November 8th, 2020 ~ 2pm

After spending a few hours with family sight seeing all around Delaware, Doug and Kamala are now heading to Joe and Jill's house to hang out and have a little brunch and just celebrate their big win.

Doug is currently driving the twenty minutes to Joe and Jill's beautiful Wilmington Delaware home.

Doug is wearing a maroon red polo shirt with a pair of dark blue jeans and new pair of Sperrys he just got for his birthday a few weeks back from Cole and Ella. Kamala is wearing a blue striped long sleeve shirt with black jeans and her famous black and white chucks.

Doug is holding Kamala's hand while he drives with their hands intertwined on her left leg. Kamala has her iPhone on her right leg, with the Maps app opened so they know how to get to the Biden residence.  

"You look extremely handsome today, Mr. Second Gentlemen. I always loved this color on you." Kamala says, fixing one of Doug's shirt sleeve while he drives which he finds adorable. 

"Why, thank you, Madam Vice President. You look gorgeous as always. This is one of my favorite outfits on you. Makes you look hot." Doug says as he smiles at Kamala before looking back at the road causing Kamala's cheeks to blush a bright pink.

Doug raises his and Kamala's intertwined hands up and kisses the palm of her hand a few times before placing them back on her leg.

"Have you ever been to Joe and Jill's house before, honey?" Doug asks Kamala as he makes a right turn on the road.

"No, I haven't actually. I've heard it is really gorgeous though. They have two adorable German Shepherds too, Champ and Major." Kamala says with a cheeky grin.

"I always liked German Shepherds, they are one of the smartest breeds ever." Doug says stating a random fact he knew which Kamala finds extremely cute.

"The Second Gentlemen is now a dog expert now? Mr. Smarty Pants." Kamala says playfully as she and Doug chuckle and smile at each other.

After driving another ten minutes, Kamala and Doug have made it at the Biden residence!

Doug parks his car in the Biden's driveway and they both begin to hear a happy and excited Major barking as he looks out the window.

"Major is already saying hello to us!" Kamala says as she giggles and smiles at Doug and Doug smiles back at her.

Doug and Kamala softly kiss each other for a few seconds before they look into each other's eyes.

"I love you and I'm so proud of you, baby." Doug says softly to Kamala making her face light up with a humungous smile.

"I love you too and I couldn't have been able to do anything of this without you by my side." Kamala says as she kisses Doug again, gripping his face with her hands.

Meanwhile inside the Biden house, Jill has been getting the brunch set up. It will only be herself, Joe, baby Beau, little Hunter, Kamala, Doug and of course the dogs - Champ and Major.

Hunter and Melissa are out for a much needed date day, while Ashley, Naomi, Finnegan, Maisy and Natalie are out shopping and having a girls day.

Jill is giving Champ his medicines he needs for the day. Champ is twelve years old now and he is experiencing some arthritis and other elements that happen when a dog is a senior.

Hunter and Beau are both sitting on the couch together watching an episode of Cocomelon on Hunter's iPhone. Well, Hunter isn't watching it, Beau is, but Hunter wants to do everything he can to make his little cousin happy. 

Kamala and Doug walk up to the front door and Kamala rings the door bell, not wanting to barge in even if the door was unlocked.

"Nana, someone is at the door!" Hunter says, calling for Jill who is in the kitchen with Champ still.

"Hunt, can you open the door for Pop and I? It's Kamala and Doug." Jill says as she gives Champ his medicine.

"Ba ba! Ba ba!" Beau says as he claps his hands and smiles at Hunter causing Hunter to giggle.

"Come on Beau, we can answer the door together!" Hunter says as he picks up the happy ten month old and walks over to the front door.

"Major! Come here boy! Come here!" Joe says as he gets Major's attention right away, causing the dog to run over to him.

"I don't want you scaring Doug and Kamala away! Be a good boy, okay?" Joe says as he pets Major all over, causing Major's tail to wag fast.

Hunter unlocks the front door and opens it, smiling at Kamala and Doug who are standing on the porch.

"Hi, little Hunter! It is so good to see you again!" Kamala says with a big smile as she smiles at Hunter and Beau.

