The episode starts with Kartik sitting in his room.

Kartik(crying):- Why you don't love me Naira? I'm not angry because you slapped me. But I'm hurt because you didn't confess your love. Is it something else which I saw in your eyes for me? Did I get confused? I love you Naira. I really really love you. Please accept my love. I'll always keep you happy. Please Naira. God please make Naira love me. I can't live without her. I love her a lot.

Kartik laid on the bed while crying.

Naira's condition wasn't less. She was standing near the window.

Naira(in her mind):- I'm sorry Kartik. But you deserve someone good. I'm here for something else. You are a very good guy. Sorry for slapping you but it was necessary otherwise that Vinay might have harmed you. Yes it's true I'm not Naira Singhania. I'm Naira Deshmukh. Akshara aunty and Naitik's uncle daughter Naira and my name is same. Naira died many years back. Because of your father,your uncle,Tej and Vinay. Naira's chain of thoughts broke when there was a knock on her door. Naira went to washroom and splashed cold water on her face. She went and opened the door. Akshara was standing outside.

Naira:- Mumma...

Naira turned her face.

Akshara turned Naira towards her.

Akshara:- How much you will Lie Naira.

Naira:- Mumma I can't love him.

Akshara:- You can't love him That's means you love him but you can't.

Naira was at loss of words. She was caught by Akshara.

Naira:- I don't want anyone in my life. He deserves someone better. I'm not of his type.

Akshara:- Naira he truly loves you. I know you also love him.

Naira(in her mind):- Please Akshara aunty don't do this. I don't want to become weak. You are the best mother. My own mother never loved me. But you are....no Naira she is loving you because she thinks that you are her Naira. When she will come to know that you aren't her Naira and her Naira died years back. She will herself throw you out of her life.

Akshara shook Naira.

Akshara:- I'm talking to you Naira.

Naira:- Mumma please I don't love him. Please don't force me fo anything.

Akshara:- Take your time bacha. But take right decision. Give yourself some time and think abt Kartik once.

Naira:- Jee Mumma.

Akshara left from there.

Naira closed the door and opened the packet which Abhay gave her. There was a tablet box in that.

Naira:- Thank God painkillers are upto date.

Naira took her laptop and started working. She opened a PowerPoint. There were photos of Vinay,Tej,Akhilesh and Manish.

Naira:- First you Akhilesh. Now you will see the worst side of ME. You will pay for your sins. 

Naira smiled evilly. She called someone and explained something.
