The bladebreakers were having lunch after their three hour long beyblade practice and Kai yelling at them to not be so lazy. Kai was also sitting with them, eating..that too, very slowly. Max and Tyson were having an argument wether meyo is better or mustard.
Tyson as always, was talking while chewing his food. The scene was so disgusting that the only sane people had to close their eyes.
Kai finally had enough of this and whacked Tyson.
Kai- " STOP TALKING WHILE EATING YOU INSOLENT BRAT!"
Tyson was above to disagree but he stopped himself when he saw Kai giving one of his 'famous Hiwatari glares'. They were the true definition of scary.
Kai was about to say something to max too but his phone rang. Kai looked at the screen.  "Miss Cassandra" was written on the caller ID.
Max- " oOoOO..Kai..is that your girlfriend?"
He asked while wriggling his eyebrows mischievously.
Kai- " no..it's my teacher."
Tyson- " oh wow! The legendary Kai Hiwatari has teaches? Doesn't he already know everything?"
Kai glared at him. He was about to stand up to take up the call but Hilary pulled him down.
Kai- " you don't want me to attend the call?"
Hilary- " you can do that here to can't you?"
Kai- " I can but it's impolite."
Hilary gave him " you-are-lying-and-i-know-it" look.
He sighed and answered the call. Tyson snatched his phone and put it on speaker.

Miss Cassandra- " hello Hiwatari-Kun! How are you?"
Kai quickly snatched his phone back and sat down.
Kai- " hello! I am doing just fine... what do you need?"
Miss Cassandra- " blunt as always...anyways..are you free these days?"
Kai- " not exactly but if it's something important then tell me."
Miss Cassandra- " well..we need you to manage the moot court session for the college. Many people will be there, from many countries. This will be a great opportunity for our college. We want you to host it."
Kai- " is it VERY important?"
Miss Cassandra- " yes, very."
Kai- " then sign me in. How long will it be?
Miss Cassandra- " about four days long...are you sure you're not busy?"
Kai- " pretty sure....the tournament is like- three months away...I can come. When will I have to come?"
Miss Cassandra- " tomorrow will be perfect. Be sure you have your passport and other things."
Kai- " ...sure..where do we have to go? It's For research Purposes.."
Miss Cassandra- " America...wait! The next tournament is held there right? You can bring your team!"
Kai- " I am not sure about that...I'll see what I can do. Thanks though."
Miss Cassandra- "your welcome dear. And yes, Stephen will be your partner."
Kai's eyes were wide.
Kai- "wait! that Eminem Stephan?"
Miss Cassandra- " so that's what you call him...and yes. That purple haired guy."
Kai jerked his arm and "yess'ed"
Miss Cassandra- " okay then, call me if you want to bring your teammates...it will be good for them..."
Kai- hmm... we'll see about that..well. bye for now."
He quickly cut the call.

A/n that's my first beyblade fanfiction! You might've figured that Kai is my favorite character. I planned to make him a lawyer cuz they are super cool. Kai will have his manga attitude. Like...the confident, funny guy. Tell me if you like it and yes, moot court are almost as same as the real courts but they are practicing for real times.
