In the Dressing room

"That was intense," said Drew and everyone nodded

"But we did win" replied Brock with a smile and everyone smiled

"So, your plan actually worked," said Drew as he eyed Ash who was gathering his clothes to change who just smiled

"NOW TELL ME, ANYONE, WHY HE IS PLAYING WITHOUT TRIALS?" asked Tierno angrily taking everyone by surprise

"Because he deserved to play & I am sure Coach inducted his trials privately" replied Drew as everyone eyed Wulfric who just nodded

"The last basket was superb," said Brock as they all nodded

"But from now we have to practice hard for every position at the court," said Ash as they all nodded but Tierno

"Who are you to order us around?" asked Tierno

"Who are you to ask?" interrupted Wulfric to everyone's surprise

"I am the star player of the team" stated Tierno with a smirk

"You didn't realize yet?" asked Wulfric

"Realized what Coach?" asked back Tierno

"Just have a one on one match with him & you'll realize what I know" stated Wulfric as everyone jaw dropped & then they left.

In the stands

"Hey Gary, can we talk for a minute?" asked Dawn as she came back

"Yeah, what it is about?" asked Gary

"It's about something I think you will be interested in" replied Dawn as she explained everything to Gary to which he just smirked

"Okay, Dawn I am in," said Gary as he smirked and then Lillie came towards them

"Hey, Ash was superb today. Anyways what are you doing?" asked Lillie

"Well, Lillie both Myself and Ash hadn't seen Lumiouse City she just offered to give us a tour," said Gary as so she wouldn't suspect anything

"Okay, that's a good idea but where is everyone else?" asked Lillie

"Everyone just went outside and I am also going" replied Dawn as she waved bye & left and Lillie eyed her suspiciously

"So, when are we going?" asked Lillie

"Oh yeah, I am just waiting for Ash and after that, I am all yours" answered Gary as he winked which caused Lillie to blush

After some time with Calem & Serena at Serena's House

"You look quite content Calem" stated Serena with a smirk

"All thanks to you, Serena" replied Calem with a smile

"I didn't do anything" replied Serena confused

"After you all had left yesterday, someone came to see me & then things happened," said Calem hesitantly and that resulted in Serena's

"Really? Does that means what I am thinking??" asked Serena excitedly and Calem nods

"I am so happy for you," said Serena as she hugged him

"Thanks, Serena for sticking by my side," said Calem

"It's ok Calem what are friends for after all," said Serena with a smile

"But, would it be okay for you if we end this?" Calem asked curiously

"Umm, I don't know how Palermo would like that," said Serena hesitantly

"Yeah, I can understand being Kalos Queen is a huge responsibility & you have an image to maintain," said Calem quietly when he saw Serena was in thoughts

"Yeah, you can say that," said Serena while looking down

"Maybe if you'll find another one better than me," said Calem eyeing Serena to which her expressions changed

"You like someone, Serena who he is?" asked Calem suddenly making Serena scared

"What are you talking about?" asked Serena

"I know you and your expressions, you were thinking about someone and now tell me who it is?" said Calem watching Serena carefully

"It's the boy from the childhood," said Serena

"Oh Serena, how many times I had told you to forget him. You both met for some moments and as of now he wouldn't even remember you. I don't even know what you even saw in him. In Kalos you can have every person you want as your partner, so better forget him" said Calem making Serena angry

"You won't understand ever," said Serena

"What is there to understand? Even if you will meet him again, do you think Palermo would like that? She only agreed in my case because I am a star player in Kalos High" said Calem

"I would make that happen, Calem" said Serena surprising Calem, who had his eyes wide open

"You met him? Who is he?" asked Calem

"What?" asked Serena hesitantly

"I know you, Serena, more than anyone, now tell me," said Calem to which Serena just nodded & took a deep breath

"He is in Kalos High this year, I met him right after your Cafeteria incident," said Serena giggling while Calem jaw dropped"

"Who is he? Why you didn't tell me then?" asked Calem

"He is Ash Ketchum, I didn't tell you anything because of your fight" replied Serena

"You mean the one who played in today's match?" asked Calem to which Serena nodded

"WOW!!! Now I remember he also saved you that day from Tierno" said Calem while having a finger on his chin

"Does he remember you?" asked Calem to which Serena nodded while smiling

"Still, it is difficult to get Palermo to agree," said Calem

"I made her agree once, so I would do that again" replied Serena confidently

"What about Ash?" asked Calem

"I don't know but I am not backing out now," said Serena with determination making Calem smile

"Now we just need to break the news of our breakup, as much as I like to keep it a secret," said Calem

