Bachpan

"Sameer, tumne saara intezaam bohot achha kiya hai... har cheez ke liye kitni mehnat ki hai saaf dikh raha hai... beta, tumne kisi se madad bhi nahi li... maine aur Rakesh bhaisahab ne kaha tha tumse... aakhir tum bhi hamare damaad ho... mujhe soch ke achha nahi lag raha ki tumne yeh sab takleef uthayi." Anand looked around as he spoke to Sameer while others were having dinner.

"Chachaji, kaisi baat kar rahe hain aap... maine aapko hamesha kaha hai ki mujhe apna beta smajhaiye... jab maine Preeti ka bhai banke tilak kiya toh main hua na aapka beta... apni behen ki shaadi ke intezam karna bhai ka farz hota hai... aur aapne mujhe kahan kuch aur karne diya... iss function ke alava aapne aur papaji ne hi sab sambhala hai... mujhe toh khushi hogi agar aap khud aaram se baithenge aur mujhe kahenge jo bhi karna hai... lekin aap maante hi nahi." Sameer said courteously.

Bela, who was with her husband, patted his cheek, "Tum bina kahe hi itna sab karte ho... lekin fir bhi Varun damaadji, tum aur ab Pandit, teeno hamare damaad ho... jo izzat baaki sabko milti hai woh tumhe bhi milni chahiye."

Sameer smiled at her, "Chachiji, izzat nahi mujhe pyar chahiye, apnapan chahiye, yeh khushi chahiye ki main aapka parivaar hun... agar aap aur chachaji haq se mujhe daantoge toh bhi mujhe achha lagega."

"Waise aap chahen toh mujhe bhi daant sakti hain, auntyji." Pandit joined Sameer.

Bela looked at him with narrowed eyes, "Haan, aapko zarur daantna padega... aapne kaam hi aisa kiya hai."

Pandit panicked, wondering what he had done, "Mujhse... mujhse koi galti ho gayi, auntyji?"

Bela chuckled at his state, "Galti yeh hai ki aap humein aunty aur uncle kyon bulate hain? Preeti ke mummy papa ko kya aap mummy papa nahi bulayenge?"

"Oh." Pandit sheepishly lowered his eyes, rubbing the back of his neck, "sorry, auntyji."

The sound of laughter made him look up promptly, and he realised his mistake.

"Mera matlab, sorry mummyji." He was more shy.

Anand smiled, placing a hand on his shoulder, "Sirf bolna hi nahi, samjhna bhi hai... isliye yeh sorry ki zaroorat nahi hai."

Sameer looked at the two elders, "Toh aap dono bhi samajhiye na... Naina aapko chachahji aur chachiji bulati hai lekin usne hamesha aap dono ko apna mata pita maana hai... iss naate woh bhi aapki beti hui... toh mujhe bhi Pandit ki tarah beta maniye."

"Lekin tum dono... " Bela started to speak when Anand touched her arm, blinking at her to agree.

Looking back at Sameer and Pandit, he said in a heavy, emotional voice, "Naina hamari beti hi hai... maine hamesha yehi maana hai ki meri teen betiyaan hain... aur ab teen bete bhi."

"Aur aap bhi yaad rakhiye yeh baat, aage se kabhi humein aunty aur uncle mat boliye." Bela chided Pandit fondly.

"Uske liye toh aapko ek aur kaam karna padega." Pandit pursed his lips.

Bela and Anand looked at each other, perplexed.

"Mujhe aap mat kahiye... itni izzat ki aadat nahi hai... lagta hi nahi meri baat ho rahi hai... aisa lagta hai main apna hi dada, phupha ban gaya." Pandit wrinkled his nose.

Anand laughed heartily as Bela stroked his head, "Bohot khushkismat hain hum jo itne achhe bete mile hain."

"Ab aap dono bhi khana kha lijiye... dekhiye toh sahi aapke bete ne kya kya banwaya hai." Sameer pointed at the dining area.

Nodding, Anand went for dinner, along with Bela.

"Swati, aaj papa mummy ki baat sunke mujhe khud pe badi sharm aa rahi hai." Munna said after he had told Swati about the conversation of his parents with their relative.

"Munna, purani baatein jaane do... ab sab theek hai na... toh mann mein yeh sab mat lao... jo ho gaya woh beet gaya." Swati placed her hand over his, comforting him.

Munna held her hand within his palms, looking up with guilty eyes, "Main toh apne maa baap se bhi zyada purane zamane ka ho gaya tha... pata nahi kaise... tujhe itna rulaya uske liye sorry."

"Offo, ab fir se rulana hai kya... baar baar wohi baatein karke... maine kaha na mujhe purani baatein yaad nahi karni... kal shaadi hai hamari... uske liye khush hona hai." Swati showed fake anger.

