anything to me!

Then Katsuki start to walk toward Yuu making him back off and even more afraid. Sekai went to Katsuki and stop him.

Sekai: Katsuki, wait! He's scared of doctors.

Katsuki: So what?

He push Sekai away. It makes Yuu even stress and the Bugster virus inside him start to activate. Suddenly his eyes glow red.

Yuu(Bugster): Commencing counter attack.

Orange goo start to cover him and he change into a giant revolver.

Katsuki: A Bugster from the same genre as my game, huh? Perfect for warming up.

Sekai: Huh?

He take out his gashat and point it like a gun. He press the button.

Bang Bang Shooting!

The game screen appear behind him. The game area start to generate and many barrel appear.

He spin the gashat several times.

Katsuki: Henshin.

He spin it few more times and insert it into his driver.

Gashatto! Let's Game! Metcha Game! Mutcha Game! What's Your Name?!

He shoot his character.

I'm A Kamen Rider!!!

He transform into Kamen Rider Snipe. He summon his gun.

Gashacon Magnum!

Snipe: Mission start!

Sekai: Katsuki is... rider?

Snipe shooting the revolver while it shooting back at him. He shoot it several times and stop it from moving.

He jump and cover himself into a holografic bullet and crash into the revolver. The revolver explode and Yuu is separated from the virus.

It makes the Bugster and Yuu fall to the ground. Snipe also fall because of his own attack. Sekai quickly went to Yuu.

Sekai: Yuu, are you all right?

Snipe: Damn... it's a powerful attack, but a real double-edge sword, too.

Then Asuna arrived. As she look at Sekai and Yuu, she was suprised to see Snipe.

Asuna: Sekai, what's he doing here?

Sekai: You know him?

Asuna: That's Kamen Rider Snipe.

Sekai: Kamen Rider... Snipe.

Then he look at the game area.

Sekai: This game area... isn't this the game of shooting in development hell, Bang Bang Shooting?

Asuna: As expected from the genius gamer. *look at the Bugster* In this first-person shooter, your target is the commander, Revol.

Sekai: Revol, huh? He's the troubling game boss that make this game really hard.

Revol: You bastard! Come forth, troops! Commence the battle!

Many Bugster grunts wearing army suits and wielding rifles appear all over the place.

Revol: Open fire!

The Bugsters start to shoot and Snipe shoot them back.

Sekai: Yuu, get over here!

He and Asuna take Yuu behind a tree to take cover. Snipe easily defeat the grunts but it makes Yuu even more scared and stress.

Yuu: Stop it!

His stressness cause the Bugster grunt to multiply.

Asuna: The virus multiplied!

Sekai: It's because Yuu is scared.

He step forward and take out his driver. He put it at his waist and take out his gashat and press the button.

Mighty Action X!

The game screen appear behind him. The game area generate and many block appear. A smirk appear on his face.

Sekai: I'll stop them! Henshin!

He spin the gashat and insert it into his driver.

Gashatto! Let's Game! Metcha Game! Mutcha Game! What's Your Name?!

He pick his character.

I'm A Kamen Rider!!!

He transform and quickly went to Snipe and make him stop shooting.

Ex-Aid: Stop shooting! All you're doing is making the virus multiply even more!

Snipe: Move it, Sekai.

He push him away. But Ex-Aid hold on to him to make sure Snipe stop shooting.

Ex-Aid: Katsuki, this isn't you! Listen to what I'm saying!

Snipe: Well, aren't you so high and mighty?

He push him away again and kick him. Then he shoot Ex-Aid.

Ex-Aid: What are you doing?

Snipe: To game is to defeat all other players, don't you think?

Ex-Aid: What're saying doesn't making any sense!

Revol: Stop dragging your feet, soldiers!

Ex-Aid: Geez... *pull the gashat from the driver*

Gashoon!

Ex-Aid de-henshin himself and went to Asuna and Yuu, taking them away from the battle.

Snipe keep shooting the grunts without stopping and care about the surroundings.

Then Sekai, Asuna and Yuu stop running. Sekai place his hand on Yuu's shoulder.

Sekai: Yuu, I'm sorry. You must've been so scared.

???: Yo, Poppy Pipopapo.

They turn to the left and saw Katsuki walking toward them and stop. Yuu immediately stand behind Sekai.

Asuna: Katsuki, why do you have a Gamer Driver?

Katsuki: Hmph. *look at Sekai* You. Your personality changes when you play game, huh?

Sekai: So what is it?

