Ragini huffed again when they took a sharp turn at the end of the hallway. “Listen D.” she stopped in her tracks. Her twin sister also did the same turning to face Ragini.

“I don't think I can ever be able to get back to him alright. You agree or not I don't have such sort of feelings for him” she looked into Diya's eyes. Diya rolled her eyes. “And I don't give a damn for whom you have such sort of feelings. He is a total jerk” she crossed her arms.

“I did not deny the fact that he is...” Ragini stopped. She did not wanted to utter that word but it was a matter of fact. She can't disagree about it. “He is a jerk” she lowered her head. Diya stiffened when she saw her twin sister getting affected by the mad man still. Yeah right he was a man man really.

“But the fact will not change my feelings what can I do about it?” she looked up helplessly. “That is why my twin sister I am pestering you to do things which will move your attention from that moron and you can see more beautiful things of life” Diya snaked her hands acorss Ragini's neck.

“That is why I want you to go hang out with Karan and know him better. And you will realize what were you missing” Diya's eyes shone as she trued to convince her twin sister.

“But D. That's such a bad idea you know. Because what is Karan's fault in all this? Will it not be like using him as a distraction for my bruised heart. And I don't want to treat him that way also because he is too good for this” Ragini nodded her head.

“I know he is too good” Diya's smile faltered. “But you deserve only the best thing in your life twin sister. Because you were born in that good moment you forgot?” Diya chuckled and Ragini glared her. “I never saw you so proud that I was born in that good moment?” Ragini smiled a bit.

“Now I am. So what more signs you need that you deserve him sunshine?” Diya winked at Ragini. Her shoulders dropped in defeat. “I am still not doing it” she walked from there furiously and Diya followed her.

They hardly realized some one was hearing their conversation. “You bet Diya. You won't be able to bring them together” Sanskar smirked and walked in the opposite direction.

Karan again stared at his phone unhappy. It was Diya's message. And he did not liked the content of it. She was asking him to take Ragini on a date and she had described what and all he should keep in mind if he wanted to impress Ragini. The thing he wanted to do the least. Now Diya looked like enjoying torturing for not realizing his love for her.

“I wish my crush also had a twin sister like D. Gosh how lucky you are man” Shane drooled happy beside Karan which only irked him more. “Shane. Not you in all the people” he nodded his head. “What?” Shane asked confused. “She is helping you to get the love of your life?” Shane shrugged his shoulders. “She is not the love of my life” Karan spoke irritated.

“No kidding” Shane looked shocked for a second and turned to Karan who only sighed a big breath out of his mouth. Nothing around him was making sense more. All he wanted was a relief from all this chaos around him.

“What does that suppose to mean? You were head over heals for her and now suddenly you are saying she is not the love of your life?”  Shane looked as if he was bitten by the most poisonous snake and instead of losing his life he lost his brain.

“Shane” Karan scratched his forehead irritated. “Karan” they both turned at the entrance of the empty class they were in. It was the person they least expected at this time. “Have you joined any new crash course?” Shane whispered in Karan's ear. “Can you please leave us alone for some time?” Sanskar turned to Shane who weakly nodded before retreating from the spot.

Sanskar who was looking at Shane's back turned to Karan once he made sure that Shane was out of sight completely.

“So?” he turned to Karan who was sure not having the best mood right now to speak to anyone. “Bro. I have enough in my platter right now. Please leave me alone” Karan started to walk but Sanskar held his shoulder and Karan sighed turning to his cousin. “I am sorry okay. I did not mean to sound rude” Karan apologized when he saw the sad expression on his brother's face. He surely was too hurt to hide his emotion.

“Never mind Karan” Sanskar smiled at his cousin assuring him that such small bickering will not hamper the relationship they shared.

“I was wondering what is bothering you so much that you are avoiding me to this extent” Sanskar tilted his head a bit. Karan nodded his head. “I am sorry I made you feel it but I was not in a good state to talk with anyone” Karan spoke looking down.

“You wanna share?” Sanskar offered. He exactly knew what was happening in his life but he could not possibly tell what happened between him and Ragini in the process of calming him down. It would be selfish to reveal the things which will only increase his plight if he had not moved on with it already.

“Um.. How will I get it started even” Karan wondered. “I see my brother is thinking before talking to me” he nodded his head and Karan looked up at Sanskar. “I am not hesitating brother but...” he stopped. “But I don't know if I will make it look less crazy” Karan fiddled with his fingers.

“Spill it out” Sanskar demanded. “I don't love my sunshine anymore” he said in a breath and Sanskar looked at him shocked. He sure was expecting to keep Karan away from Diya's plan. Now it looked more easier.

“I in fact..” he closed his eyes before speaking further. “I have grown feelings for someone else” he still did not open his eyes fearing the reaction of his cousin.

“What?” Sanskar tried to cover the scream which was about to leave his throat. “I know that's bad. I know I am horrible person. I tried okay. I tried to convince myself sunshine is the one who should be in my life and all I want is her in my life but now I don't know. I feel I never realized what it is actually” he scanned the ground like a defeated man.

“Then why are you bothered so much just let her know about your true feelings” Sanskar suggested. All seemed so easy right now. “It is not that easy bro” he covered his face with his palm. “Why?” Sanskar was desperate for an answer.