"Hello!" Doug says waving at the two boys as he has a hand on Kamala's back.

"Hello, Mrs. Kamala and Mr. Doug! Come on in! My Pop and Nana will be in the living room in a minute!" Hunter says as he walks back over to the sofa where he and Beau were sitting.

Hunter sits Beau on the floor to play with his baby toys some and end his screen time for the day.

"Ba ba baaa!" Beau says as he smiles up at Kamala and Doug, showing off the few teeth he has.

"Hi, Beau! Hiiiiii!" Kamala says in a babyfied voice as she sits down on the floor with Beau and plays with the toys.

"Where is your aunts, uncle, sister and cousins at?" Doug asks Hunter, trying to make a convo with the shy fourteen year old.

"Uncle Hunter and Melissa went out on a date while Auntie Ashley, Naomi, Finnegan, Maisy and Natalie are all shopping and doing girl stuff." Hunter says shyly, making Kamala and Doug both chuckle and smile at him.

"Girl stuff can be boring, I understand!" Doug says as Beau crawls over to him and tries to stand up.

"Aww, you wanna see my Dougie, Beau?" Kamala asks Beau as she picks him up and holds him up to Doug so Doug can smile at him and do silly faces.

Kamala has always been motherly to everyone she has met. Whether it's her godchildren, her niece, her grandnieces, her stepchildren or strangers. Kamala has always been sweet, kind and warm with any child.

"Hi, Beau! Hi!" Doug says as he continues to do silly faces causing Beau to giggle loudly.

Beau then sits in Kamala's lap, playing with her necklace and her long hair.

"Beau, don't hurt Mrs. Kamala." Hunter says to his little cousin, even though he wouldn't really understand since he is a baby.

"You can call me Kamala, sweety. And it's okay! This is what babies do. Right, Beau?" Kamala says to Hunter and then to Beau.

"Baaaa!" Beau says loudly, making Kamala, Doug and Hunter all chuckle.

"How old is Beau?" Doug asks Hunter as he smiles at Beau who is hugging Kamala closely.

"Eight months old! He crawls around and he can make a big mess." Hunter says making Kamala and Doug smile.

Just then, Major, Champ, Jill and Joe all enter the living room.

Jill is wearing a pair of blacks pants with a blue sweater with a pair of flats while Joe is wearing jeans with a gray dress shirt.

"Hello, Kamala! Hello, Doug! It is so good to see you guys again! Thank you for coming over!" Jill says walking over to the couple and giving them hugs.

"Thank you so much for inviting us over!" Doug says with a grin and Kamala nods in agreement.

"Did you guys sleep last night? Jill and I were up most of the night because of the excitement!" Joe says chuckling and Jill quickly stops him from saying anything else they did that night.

"Doug and I were up to watch the sunrise, so that's how late we stayed up!" Kamala says as he chuckles and Doug blushes a little. 

Champ slowly walks over to greet Kamala and Doug and the both pet him.

"That's Champ! He is our old man! He just turned twelve!" Joe says as he bends down to pet Champ and then kiss Beau.  

"Ba ba ba ba!" Beau says loudly causing everybody to giggle at him.

"Are you having fun with Kamala? Aww, she is your bestie today, isn't she?" Jill says as she smiles at Kamala and Beau together.

Major then runs over with a long green rope toy, wanting someone to play with him.

"And this is Major! He is about to be three in January!" Jill says as she grabs the toy and throws it up on the air.

"You two have a beautiful home." Doug says as he begins to rub Kamala's shoulders making her relax and smile as she continues to hold Beau in her lap.

"Thank you! We love it here!" Joe says as he sits down on the sofa with Hunter.

"Thank you so much! Would you guys like something to drink? I think Joe and I are going to have some wine!

"I'll take a glass of wine as well! What about you, Dougie?" Kamala says as she looks up at Doug and smirks at him causing Doug to smile ear to ear.

"I'll take a glass of wine as well!" Doug says with a grin.

For the next few hours Joe, Jill, Kamala, Doug, Hunter, Beau, Champ and Major all hang out and have a wonderful brunch together.