Katsuki: We'll play again, genius gamer. *start to walk away*

Sekai: Wait! Katsuki, what exactly happen to you?

It makes Katsuki stop.

Sekai: You're a great team leader when I was in your team. And you said you quit gaming because wanted to be a doctor. When I studying to be a doctor, you just disappear without telling your team and myself!

Katsuki glance a bit at him.

Sekai: What happened to you? You're not a harsh person before!

Katsuki: If you want to know, then ask them!

He walk away without saying anything. Sekai was confuse and look at Asuna.

Sekai: What is he saying?

Asuna: He was a Rider back at CR 5 years ago.

At CR

Yuu is with his mother at the medical bed. Sekai are talking with Asuna and Hagami about Katsuki.

Hagami: I have a bad feeling about this. Why is that man...?

Sekai: Director, what exactly happened 5 years ago? Is Katsuki's work has connection with the Zero Day incident?

Hagami: There's no need for you to know! I still don't acknowledge you as a member of CR, intern.

Asuna: He has right to know.

Hagami: You're right! *look back at Sekai* 5 years ago, during the Zero Day, many people-

Sekai: Went disappear after inffected with the Bugster virus. I know that already. What happen after that?

Asuna: The Ministry of Heatlth and Genm Corporation are working together to establish CR.

Hagami: Toriga Katsuki, a radiologist at the time, was selected from our team of doctors...

Sekai: That's hard to believe...

After that, Sekai went to see Yuu and Yuu's mother at the medical bed. He's talking with them.

Mother: A while ago, Yuu had an operation for a serious injury, and he's been scared of doctors ever since.

???: It's okay. This is a happy place!

Asuna show up, in Poppy appearance, and tries to cheer Yuu up.

Poppy: Sing together with Poppy Pipopapo.

Yuu: No.

Poppy. What-?! Wah... *sulk*

Sekai: *look at Yuu* You know, I was hurt badly long time ago, too. But, it's thanks to the doctors that I'm alive now! Don't worry. We can fight it together!

Yuu: I hate doctors! That doctor even tried to attack me.

Mother: Yuu, your sickness is a special case! Listen to what the doctor says!

Then Sekai went to Poppy.

Sekai: There is something I want to know.

Poppy tilted her head.

Inside Kuroto's Office

Reisei is talking about why Katsuki have the Gamer Driver and Rider Gashat.

Kuroto: It's your first time in my office, isn't it? Dr. Kiyama Reisei.

Reisei: I'll ask you straight out. Why did you give Toriga Katsuki a Gamer Driver?

Kuroto: He's a suitable candidate.

Reisei: I'm sure you know, that man is no longer a doctor. 5 years ago, he become obsess with the power of games--

Kuroto: Perfomed a fatal medical error, and took the life of a patient. But, his skill as a Kamen Rider is genuine.

Reisei: That man alone is unacceptable.

It makes Kuroto look closely at him.

Reisei: That man... took something precious from me.

Kuroto: For that...

Reisei: And why... you pick that intern? He's not seem to be a compatible user. And that doesn't mean he qualify just because he's the King foster child.

Only very few people know that Sekai is the King's foster child.

Kuroto: Sekai is a genius gamer that help our company to survive this long. He's more than you know who he is now.

Reisei: What?

At an old hospital

Sekai ask Poppy the address of Katsuki's current location. He arrives at an old hospital that look like no one has been using it for a long time.

Sekai: So this is where he is...

???: Yo, genius gamer.

He turn around and saw Katsuki at the hallway. Then Katsuki bring him to his office.

Katsuki: So, what do you want talk about?

Sekai: The patient, Yuu, is scared of you. Can you please don't stress him anymore? So could you stay out of this case?

Katsuki: I do anything I want to do.

It makes Sekai confuse.

Katsuki: Stop playing doctor and just enjoy the game!

Sekai: Don't you want to save people, as an ex-doctor?

Katsuki: All I'm after is the Gashats. That's all.

Sekai: What?

Katsuki: Whoever collect all 10 Gashats will gain the power to completely destroy the Bugster virus. Fight me, Ex-Aid. Let's see who can defeat that kid's Bugster first. We'll put both of our gashats on the line.

Sekai: What is wrong with you? You're not this type of person. When I still in your team, you usually kind and generous, but now you're... why are you being like this?!

Flashback

Few years ago, Katsuki are the leader of the world top gaming team called Team Buster.

Announcer: This is great! Representing Japan, Team Buster, is fighting against the Representer from America, Team Blizzard on the shooting game, Bang Bang Shooting!