"What about Miette??" asked, Serena

"What about Miette? She has nothing to do with it" replied Calem

"She is too much into you along with the fact that you spend so much time with her," said Serena while smirking

"Well she is a mutual friend," said Calem as his eyes widened in realization "You are brilliant, Serena" Calem further added

"I know, so you and Miette" said Serena while humming and she grabbed her cell phone & called someone "Hey Dawn, I am breaking up with Calem. I can't stand him being into Miette. I will explain everything you to tomorrow" said Serena as she disconnects her call and Calem just watched helplessly

"Thanks, Serena & if you need my help in anything just tell me, at least I can do that for what you did for me," said Calem

"Yeah I still remember our secret promise" so don't worry said Serena as Calem stood up and left her room

Flashback starts

Serena was sitting alone in his room as in deep thought thinking about how tired she is of every boy chasing after her but she can't do anything about it and a knock on the door break her free from her thoughts as slowly Calem walked in

"Why are you here Calem??" asked Serena

"Your mom let me in knowing that we are best friends" replied Calem sheepishly

"I asked why you are here??" asked Serena in a stern tone

"To share something with you," said Calem which surprised Serena as she motioned for him to sit down

"Then come in & get started." Said Serena as Calem sat down beside her

"As you know being star footballer I had to maintain my image in School," said Calem to which Serena nodded

"Yeah, I can relate that to myself being the Kalos Queen, then??" asked Serena

"The fact that I am single for like since forever is not helping me," said Calem

"I can understand but they had to deal with it like we can't be with anyone who we don't find perfect for us," said Serena

"Yeah, but that isn't the case for me," said Calem surprising Serena

"What do you mean??" asked Serena

"I like someone," said Calem

"Then what's the problem in there??" asked Serena

"I don't know how people would react to it also I don't want any bad publicity to ruin my chances" answered Calem while Serena was curious

"You can tell me if you want, Calem. Although I am curious now" said Serena

"I intend to tell you, Serena. That person is actually he, not she" said Calem surprising Serena

"What????? Calem you are saying that you're gay??" Serena shouted in shock

"Shhhh!!! Serena I intended to tell only you not the whole world." Said Calem

"Okay, that was a shock but it's ok as it's your life & your decision," said Serena while smiling

"Thank you, Serena," said Calem

"Indeed I am also in the somewhat same position," said Serena

"Don't tell me you are lesbian?" said Calem as he started laughing while Serena glared daggers at him to silence him

"No! No! How can you say that, Calem? I am not a lesbian" said Serena

"Then why are you single??" asked Calem curiously

"I can't find anyone suitable for me," said Serena

"What's the definition of suitable for you??" asked Calem curiously

"I don't know. It's like I hadn't found anyone" said Serena as she was lost in a daze which Calem noticed

"Who is he?" asked Calem

"What do you mean?" asked Serena

"About whom you're thinking right now, it has to be someone," said Calem as he eyed Serena who just dropped her shoulders down

"Well, I met someone 9 years ago and I just can't forget him," said Serena while Calem looked shocked

"Are you kidding me?" asked Calem in a serious tone

"No, I met him on a trip to Kanto and he helped me back there. Since then whenever I try to think of anyone. He is the only one comes into my mind" Explained Serena as Calem was Shocked as Serena told him the entire incident except for the gift part

"Okay, it's complicated but I guess," said Calem as Serena nodded

"I feel sorry for Miette," said Serena and both started laughing

"She doesn't know that can't happen ever," said Calem

"Anything can happen you don't know but right now everyone is annoying me," said Serena

"Why??" asked Calem curiously

"Because the Kalos Queen doesn't have a boyfriend and everyone is piling on my back," said Serena to which Calem nodded

"We can make a deal??" said Calem making Serena curious

"What deal??" asked Serena

"We are childhood friends what if we pretend to be in a relationship until you find your one or I can tell people mine??" asked Calem

"Sounds good but...Palermo" said Serena

"Yes, your mentor is strict" Calem replied

"I can manage that but 2 things you must know," said Serena while Calem smiled & nodded

"Shoot," said Calem

"No being extra touchy," said Serena in a stern tone

"Agreed & the 2nd one??" asked Calem

"Tell me who will be your baby's father or mother, if you will have any??" asked Serena while laughing

"It's Brandon Birch from the Basketball team," said Calem while being embarrassed

"WOW!! You both will make a perfect couple" Serena said while laughing and further added "Now it's a deal" to which Calem nodded

"Deal, we are going to be the best fake couple ever," said Calem as he left
