Once their mission has finished and they arrived the new world.

The heroes has arrived in the new world, and (Y/N) and Rachel are wearing of the uniform are like military.

Rachel: Man, this uniform looked bit embarrassing on me.

She was bit embarrassed.

His Machine Decader is shown in parked of front a pile of smoking rubble where (Y/N) sitting alone before, in the white. (Y/N) grabs one of the cubes and looked at the camera.

(Seiza no you sen de musubu shunken hajimaru legend) The scenes changes to shown the worn down warehouse with all the riders sitting out of one of time. Rachel grabbed the bottle and (Y/N) looked back. Ryuji slumps back his TryChaser200 with Boku no Hero Academia's characters and Toaru Majutsu no Index are here standing or sitting down. As the silhouttes of the riders appeared one by one. Rachel throws the same bottle down on the floor.

The same bottle shatters as (Y/N) look as through he was about to collapse but not before his face changing into each of the Rider's helmets. Backed to the warehouse all 19 riders line up doing their signature poses and with Decade in the centre and behind him was Rachel.

(Y/N) is shown on his bike getting his helmet on and Rachel was riding passenger. Rachel hold on tightly around his waist before we see Decade showing off his fighting skills especially with the Attack Ride: Slash card. And soon back to the Rider, everyone doing their best trying to watch each other's back while against Dark Riders.

(Atarashii yoake e to tsuzuku michi ni kawaru no darou) (Y/N) sits alone exhausted tearing coming out of his eyes down to his face. Until Rachel was in front of him with his camera and offering the other to help him up. We soon Ryuji ride along with (Y/N) and Rachel on their respective bikes. Back on the battle Blade was having trouble with Glaive until Decade shows up and pushed Glaive away. Ryuga was about to use his Strike Vent on Decade until Ryuki uses his first to save Decade.

(Mokugekise yo Journey through the Decade.) The riders are helping each other trying to take down their respective foe. Soon Rachel smile in Decade's mind. But Decade focuses on the battle and helping his comrade's. Decade was soon driving on his bike driving out of the Dimensional Wall with pictures of the other 18 riders in it circled the logo.

He staring awe of seeing a little girl, is grinning interest on (Y/N).

She giggle for a bit.

Rachel: You funny guy. Very well, my name is Rachel Alucard.

Rachel: It's not going to be Dark Riders, it going to be Kaijin. 

(Y/N): Kaijin?! Why not Dark Riders?!

While (Y/N) riding his motorcycle going to the HQ, the heard a sound off.

Boy: Help!

They all glances at a little boy being dragged in the river going to the end of the waterfall.

(Y/N): Shit! The boy is going to be dead, if we're don't do something!

Rachel: What we're going to do.

She turned to seeing a young girl wearing a nun clothes rushes to see Rachel.

Noel: Excuse me! Have you seen of the little boy?!

At (Y/N) while he was swimming in the river, rushing in fast in order to saving a little boy trapped in the river.

He reached his hand to grabbed a kid, he looked at a nearby stick with tree, he grabbed it stopped them from moving.

The stick are making (Y/N)'s hand to slip off when the river pushing them until someone grabbed his hand, revealing, Noel.

Pulling him and the kid backed on the ground, they panting and gasped.

After they were being rescued by the nun named Noel, she scolded on the young boy but he was going to play a soccer but the ball being dragged in river but he was dragged too.

Nun hugged him to be confront to be feel any better as for (Y/N).

He currently wearing a warm blanket to keep him warm as his body gets shivered from getting in the river. And his feet in the full water warm bucket.

Rachel: I told you this is a bad idea!

(Y/N): You never told me that!

She growls in annoyed.

She poked on (Y/N)'s neck causing him to burst out of laughing, held it where she poked it.

She not very happy of his action, when (Y/N) jumped in the river to save a little boy and now he catch a cold, so she scolded him.

Until Noel appears come in, smiling with sweet motherly staring at two sibling.

Making Noel to be giggled taking interesting on (Y/N).

After they left the house, until (Y/N) bumped onto some teenager.

Jin: I heard you were going to transferred to our HQ, but...

He narrows his eyes to (Y/N).

And (Y/N) narrows his eyes too.

In the battlefield all the NOl members are watching the battle between Jin and (Y/N) standing their staring each other.

Jin: So you got anything to say?

(Y/N): Yeah.

He sly smirk, taking out his Neo Decadriver making the members to gossip and confuse at it and Jin taking of interesting.

He place the driver on his waist, the silver belt wrapped on his waist to fit, taking out his card Decade.

(Y/N): Henshin!