Only Katsuki and Sekai are the only one left. They look at the screen while holding the gun game controller.

Katsuki: Sekai.

Sekai: What, boss?

Katsuki: Let's win this. Make sure they get what they should. Don't mess with the world strongest gaming team.

Sekai: Yeah.

As the enemy gamer come out from the hiding place and both of them shoot them all with all the ammo they have and beat them.

Sekai: Yosha!

Katsuki: We win!

After the game, Katsuki is holding up high the trophy with the whole team.

Sekai: We won again, boss!

Katsuki: Yeah! That is why, we're the strongest team!

Sekai: Yeah!

Katsuki: Team Buster, is the best! *fist pump*

Team Buster: Yeah!!

Flashback End

Sekai: Why you change so suddenly?

Then Sekai's phone ringing. He take out his phone answer the call.

Sekai: Hello?

Poppy(Phone): Sekai, bad news! Yuu-kun was... He escaped!

Sekai: What...?! 

He hung up.

Sekai: We need to go and find him before Revol found him!

Katsuki: There's no need.

Sekai: Huh?

Katsuki: Revol might already found him. All we need to do it to find Revol... and deal with this guys!

At the office doorway, the Bugster grunt appear. They have fight against them.

Katsuki: I knew they'll come here.

Sekai: What?

Katsuki: Doctors make the kid stress out. That's why the Bugster came after us.

They fight all of the grunt to get outside. As they just got out, even more Bugster grunt show up. Then Revol show up while holding Yuu.

Revol: When your stress levels hit their peak, you'll disappear and I'll finally become complete!

Yuu: No!

Sekai: Yuu!

He take out his driver. Katsuki also take out his and already it put at his waist.

Sekai: I need to end this now!

He put it at his waist, take out his gashat and press the button.

Mighty Action X!

The game screen appear behind him. The game area generate and many block appear all arund the place. A smirk appear at his face.

Sekai: I'll change Yuu's fate with my own hands!

He spin the gashat.

Sekai: Henshin!

He insert the gashat into his driver.

Gashatto! Let's Game! Metcha Game! Mutcha Game! What's Your Name?!

He pick his character.

Ex-Aid: Dai Henshin!

He open the lever.

Gachan! Level Up! Mighty Jump! Mighty Kick! Mighty Mighty Action X!!!

He change into Level 2.

Katsuki take out his gashat, point it like a gun and press the button.

He change into Level 2 and summon his gun.

Snipe: Game on, Ex-Aid.

Ex-Aid summon his hammer.

Ex-Aid: Bring it on! The target is Commander Revol!

Snipe: Mission start.

Ex-Aid: I'll clear this with no continues!

Revol: Troops, go forth!

They dash toward the Bugster army. Ex-Aid smack them with his hammer. Snipe blast them with his gun.

He press the B button at his gun. He shoot them all until they explode.

Then Reisei show up and put his driver at his waist. Snipe turn around and look at Reisei.

Snipe: You're here! Welcome back from America, "Young Master".

Reisei: I'll be taking back your Gamer Driver and Gashat.

He take out his gashat and press the button.

Taddle Quest!

The game screen appear behind him. The game area generate and many treasure chest appear all around the place.

Reisei: Henshin.

He insert gashat into his driver.

Gashatto! Let's Game! Metcha Game! Mutcha Game! What's Your Name?!

He pick his character.

I'm A Kamen Rider!!!

Brave: Proceeding with Level 2.

He open his lever.

Gachan! Level Up! Taddle Mugeru! Taddle Mugeru! Taddle Quest~!!!

He change into Level 2 and summon his sword.

Gashacon Sword!

Brave: And to your existence,  you unlisenced sham, I say no thank you.

Snipe: Let's take this battle to a grander stage, shall we?

He press the Kimewaza Slot button.

Stage Select!

Snipe chose an junkyard area with many scraps. Snipe and Brave start their battle while Ex-Aid is busy fighting the Bugster army. Asuna just arrived and look at Yuu who is being hostage by Revol.

Asuna: You need to defeat the Bugster now! Yuu-kun's disappearing!

Revol: It's too late, little miss!

Ex-Aid: *look at Brave and Snipe* Stop it, you two! We have a child's life on the line!

Brave: We'll settle this later.

They push away themselves from each other. Brave and Snipe are fighting the Bugster army instead of each other.

Brave press the B button at his sword cause his sword covered with flames and slash the Bugster grunts making them explode.

Snipe press the B button and shoot the Bugster grunts. Then he press the A button at his gun and it turn into rifle mode.

