*This will be a dark fanfic.

Late at night, the ninja were all in their beds after a taxing day of taking care of crime. It so bad that the group could hardly eat without dozing off. So when the ninja finally placed their heads on their pillows, they all immediately fell asleep. Unknowingly allowing a visitor to come in and head towards the room of a certain *This hotheaded ninja that we all know and love.

"I hope that you enjoy the next couple of days Ninja because you're going to need it." They Said before the took out a vial of spores and poured it into Kai's mouth. After finishing the job, the person left without a trace.

In the morning, Kai woke up and went to the bathroom where he heard a voice.

Worthless. You're worthless to the ninja Kai.

"Who said that?" Kai Asked.

The ninja don't need you Kai. So why are you still here on the Bounty. You should just kill your self.

Kai quickly looked around and started to wash his face which silenced the voice in his head. However...the words that the voice said were still fresh in his mind. Eventually he left the bathroom and went to the kitchen where he met the others.

"Hi! Kai." Lloyd Said.

"Hey." Kai Said.

"Are you feeling okay Kai? You look a little pale." Nya Said.

"I'm feel fine." Kai Said.

Sure you are and I'm the Easter bunny. Face it...You're just a burden.

"Okay..." Nya Said. She knew that something was bothering Kai, but she let it go. He'll tell her eventually whether he wants to or not.

Eventually the group started to talk among themselves, not noticing the downcasted look on Kai's face. They never knew how much their brother was suffering until it was almost too late.