Insert his driver.

Kamen Ride:

He closes his driver before Decade's symbol appears.

Decade!

He transformed into Kamen Rider Decade, made the NOL soldiers to be shocked and surprised seeing him transformed Kamen Rider thought it was a Myth and legend fought for Humanity's peace and freedom for long time ago.

Making Jin smirked for interesting at Decade, he takes out his Ride-Booker in sword mode, making a combat stance, as for Jin taking the handle of his katana to make a stance in combat.

They rushes in high speed, clashing meeting their blades causing the powerful wind making the NOL soldiers covered their arms.

They both swinging their swords at each other before departed back away at few meters away on the battle field.

Decade tried to slash at him but Jin uses his katana to creates a ice blocks to defend him from Decade's attack.

He landed on the ground.

Decade: What?!

Jin: You surprised by that. The Sword I wielded is called Ice Sword: Yukinesa, can controlled the powers of the ice.

Made Decade scoffed at it.

Decade: Nice, but I got some tricks some from my sleeve.

Making  Jin still smirking and curious about it, seeing Decade take out Kuuga's card.

Decade: Henshin!

He insert his driver.

Kamen Ride:

Closing his driver until Kuuga's Symbol appears.

Making the NOL expect for Jin surprised seeing him changes amour Jin smirk for the interesting and Rachel surprised seeing this rider making her recognizes.

Rachel: Kuuga.... likes Ryuji!

D-Kuuga rushes to hand in combat charging towards to Jin creating an Ice break to defend himself, he threw his arm back and punched the ice standing here.

There an large cracks on the ice making it shattered likes ice pieces making them surprised as for Jin attempting to slash on Decade but he dodge it.

He roll the ground on his hand leap up and kicking, Jin's cheek knocking him out of the area making them surprised seeing him here just kicked on Major Jin.

At Jin smirking for impress he rubbing out the bleed on his mouth with his arm he got up making D-Kuuga.

Making Jin clapping his hand making (Y/N) and the NOL members confuse about it.

Jin: Well done, you passed the test.

Inner Decade and NOL: T-That was the "TEST"?!

Jin: Yes, welcome to Novus Orbis Librarium...

He lends his hand for a handshake.

Jin: Decade.

He smirks while D-Kuuga reverted into Decade, so then Decade accepts for Jin's handshake to be feel welcome.

After being welcome from NOL, in the abandoned places, someone appeared in this place, revealing Dark Decade, waiting for someone.

???: Took you long enough boss.

Made Dark Decade glances at him.

Dark Decade: Mind your tongue, Eternal.

Eternal came out of the shadow.

Eternal: So we're not going to do this world.

Dark Decade: Yes, I want you to find the interesting host to create an Kaijin, can you do that Eternal?

After when (Y/N) and Rachel left a NOL HQ while he was riding on his bike while they returned to Studio.

(Y/N): Midoriya, grandpa we'.... HUH?!

Ryuji started explaining when he first arrived in this new world, he telling the gangs, that Dark Decade was here in his world, so he started to following him and enter through it.

(Y/N): So Dark Decade was here. Sigh This time we're not going to deal with Dark Riders we're going to deal with Kaijin.

Ryuji: Wait Kaijin?

(Y/N): Yeah, Rachel told me......

He takes out a card a Final Form Ride Card same design of the design.

He turns seeing a man just saved his life had suddenly vanished, he looked around seeing where he go.

And Rachel watching when (Y/N) fighting dopant grunts but someone attacks (Y/N) with green energy chain. And someone appeared to saved (Y/N) with white hair spiky to be familiar with her when she has connection with him.

Rachel: Yuuki Terumi.............

Meanwhile at NOL HQ, (Y/N) is secretly looking at some of the mysterious red coat man, had save his life.

(Y/N): There! Ragna the Bloodegde.

He looks at the wanted poster, looked at it, something was wrong....

(Y/N): He doesn't looks like him!

???: Hey what you doing?!

Making (Y/N) goes flinched at it, turns to his senior NOL are Makoto and Tsubaki and hide the files behind him.

(Y/N): Ahhhhhhh! Noting just doing some ressearch!

Makoto: Hey! Aren't you new the kid transformed into Kamen Rider?

(Y/N): Ummm, yes?

Makoto: That's great!

Her eyes suddenly lit up making her eyes goes sparkles.

Makoto: Can I be Kamen rider?!

Makoto: I always wanted to be Kamen rider since I was little girl. But someone says it's childish and give it up but maybe I can be Kamen rider if you can le.

There is a kaijin coming in the constructionist building, looking at his target.
