LEAP OF 3 YEARS -

Kaira are shifted to mumbai with swarna . Kartik has opened his own company which he named NAIRA DIAMONDS . Naira is studying in college . She is in the last year . She studies in Imperial College .  Swarna helps kartik in his office . Currently she is only handling the office as kartik is teaching as professor in Imperial College. First he was not agreeing but when naira insisted he agreed because he couldn't deny his naira . Kartik is the main trustee of Imperial College . They have no connection with the Goenka family . They used to meet luv kush as they have also broken their relations with them . Luv kush were in hostel . They have relations only with the Sighania family . They have named their house KAIRA MANSION . Naira's leg was better now but still she couldn't dance which makes her sad sometimes . Naira still sometimes used to get that nightmare and panick attack .

KAIRA MANSION -

KAIRA ROOM -

A beautiful couple is seen sleeping hugging , cuddling and snuggling into each other .
So the couple is none other than our kaira .

Suddenly the alarm rang and with that sound kartik woke up . He saw towards naira and chuckled at her cute antics . She was all snuggled up  into him but then also was trying to snuggle more into him . He kissed her forehead , cheeks and then her eyes .

Kartik ( caressing her hairs ) - Naira wake up bacha .
Naira ( in a sleepy tone ) - No I want to sleep more .

Saying this she hugged kartik tightly .

Kartik - Naira its 8:00 . You have college in 1 hour .

Listening this she gets up with a jerk .

Naira ( panicking ) - Oh my god !!! How can I sleep for so long ?? Oh no I will get late .

Saying this she gets up in a hurry . But her leg got stuck in the blanket and she fall down and her leg got hitted by the side table .

Naira ( screams in pain ) - Ahhh!!!!!

Kartik immediately gets down of the bed . He picked up naira in his arms .

Kartik - Naira what were you doing ??? Can't you be careful .
Naira - I am sorry but I was getting late .

Naira's leg was paining due to the fall . Kartik sense it .

Kartik ( touching her leg ) - Is it paining a lot ???
Naira - Not so much just a little . Now get up we have go to college also .
Kartik - No we are not going college . You have pain in your leg so you have to rest and I have to take care of you because if I go to college then also I will not be able to concentrate .
Naira - Kartik please. I don't to want miss the college and you will be also there . So if I will feel pain I will tell you .
Kartik - Are you sure ??
Naira - Yes

Then kaira got freshen up and went down for breakfast .

Living room -

Naira sees swarna and hugs her .

Naira ( hugging swarna tightier ) - Good morning maa .
Swarna ( hugging naira , caressing her hair ) - Good morning bacha .

Kartik comes and saw them in that position and clicked their picture .
He thought to tease them so he went to them .

Kartik ( showing fake jealousy ) - Why I am feeling like everyone has forgotten me ???
Naira - Haan we have forgotten you . You can go .

Kartik was going when naira backhugged him . He heard her cries and got worried .
He turned and saw her crying .

Kartik ( hugging her tightly ) - Arre !! I was joking naira why are you crying ??
Naira ( hugging him tightier , crying badly ) - Please don't go .
Kartik ( wiping her tears ) - Bacha I am not going anywhere . Stop crying .

Kartik made naira sit and eat breakfast . Swarna tried to lighten up naira's mood .

Swarna - Naira waise I want to beat your mendak .
Naira - Maa he is your son also you can beat him up .
Kartik ( with a shocked face ) - Haww !! How bad you are ?? You are saying to beat your husband .
Naira ( laughing loudly and wholeheartedly ) - No I am not going to beat my husband because he is so cute . But I will not stop maa also to beat up her son because that's the matter between a mother and son . I am not there .

Raising hands at last showing that she is not involved in that matter and once again the dining table was full of laughter .
After spending some family time . Kaira left for the college in one car and swarna left for office in another car .

After Sometime

Imperial College -

( Guys here all the students know that naira is married as they got to know on the freshers party day but till now also they don't know who is the husband of naira . )

Naira and Tanvi were walking towards canteen as it was there break .

When suddenly naira's leg got hitted by something and it got twisted . She felt pain as it was already paining and due to this it started paining like hell .

Naira ( screaming in pain ) - Ahhhh !!!!

Kartik who was going from there to the Dean's office saw this and ran to her .

Kartik ( holding naira ) - Naira what happened ??

Naira saw towards kartik and started crying badly .

Naira ( crying badly , clutching to his coat as he was holding her ) - Kartik

Here Tanvi was standing confused that what is this happening because she never saw anyone taking KG sir name and here naira was taking his name and he was also getting tensed about her .

Tanvi - Are you okay naira ???
Kartik - Tanvi will you do favour to me ???
Tanvi - Sure sir .
Kartik - Please tell the dean that me and naira are going . And to cancel my all the classes .
Tanvi - Sure sir
Kartik - Thanks Tanvi

Tanvi just smiled .
Kartik picked up naira in his arms and went towards his car .

In kartik's car -

Kartik sat inside the car with naira in his lap as she was not leaving him .
Kartik drove off to the hospital .

Kartik ( while driving ) - Naira bacha is it paining a lot ??
Naira ( in pain ) - Haan kartik

Hospital -

Kaira reached the hospital . Kartik parked the car and took naira inside the hospital in his arms .

Kartik ( shouting ) - Doctor !!! Doctor !!!

A duty doctor came .

Doctor - What happened sir why are you shouting ???

Kartik told him everything .
The doctor called naira's doctor .

Doctor ( coming towards kaira ) - What happened kartik ??? Why you called me ??

Kartik told him the morning incident and how naira's leg got twisted .

Doctor - Okay come with me to my cabin .
Kartik - Okay doctor .

Doctor took kartik towards his cabin and kartik laid naira on the bed in doctor's cabin .

Doctor checked naira .

Doctor ( turning towards kartik ) - Naira is fine kartik . I will just give her a injection to reduce her pain .

Naira got scared listening about injection and holded kartik's hand tightly .
Doctor gave her injection .
Then they return back to home and kartik made naira sleep as she was feeling sleepy .

Kartik told swarna also about what happened .
Swarna came home as fast as she can .
She asked kartik about naira . He told her that she is sleeping . She directly went to her room and saw her sleeping peacefully . Kartik also came .
They both slept hugging naira .
Naira in between and kartik and swarna on her either sides .