Munna tightened his grip on her hand, "Achha, toh fir tujhe ek aur khushi ki baat bata deta hun."

"Kya?" Swati was excited.

"Humein shaadi ka tohfa mila hai, Sameer aur Naina bhabhi ki taraf se." Munna said with a crooked smile.

"Haww, Naina ne mujhe kyon nahi dikhaya?" She frowned, but her eyes twinkled the next moment, "Kya hai batao?"

"Unhone ghoomne jaane ka intezaam karke diya hai... ticket, hotel sab kuch." Munna looked at her intently.

"Honeymoon ka plan." Swati beamed.

Munna quickly looked around, hushing her, "Dheere bol, itni zor se bolegi toh sabko pata chal jayega."

"Toh? Jab jayenge tab bhi toh pata chalega.. ismein kya hai... shaadi ki hai toh honeymoon pe bhi jayenge hi na." She shrugged.

Munna wondered if she would be this uninhibited when they went for their honeymoon.

Swati wondered if he would be this shy when they went for their honeymoon.

Later, after the guests had left and contractor had cleared the garden area, Sameer and Naina went back to their room.

"Sabko pasand aaya tumhara intezam." Naina smiled at him.

"Aana hi tha... meri Naina ne saari planning itni achhi jo ki thi." He encircled her waist.

"Tum thak gaye hoge na... chalo so jao... kal fir se bohot kaam hai... aur raat ko bhi der hogi." She wiped his forehead.

"Raat ko jaagne ki aadat hai... pehle yaad mein jaagta tha ab saath mein jaagta hun." His eyes glittered.

Her heart lurched at his tone.

His eyes roamed over her beautiful face. A single mang tika had made her look so different... and more delectable. He leaned to plant a kiss over it. The bindi on her forehead had been drawing his eyes to her whole evening... deep red circle on her milky skin was making his heart miss a beat repeatedly. He leaned more to kiss her forehead over the bindi. Her deep brown eyes, as always, looked back at him with the same adoration that he saw in them during school days... her adulation for him had not lessened in spite of being together for so long. He placed soft kisses on her eyes. Her cheeks were already red by now... he wondered how much colour was hidden behind them, that it spread each time he looked at her, each time he touched her, every single time he came close to her. He marked both her cheeks with his kisses. When his eyes moved to the perfect, red mouth... the blood heated up in his veins. He had been wanting to feel those lips under his ever since he saw her applying lipstick. There was no restriction any more.

Seeing his gaze on her mouth, Naina parted her lips, tilting her chin up towards him. With such open invitation, he couldn't wait for another second... and dipped his head to meet her lips.

The kiss started as a tender one... but it just took a heartbeat to change it to a fierce passionate one as her hands went inside his collar, stroking the back of his shoulders.

His tongue reached the warm corners of her mouth... invading, demanding, possessing...

She moulded against him, every inch of her soft, feminine body fitting against his hard, masculine form. They were perfect together... made only for each other... to fit with each other... to make each other complete.

The tiredness of the day waned as they melted in the fervent intensity of their needs.

When Sameer opened his eyes in the morning, Naina was sleeping peacefully on his shoulder. Her hand rested on his bare chest. White pillow behind her was covered with the silken mass of her hair. Her thick lashes rested on her slightly pushed up cheek. Since her face was pressed against his shoulder, her lips puckered in a childish pout.

He smiled... she did look like a child... a baby. The memory of last night's conversation with Golu flashed in his mind. His hand on her waist dug deeper.

"Hmm... kahan jaana hai?" She muttered incoherently.

He would not have understood had she not been right next to his ear.

"Naina?" He said softly, wondering if she was talking in sleep or saying something to him.

"Itni subah kahan jaana hai... abhi so jao." She mumbled, snuggling into him.

Her arm went around his neck as she shifted a little up. Her lips grazed his cheek. He turned slightly, holding her waist and pulling her over him.

"Sameer, sone do na." She pouted, without opening her eyes.

"Maine kab mana kiya... so jao." He patted her back with one hand and the back of her head with other.

"Main koi choti bachhi thodi hun jo aise sula rahe ho." Her lips curled up against his chest.

"Choti bachhi ko aise sulate hain? Achha hua tumne bata diya... meri practice ho jayegi." He patted gently.

Her eyes flew open.

Raising her head, she looked at him... he was smiling mischievously.

"Hato." She tried to move away, blushing profusely.

"Naina, ismein itna laal hone wali kya baat hai... ek din toh hamari bhi beti aayegi na." He held her secured in the circle of his arms.

Her heart jumped at the thought, her cheeks flaring up even more.

Sameer turned to his side, placing her next to him. He picked up one lock of hair that flew across her face, tucking it behind her ear. Seeing her lowered eyes, he placed a finger under her chin, making her look up at him.

"Sach kaho, tum sharma rahi ho ya darr rahi ho?" He asked in a soft voice.

