A Zi-O II type form, created when Dial was forced to go back in time and told to kill his new born self if he wanted his family back alive. However, when he held his Younger self, light glowed out of both of them and created the Dial Type: 0 ridewatch. Suddenly Dial vanished and his baby self faded away, history changing so that his past self never existed. All memory of him was erased from History, except for on the internet.

Transformation: "RIDER TIME! 0~! KAMEN RIDER~! 0~! DIAL~! TYPE: 0~!"

Time launch: "ZERO~! TIME LAUNCH!!!"

The abilitys of this form are simple, but powerful.

-can move freely through frozen time for 5 seconds, has to let 10 seconds pass before doing it again.

-the longer he is in this form before using the finisher, the stronger the finisher is.
