The episode starts with Naira and Kartik coming down.

Naira:- Kartik please don't tell anyone abt my birthday.

Kartik:- Naira...

Naira:- Kartik please na.

Kartik:- Par Kyu?

Naira:- Pata nahi I'm not feeling good.

Kartik(cupping her face):- Sssshhhhh Calm down. I'm with you na. Don't worry.

Everyone saw Kartik and Naira.

Shivani:- Bhai aap yahan? You went for....

Kartik:- How can I go today leaving Naira alone...

Naira gave him an angry glare.

Gayu:- Matlab?

Kartik:- I wasn't feeling like going. So I came back.

Akshara:- Is something special today?

Naira:- Nahi Maa.

Chitti uncle came there with that cake.

Chitti:- Akshara Beta Yeh cake tha refrigerator mein.

Akshara saw the cake carefully. Akshara saw lioness feet and tail on the cake. She looked at Naira.

Shivani and Gayu hugged Naira. Everyone wished Naira. She wasn't understanding that she should smile or cry.

Naira(in her mind):- My parents never loved me. They sold me to a man who destroyed my life. Should I be sad on this and cry? And see this family whom I met few days ago are wishing me happily as if they got a jackpot. Should I smile on this? My Kartik every year makes my birthday special...yes I should be happy because if I didn't take birth in this world then I wouldn't have my MENDEK at all.

Her chains of thoughts broke when Shivani patted on her shoulder.

Naira and Kartik thought of last night and blushed.

Gayu:- Ahem ahem someone is blushing.

Akshara came to Naira and placed a kiss on her forehead. For the first time Naira got a mother's love. A lone tear escaped from her eyes which she wiped off.

Shivani:- So party at home?

Shivani:- Kyu Bhabhi? We celebrate Mumma's birthday and Tara Bhabhi's birthday every year. Don't you like us? I mean aren't you comfortable with us?

Shivani sat on the passenger seat. Naira was driving. Shivani played radio.

Hearing Shashank's name Naira stopped car with a jerk.

Humein Tumse pyaar Kitna song was played on radio.

Akshara noticed fear and anger in Naira's eyes at the same time. She decided to talk to Naira when they are alone.

Naira turned off the radio. She hit her hand on the steering wheel and started the car again. She just wanted to reach the mall and get some peace of mind. She wanted to engage her mind in something. They reached mall soon.