“Because she is the twin sister of the girl for whom I have feelings and she is hell bent on getting us together” he turned to Sanskar utterly helpless.

Sanskar knew Diya was hell bent on getting Karan and Ragini together but what caught him off guard was that Karan actually liked Diya not Ragini. Can his luck get better than this?

“Oh” he pretended shock. At the same time he felt hell that he was not telling truth to his brother.

“So what have you finally decided?” Sanskar asked. “What you want me to do?” Karan's patience had run out now.

“Um.. I don't know” Sanskar shrugged his shoulders. Karan sat on the bench annoyed. “Bro. I am screwed totally” he covered his face with his hands and Sanskar sighed nearing him.

“Karan” he called calmly. “You really don't have feelings for Ragini?”he asked cautiously just to make sure. “No brother. I have no such feelings for her. Yeah I agree initially was attracted to her because she was the one whom I met and I bet if it was Diya instead I would have been felt different but it would have been for real not some sort of attraction” he spoke annoyed. Sanskar felt bad for him.

“Why don't you tell Ragini this?” he asked and Karan looked up. “Because I was the one who made her feel that I have feelings for her and she still believes it and I don't want to hurt her feelings”

“You will not” Sanskar spoke immediately getting suspicious look from Karan. “I mean she will be happy that you told her the truth rather than pretending to love her right? So she will not be disappointed” he spoke cheerfully. Karan's eyes still did not soften. “Why do you make me feel that you know her a lot better than anyone?” Karan asked and suddenly Sanskar's heart fell in his stomach.

“Um... No... I said generally. That is how all the girl logic work right?” he asked avoiding his questioning glare. “You always seemed so not wanting to understand the girl logic even after you dated so many girls all your life?” Karan crossed his arms.

“Um.. I always understand things Karan. Only thing is I don't reveal it” he boasted himself and Karan was not convinced yet.

“Fine. I will tell her today when I will be going on a date with her. Gosh why the hell I have to do this?” he looked up annoyed and Sanskar's heart started to dance in its place like it was already his birthday and he was excited to open all the gifts he received.

But he hid his smile when Karan looked at him doubtfully. “All the best bro and don't screw up more” Sanskar walked from there leaving Karan in his own thoughts.

Under the moon light it was really so pleasant atmosphere for a second Karan closed his eyes and enjoyed the cool breeze which touched his face.

“Enjoying your time?” he heard a familiar voice which drew a wide grin on his face. “Now? Yes” he said still with his closed eyes. He knew who was it. And the breeze brought her fragrance along.

“So I will leave you both alone now” Diya chuckled and Karan opened his eyes wide and turned swiftly on his feet. Diya was walking away leaving Ragini.

His eyes looked glued on her retreating figure.

“Hi” Ragini smiled weakly tucking the hair strand behind her ear. He smiled weakly without speaking. He had made up his mind to tell her what he exactly felt. It was the most right thing to do it.

Diya stopped in her tracks when she heard someone clapping their hands. She turned to her left and found Sanskar smirking at her and she fumed finding him there.

“How did you?” she crossed her arms and he stood straight now and walked to her. “Oh it wasn't difficult to follow you when your sister drives. She hardly notices anyone in the background” he shrugged his shoulders making Diya flare up her nose.

“And I must appreciate you for your sacrificing skills. You truly know to bait your happiness for your sisters. Such a great great sister” he looked up appreciating.

“At least I am not a selfish dork like you who only thinks about his own good” she snapped and Sanskar raised his one brow. “You really think so low of me?” he placed his right hand on his chest. “I am hurt” he mocked.

“Oh you better be. Because if in any case you are not I will make sure I stab you in the right place to feel the hurt” she smirked and Sanskar chuckled walking near her.

“And you will see every plan of yours go in vain tonight” he looked up at her. “Because my dear dear person in the world. Karan is going to tell Ragini what he actually feels” Sanskar walked behind her.

“Oh really. Don't worry I will be glad if he confesses how much he loves my sister” she snapped. “Oh trust me you will not be because the girl he truly in love with is not your sister” he twitched his jaws and Diya's eyes turned wide.

“Oh you are just acting to make me feel defeated” she crossed her arms. “I wish I was” he gave her a pitiful look and Diya so did not liked his mocking expression.

“And sad that you are just making your sisters hopes high so that they come crashing down” he lifted his hand and dived it down enacting a plane. Diya gritted her teeth looking at him.

“I won't let that happen though” she grabbed his hand and walked towards Karan and Ragini's table. Sanskar stumbled on his feet and walked behind her wondering what was she up to.

“Ragzee” she called her sister happily.

Karan who was surprised looked at her. Ragini followed his gaze and turned to find her twin sister.

“You know a good news. Guess?” she asked cheerfully. Ragini looked at her and then at Sanskar confused. What was he even doing here.

“Finally Mr. Professor realized his love and proposed me right here and I accepted happily because that is what I really wanted all the while” she spoke happily.

“WHAT?” Sanskar was shocked. “What?” Ragini asked shocked next.

“What?” Karan was the third to join.

'Well shit' Diya spoke in her mind maintaining the smile on her face.
