"Everyone smiled at him which was fake...coz somewhere all know even kavia that Karan and maira are made for eachother and something was going on between them.

"Kairav Malhotra"kairav introduced himself forwarding his hand

"VEER SINHA"they shook their hands

One by one everyone introduced each other to veer leaving Karan who was standing looking down in anger with his hands fisted...pressing his nails against the skin which will leave marks for sure...soumya excused herself ...to talk to their father.

"Karan"kairav whispered ...and nudged him..he looks towards him asking what by eyes..kairav gestured towards Veer..Karan looked towards him who was waitig for his intro..but Karan walked away not before glaring at his hand which was holding maira.

"Ah I think usko kch kaam yaad aa gaya hoga...(I think he must remember some work)that's why he left like this but don't worry I'll go and check in him"kairav covered up for him and left.

Kairav walked into Karan's room only to saw him throwing things in anger .

"Karan !"he called

"Karan what are u doing stop all this yaar"he pleaded trying to stop him who was destroying the whole room

"Kairav please leave...I don't wanna talk to anyone right now"he said without even glancing at him..his eyes were full of anger..he is breathing heavily .

"Karan please listened to me...."

"What listen yaar kairav can't u see she is fucking engaged..."kairav stood silent no answer he had

"She is engaged and she never told us..15 days ....15 fucking days we spend together ...but she never cared to tell us about it.....are I to ..............."he stopped in between realising what he was going to say

"no I need to talk to her...."

"Karan"

"no I need to talk to her"he left from there ignoring kairav who was trying to stop them.

"Di mumma is calling you "kavia told maira who was talking to some guests

"Excuse me..."she excused herself

"Where is she ?"maira asked

"Guest room"she nodded and left

Maira was returning from the room when she was pulled by someone in the balcony

"Karan leave my hand!"she struggled at him who was pulling her

And the very next moment she was pinned to the wall

"Karan!"

"Why?....why u didn't told me that you were engaged"he asked ..his eyes held anger ..and voice held pain...She looked down she can't see his pain

"Tell me maira !"he said this time his voice is soft

"Coz I thought it was not a important topic"she said looking down...making him chuckle sarcastically

"Or jo hum log ke beech hai wo(and the thing which is between us)"she snapped at his words

"What are u saying Karan...there is nothing between us except friendship"she whispered..he chuckled sarcastically

"is that so?"he asked she nodded

"No maira khuran you are wrong...you also know this"

"I am right Karan..nothing is between us"

"Oh !now say that nothing is between us"he asked moving closer to her

"Now!"he whipered in her ear biting her earlobe making her bit her lips to control her moan

"Or now?"he said nuzzling in her hairs

"Come on maira khurana....if nothing is between us then push me...stop me"he whispered while nuzzling

"comeon maira push me if there is nothing "he again said to her whose breathing was uneven

"See uh can't resist my closeness "he whispered cupping her face....looking into her eyes with only love he wiped off the tears which was flowing down her eyes

"Oh Maira Khurana you don't know how much I love you"he whispered looking at her ...a light smile spread on her face listening his confession.

She looked directly into his eyes which held one thing only that is love..love for her...!He leaned a little bit closer ...maira closes her eyes in response..and he fused his lips with her...pulling her closer cupping her face...he sucked her upper lip and she sucked his lower lip .....both were dominating the kiss equally ....which was filled with only one thing only love ...Love that was incomplete since last birth....Love that they have to complete....He pulled her closer by waist deepening the kiss....But all of sudden maira was taken aback

"We can't do this!"she whispered breathing heavily.making him frown

"I m already engaged Karan"she said making him anger...he closed his eyes trying to control it

"Maira!"

"No Karan this is wrong....i m already commited to someone else I can't betray him..."

"Maira"

"I m sorry Karan we can't be together"she said and left breaking his heart into zillion of pieces who stood numb.
