The episode starts with Kartik sitting beside Naira.

Kartik was sitting beside Naira. Naira opened her eyes. Kartik kissed on her forehead.

Kartik:- Naira you Okay na?

Naira:- Hmm I'm fine. Babies?

Kartik:- They are in incubator.

Naira:- I want to see them.

Kartik carefully held Naira and took her to the ward where babies were. Naira caressed the glass inside which the babies were.

Naira:- Kartik....

Kartik wiped Naira's tears.

Kartik:- Naira no tears. You know na I can't see you crying.

Naira:- Look at them.

Kartik:- I know they are cute like me.

Naira happily hugged Kartik.

Kartik:- Naira.

Naira:- Thank you for coming in my life Kartik. Thank you for changing my life.

Kartik:- I love you bacha.

Naira:- I love you too.

Kartik:- But I love you more.

Naira:- I know.

Kartik:- Naira I have kept baby girl's name.

Naira:- I have kept baby boy's name.

Kartik:- KAIRA!!

Naira:- KARNA!!

They broke the hug and smiled. They looked at the babies.

After a week

Naira and kids were discharged. Kartik and Naira came back home. Kids were in Naira's arms.

But there was total dark in the house.
Naira turned and saw Kartik also absent.

Naira:- Kartik!!! Shivani!!! Gayu!!!

Naira slowly came inside. Suddenly the lights turned on. Naira was surprised to see the view in front of her. The whole house was decorated.

Kartik came from behind.

Kartik:- Thank you for these 2 angels.

He kissed on her forehead. Shivani and Gayu held the babies and made them lay in the crib.

Bhabhi Maa:- Their names?

Kartik:- Baby Girl Kaira.

Naira:- Baby Boy Karna.

Laksh:- Chachi they are cute like you.

Naira:- But you are more cute than all of us.

Laksh kissed on Naira's cheek. Naira ruffled his hairs and kissed on his forehead.

Kartik picked Karna in his arms. Karna did his work.

Kartik:- Naira your son has......

Kartik saw Karna smiling widely.

Kartik:- See what your son did and now he's smiling....

Naira:- Acha if he irritated you then my son Haan....

Kartik:- Haan he's your son.

Naira:- MENDEK don't force me to....

Kartik:- Nahi he's my son. He's like me.

Laksh:- Dadi dekho na Chachu is so much scared of Chachi. Like Dadu is scared of you.

Naitik was scratching his head while Akshara was looking here and there.
Everyone tried to control their laugh.
Baisa came there.

Baisa:- Aa gye....

Kartik(angrily):- Haan you didn't go still.

Baisa:- Who are you to ask me to leave? You are an orphan. Don't forget that. You have no right on this house. Akshara and Naitik did favour on you by adopting you.

Kartik was hurt by those words. Akshara came and stood in front of Kartik.

Akshara:- He's my son Bhua Ji. He will remain my son. Don't you dare call him orphan. Otherwise I'll forget everything. The things he did for me and Naitik no one can do that. The much loved me no child of mine loved me that much. And abt Naira then listen one thing carefully Naira is my daughter and the person who will say a word against Kartik and Naira that person will see my worst side. Whether it's you or anyone.

Baisa:- You will regret Akshara.

Akshara:- I bet I'll never regret.

Baisa:- You are giving them more importance than anyone else.

Akshara:- You May leave.

Tara:- Bhua Dadi its better you leave. We don't want to create any scene.

Baisa left the house angrily.

Naira knew Kartik was sad. She held his hand. She signalled him to smile.

Naira(whispering):- I love you.

Kartik:- I love you more.

Karna started crying. His clothes needed to be changed.

Devyani:- Naira you change Karna's clothes.

Kaira also started crying. Kartik picked Kaira in his arms.

Kartik:- She also needs the change.

Kartik and Naira took Kaira and Karna to their room.

Naira changed their clothes. She sat quietly on the bed. Kartik came and sat in front of her.

Kartik:- Naira What happened?

Naira:- Are you happy with me?

Kartik(cupping her face):- I'm more than happy. I'm the luckiest on this earth because I got you in my life.

Naira:- This I should say Kartik. You made me live life again. You gave me new life. You gave me your unconditional love without asking anything in return. You gave me a family. You gave me our babies.

Kartik took Naira in his hug. He held her hand and intertwined their fingers. Kaira and Karna held each other's hand.

Kartik:- See their brother sister bond.

Naira and Kartik smiled looking at their kids.