Her clouded eyes conveyed to him that she was confused.

"Jaan, abhi se itna mat socho... main yeh nahi keh raha ki aisa abhi ho... abhi toh hum dono ko apne apne kaam mein apne pair mazboot karne hain... apne sapne poore karne hain... abhi ek nayi zimmedaari nahi leni chahiye." He soothed her fears.

She stared at him, amazed at his understanding.

He continued, "Naina, tumne aur maine, dono ne hi bachpan maa baap ke pyar aur waqt ke bina guzara hai... main nahi chahta ki hum apne bachhe ki zindagi mein aisa ek bhi din aane de jab usse maa baap ki kami mehsoos ho... abhi hum dono ne ek nayi zindagi shuru ki hai, ek rishte mein bandhe hai... isse theek se jeena seekh lein fir naya rishta banayenge... jisse jab hamari zindagi mein ek nanhi gudiya aaye toh usse poora waqt aur woh saara pyar de saken jo hamare paas nahi tha."

The reverence in her eyes was unmistakable.

"Sameer, main toh khud yehi chahti hun... hum dono ka bachpan ek jaisa tha par main nahi chahti kisi aur ko aisa bachpan jeena pade... mujhe bhi lagta hai ki abhi iska waqt nahi aaya hai." Her fist opened up, the palm resting on his chest.

"Achha? Par tumne aisa bola toh nahi." He raised one brow.

"Mujhe... mujhe laga shayad tumhe yeh baat buri lage... matlab tum hamesha... woh tum baatein karte ho na bachhon ki." The colour spilled on her face again.

He couldn't help kissing her forehead, "Baatein karne ka matlab yeh nahi ki mujhe jaldi hai... bas mujhe meri Naina jaisi ek pyari si gudiya chahiye... lekin kuch time baad... abhi toh uski mummy hi meri sabse zaroori gudiya hai."

She smiled shyly, her lip involuntarily going under her teeth.

"Uff Naina, abhi main tumhe kisi se nahi bannt sakta... kisi se bhi nahi." His thumb pushed down her lip, freeing it from her teeth.

The folly of her action registered when she saw the hunger in his eyes as he gazed at her lips... just for a moment, before claiming them.

After a long, hard kiss, he lifted his head, seeing her flushed face.

"Aaj shaadi mein jo lehenga pehenne wali ho na, bilkul ussi rang ka chehra ho raha hai tumhara." He ran a finger along her cheek.

The mention of her outfit reminded her of Phulla bua's gift.

"Sameer, bua dadi ne tumhare liye kapde diye hain... humne abhi tak dekhe hi nahi... achhe lage toh tum woh bhi pehen sakte ho." Her eyes filled up with excitement.

"Main wohi pehnunga... maine kal hi soch liya tha." He smiled.

"Bina dekhe?" She widened her eyes.

He nodded, "Rahul ki shaadi mein Phulla bua ne jitne bhi kapde mere liye banwaye the, mujhe bohot achhe lage the... unki pasand kamaal ki hai... sach Naina, usse pehle maine sirf do baar Diwali pe kurta pehna tha, alag kapdon ke naam pe... mujhe pata hi nahi tha shaadi mein yeh sab pehna jaata hai... mujhe aaj bhi unki pasand pe poora bharosa hai... woh jo bhi mere liye laayi hongi bohot achha hoga... main wohi pehnunga."

She wound her arms around his neck and kissed his cheek hard.

But the moment she tried to get up, her state of undress stopped her. She bit the inside of her cheek, looking at the impish grin on his face.

To his surprise, she didn't colour up... rather, moved slowly towards him, clutching the sheet over her chest. His eyes went wide when she leaned over him. The messy hair on his forehead swayed as she blew on them. He closed his eyes, expecting something interesting from her.

A few seconds later, her feel over him was gone... he waited for some new move. But nothing happened.

Baffled, he opened his eyes... to find her standing next to the bed, buttoning up the shirt... his shirt.

She had leaned to pick up the shirt from last night, lying behind his pillow.

And now she stood in front of him, wearing his black shirt, sleeves folded up to the elbows. It reached her thighs... and her shapely legs gleamed in contrast to the dark shirt. As she turned towards him, his breath hitched... she had left two top buttons open.

"Yeh kya kar rahi ho?" His voice turned shaky as she weaved her hands through her hair, making the shirt hitch up even more to reveal more of her legs.

"Main woh gifts nikalne jaa rahi hun jo bua dadi ne diye hain... mujhe dekhna hai mere liye kya layi hain... mere liye kapde toh nahi hain... fir kya hai... tumhare kapde bhi... " Her excited words were cut short as his one arm went under her knees and one around her back.

"Gift baad mein dekhna... subah uthke pehle nahana chahiye." He walked to the washroom with her in his arms.

Next update tomorrow evening
