"..I don't see any reason why I can't stay here.."Manik said dismissively. "..and by the way who gave you the right to decide about what I should do or what I shouldn't.."

Manik didn't wanted to show his rage in front of Murthy's but it was becoming very difficult for him to control his rage. However every single time he was about to loose his calm he used to turn around to look at those pair of innocent eyes that was staring right back at him across the hall..

..Nandini.

Though she wasn't there for real but still her eyes in that photo frame held the same bewitching power that could make him forget the world.

Sighing he calmed himself down.

He could see Nyonika was about to say something but before she could do so Manik turned her attention to Chacha- Chachi who were really stunned by Manik's decision.

Manik walked towards them and held Shanno's hand. "Chachi..I am extremely sorry..I know I should have asked both of your permission.."

"..to be honest..the choice is still your's but before you and Chacha make a choice I would request you both to kindly listen to me once..and I promise..I will accept whatever be your decision..and that too wholeheartedly.."

"..but please..just listen to me once.."

He pleaded which was more than enough to melt Shanno's heart as for her Manik was just like Nandini and Rishab.

She looked at Venkatesh who too nodded at her without saying a word.

Shanno nodded her head which brought a huge smile on Manik's face..

..after what it felt like ages.

"Chacha..Chachi..please sit.."saying this he made Shanno sat on the couch while Venkatesh too sat next to her.

Holding her hand Manik spoke "..Chachi..I know that now.."he closed his eyes and pulling in all the energy that he had said the words out loud which was enough to choke him. "..Nandini..isn't anymore.."

He gulped and then breathe heavily as he continued "..I know i don't have the right to be here anymore.."

"..but Chachi.."he opened his eyes only to look back at Shanno with pleading and tear filled eyes which made both Shanno and Venkatesh teared eyed too. "..the fact is.."

"..that I can't live without Nandini.."

"..honestly I don't even know how to live without her anymore.."

"..though fate has taken her away from me.."

"..but our love...our hamesha..still exists Chachi.."

"..and it will always do.."

He didn't even realise when his head rested in Chachi's lap as he couldn't held back his pain any longer. And without even realising tears started to stream out of Manik's eyes which was falling on Shanno's hand as he was resting his head against her hand.

Shanno didn't knew what to say and neither did Venkatesh.

They were simply taken aback by Manik's request.

Manik turned around immediately only to find Rishab looking at him.

Manik took the paper from his hand and opened it..

..and the very next moment his eyes teared up again as he read what was written on it.

And the next thing Rishab knew he was in Manik's embrace.

Smiling he hug Manik back.

Looking at them Venkatesh said "..Shanno ji..let's go...we need to clean Nandini's room and make proper arrangements so that Manik could shift into that room.."

Manik beamed with happiness as he left Rishab and hugged Venkatesh.

"..however I am warning you Manik..I won't be able to save you from Shanno's experimental cooking..so enter at your own risk.."Venkatesh whisper which made Manik smile. "...I will manage Chachaji..I promise.."

"..good..then welcome abode son.."Venkatesh patted his shoulder once again.

Shanno hugged Manik too and said "..mera sona munda..mera bachcha.."

However in their moment of sheer joy they all forgot about Nyonika's presence.

"..What the hell is all this.."she scowled as she couldn't take the drama anymore "..what's all this nonsense.."

"Manik you aren't staying with them.."

"..you can't live here..when you have eight bedroom mansion in the heart of this city.."

"..I won't let you live with these people who are equally pathetic and as middle class with no standard just like Nandini was.."

"..that gold digging.."however before Nyonika could finish her sentence something happened.

THWAK!!!!

It took a moment for not only just Nyonika but everyone in the room to realise exactly what happened.

.SHANNO MURTHY HAPPENED.

As she placed a tight slap right across Nyonika's face which made Nyonika loose her sense for a second.

"..how dare you.."Nyonika tried to speak but once again she was cut off as Shanno slapped her again.

"Enough of your drama..Miss Malhotra.."

"..till now I was tolerating you and your nonsensical accusations because of Manik.."

"..but not anymore.."

"..Manik is a part of our family now.."

"..he is part of us just like Nandini was.."

"..an inseparable part.."

"..and don't you even dare to take the name of my Nandu from your filthy crap mouth because Shahrukh Khan Ki kasam..I will end up breaking that face of yours..which no plastic surgeon across the globe would be able to fix.."

"..so just get out of this house and get out of our lives before I end up doing something that you will regret for the rest of your life.."

Nyonika was taken aback. She could see that Shanno meant every single word that she said. And honestly that scared the living day light of Nyonika.

"I will sue you.."though Nyonika tried to threaten but somehow conviction was lacking in her voice. "..I will see you in court..I will..."

Even this time her speech was interrupted but by someone else "..you will do no such thing Miss.Nyonika Malhotra.."

All the eye ball turned to look at the man who was standing at the threshold of Murthy's house.

RAJ.

"You will do only one thing..that you will simply get out of here..and will stay away from Manik..Murthy's and everything related to him..and too without uttering one single word..because the moment you will open your mouth I will confiscate all your rights as a Malhotra..so just get out.."Raj's words were nothing less than a nightmare for Nyonika.

Though she wanted to say so many things but she knew that it wouldn't even take a second for Raj to turn this threat into reality. So without uttering a word she simply walked away from there.

"..too predictable.."Raj rolled his eyes which made Manik smile. "Dad.."saying Manik ran and hug his father. "..thank you for coming.."

Raj hugged him back "..of course son..anytime.."

Breaking the hug Raj looked at the Murthy's and said "..I am extremely sorry for her behaviour..I apologise.."but before he could finish Shanno spoke "..No...No..please don't..in fact I am sorry that I raise my hand at your wife.."

"Well in that case I am not at all sorry that you did that..because Nyonika deserved it.."Raj pointed out. "Anyways..I want to thank you all for accepting my son's request.."

"...pleasure is all our Mr.Malhotra.."Shanno smiled fondly at Manik. "..your son is one in a billion.."

"..just like your daughter.."Raj's word made everyone smile though luckily for him no body noticed the undercurrent in his voice "..Waise if you don't mind can I have a look at Nandini's room..because even I want to know about this amazing girl that changed my Monster and made him a human..only if you approve.."

"Sure why not.."Shanno replied while Venkatesh nodded his assent too. "Manik..can you show him Nandini's room.."

"Of course Chachi.."Manik smiled and looked at Raj. "..her room is upstairs Dad.."

"..lead the way son.."Raj gestured. "..we will be back in a moment.."saying this to Murthy's both Raj and Manik took the stairs.

"Manik..just a second..an urgent call.."Raj pointed towards his phone. "..you go ahead..I will just join you in the moment."

Manik nodded and walked away that's when Raj opened the text message in his phone and read it.

"..my passport is at the left hand side cabinet of my room..right next to my bed. It's locked by a combination 6537. Once you open it you will easily find my passport as it's right there..up front."

Keeping his phone back in the pocket he mumbled smilingly. "..don't worry my love..your appa is on work.."