Zukyun!

He take aim at the Bugster grunt in front of him and shoot them. Then he press the B button again and shoot them all making them explode.

Ex-Aid smack the Bugster grunts one by one and defeat them all with one hit.

Revol: It's not over! Far from it, in fact!

Four more Bugster grunt appear and they transform into four clones of Revol.

Brave: They revived?

Asuna: Until you defeat Commander Revol, his troops will keep come back stronger!

Snipe: They can keep coming all they want. I'll shoot down every one of them!

Revol: Nothing gets pass my soldier. Troops, open fire!

Revol and his clones start shooting them with full power. Snipe able to take cover while Ex-Aid and Brave are rapidly being shoot. Both of them are on the ground.

Asuna: Keep an eye at your Rider Gauge! It's game over if you hit 0! You'll die!

Ex-Aid: What?!

They look at their gauge and their life only one left. They quickly run while dodging the bullets and take cover behind an old car.

Brave: My gauge is nearly empty. This is too risky.

Gachon! Gashoon!

He close the lever and pull out his gashat. He de-henshin himself.

Ex-Aid: *look at Reisei* Hey! What are you doing?!

Reisei: Knowing when to stop is part of a doctor's job.

Ex-Aid: What?

He take look from behind the car and saw Yuu is really scared. He went out of his hiding place.

Reisei: Hey, intern!

Revol: Open fire!

All four of Revol's clones appear in front him and shoot Ex-Aid. He took all the bullet that being shot at him. Even though being shot heavily, he keeping walk straight.

Snipe: Ex-Aid! Aren't you scared of getting a game over?!

Ex-Aid: I made a promise with Yuu! I said we'd fight together! *fall to the ground* Yuu! I with you all the way. *trying to get up* If the two of us work together, you have nothing to scared of!

It make Yuu nod.

Ex-Aid: Yosha!

He jump and hit a block revealing an Energy Item.

Metalize!

Ex-Aid: Item get!

He body covered with steel and it deplecting all the bullets without taking any hits.

As the energy effect wear off, he quickly press the B button four times. He jump again and smack it to the ground.

The energy from the hammer hit the clones causing them to explode.

Revol: It's no use! Reinforcements, come forth!

But nothing came.

Revol: I said come forth!

He look at Yuu and his body stop disappearing.

Asuna: Yuu-kun's not stress anymore...?

It also makes Reisei suprised.

Snipe: So they've stopped multiplying, huh?

Yuu push away the Bugster grunt that holding him and ran away.

Ex-Aid: Yuu!

He quickly press the A button at his hammer and it change into sword mode.

Jakking!

He pull out his gashat.

Gashoon!

He blow it and insert it into his sword.

Gashatto! Kimewaza!

Ex-Aid: Let's go!

Mighty Critical Finish!!!

He slash both of the Bugster grunt and Revol causing them to cry in pain and explode.

Perfect!!!

He look around because he confuse that he didn't clear the game.

Ex-Aid: Huh? I didn't clear the game? Huh, that's weird. How come?

Snipe slowly walk and stop. He pull his gashat.

Gashoon!

He insert his gashat into his gun.

Gashatto! Kimewaza!

He aim his rifle at Ex-Aid.

Ex-Aid: Hey, Katsuki! Wait, time out! Stop!

Bang Bang Critical Finish!!!

He pull the trigger and shoot. The power of the blast make him back off a bit. Instead of hitting Ex-Aid, it misses and hit Revol who is using stealth ability to make himself invisible.

Revol: What?! How did you-?!

Perfect!!!

Ex-Aid: Hey, that was dangerous!

Revol explode and it make Ex-Aid look behind at the explosian.

Snipe: Mission complete.

Game Clear!!!

After the game cleared, they return back at the old hospital. Ex-Aid and Snipe de-henshin themselves.

Katsuki: I won this round. Hand over your gashat.

Sekai look at his gashat before hold it in front of Katsuki.

Katsuki: Kidding. Where's the fun if you can't transform?

Sekai: Huh?

Katsuki: Keep it for now. But if you lose to me, again... I will take your gashat. *turn around and walk away*

Reisei: That is what happen if you operate when the risk are too high. At least you still have your gashat.

Sekai: But... *he turn to Yuu* I was able to save Yuu.

Yuu: Doctor!

Sekai kneel down and Yuu ran to him and hug Sekai. Unknown to them, a guy with racing goggle is watching them.

???: Now we have four players. It's time to start the race.
