The unofficial first day.
"Kaito!" Kaito groaned. "Wake up!"
"No thanks," Kaito grumbled. Akaito raised his eyebrows. "You don't want the ice cream?" He grinned to himself. Kaito knew that Akaito would give it to him whether he cooperated, so he said, "you can have it."
Wrong thing to say. Akaito splattered the ice cream all over Kaito's face. "I'll kill you!" Kaito chased Akaito down the stairs ice cream dripping everywhere, Akaito laughing the whole way down. "What the heck?!" Rin, Meiko, and lily spluttered. Miku didn't say a word. She looked up then got very interested in her leek pancakes. Krypton and Len had burst into tears of laughter. "Kaito your obsession with ice cream is too much now that you're wearing it," joked Len.
"Go clean yourself off and make yourself presentable," chided Krypton, but secretly he was pleased to that Kaito was regaining some spirit.
". "Yes sir," he said, quietly, and walked up to his room. Krypton sighed. He would love it if Kaito saw him in a better light. Akaito put his hand on Krypton's shoulder. "Give him some time. He'll forgive you soon.definitely after the performance."
"I guess," krypton said as Kaito came down the stairs with a bowl of ice cream. "I'm ready for school. Meiko, Miku, come with?"
Miku quickly said, "I'll go with the twins." Kaito shrugged. "Okay."
" let's go," said Meiko.
Krypton said, "Actually, either Meiko or Kaito needs to drive Miku and the twins. "It's okay, I can," Akaito said immediately, seeing that Kaito didn't want to be left with Miku alone. Kaito and Meiko got in and drove off.
They sat in silence, until Kaito slipped an arm over Meiko's shoulders. "Uh Kaito?" He removed the arm. "Yeah?" "Are you trying to make Miku jealous?"
"Of course not." She raised her eyebrows, and smiled. "Does wittle Kaito have a cwush?" Kaito turned bright red. "Not on Miku." He sighed. "She tried to make a move on me, but I turned her down. Then she brought you in it making me lose my temper, and I said sarcastically that you and I do have a relationship. It hurt her feelings and I'm really sorry about it. I should know better than anyone that words hurt," said Kaito unhappily.
Meiko turned to stare at the road. "It wasn't your fault you're not looking for a relationship right now. Take your time." She looked back at Kaito as she parked the car. "Have fun in math," she smirked. Then she disappeared. "Yay math," sighed Kaito. He hated math.
