Don't cry... (Mikoto Suoh x Tatara Totsuka's Sister! Reader)
Just close your eyes
"You promised me! You promised that you will never leave me!" She couldn't feel the warmth of his body anymore.
The sun is going down
"You promised me..." She felt her eyes tearing up, as she slowly walked towards his body.
You'll be alright
"I lost Totsuka, now I lost you... Why..." She mumbled, kneeling down next to him.
No one can hurt you now
"What will HOMRA be without his King?!... What will I be without my King?..."
Come morning light
The beautiful red was slowly fading away... The beautiful Sword making it's grand finale as it slowly disappeared. She knew his life had ended. Tears filled her eyes, as she now lost both of them. Her caring brother and the love of her life.
You and I'll be safe and sound
"Why did you have to leave me, Mikoto..." She felt empty inside as she saw the wound he had, his snowy white T-shirt stained in his own blood.
Don't you dare look out your window darling
She looked up in the sky, watching the the red mist that had formed after the Sword of Damocles. She felt a tap on her shoulder as she slowly looked behind her, her vision now blurry because of the tears she had. There stood the man who took his life, preventing things getting worser.
Everything's on fire
She slowly stood up, loosing her balance as she fell on the snow, looking around herself. Everything was burned.
The war outside our door keeps raging on
"Is this the end?..." She looked at the man with the violet eyes. He sighed, cleaning his sword from the blood. She trembled as she saw this.
Hold onto this lullaby
She looked at the lifeless body, trying to find any reaction, any sudden movement, which could show her that there is still chance. A chance for life... But she was wrong...
Even when the music's gone
She wished to see his smile once more. She wished to see his amber eyes. Those wild, untamed eyes. He was a lion for her. A lion, who couldn't be tamed... Except from her...
Gone
She knew she had to continue. He would want it also. She had to keep save what's left of her small family. Because the both wanted it.
Just close your eyes
But she couldn't...
The sun is going down
She saw something shining. The earring. The earring Mikoto had taken from when Totsuka was killed. Was it time for her to take it now? To posses it?
You'll be alright
She took the earring and necklace, the only things that could remind her of the people she cared about the most, new tears forming in her eyes.
No one can hurt you now
Her vision became blurry once more, her head pounding from the pain. She closed her eyes, her body collapsing on the ground.
Come morning light
The Blue King sighed sadly, picking her unconscious body, brushing away a few locks from her hair away from her face.
You and I'll be safe and sound
Everyone from the Blue Clan cheered, happy to see their King alive. Though underneath the bridge they were stood in silence... the Red Clan.
'Don't cry, my Queen...' That voice inside her head made her snap her eyes open, her body shaking.
"Mikoto?!" She searched for him desperately, trying to find him, alass there was no one expect the Blue King, Reisi Munakata himself.
"I'm sorry..." He mumbled, letting her feat touch the cold and hard ground.
She sighed sadly, tears falling down her cheeks, nodding. It was her time to go. To help her family. It was she, who had to fix the broken part. She walked down the bridge, as she suddenly felt the same warmth that kept her safe all this time.
His warmth...
The cold air suddenly became warm, embracing her in a hug. Was this a sign? That they would watch up on her and the Clan? Was this the beginning of a new time for HOMRA?
She did not know.
But as long as the warmth was inside her, she knew she could continue this.
She walked down, towards her family, towards the Red Clan, smiling, her eyes teary. She felt something burning on the back side of her shoulder. It was her insignia. It shined bright, the red flame flying around her body as it slowly formed a marble, flying into the sky.
"No blood! No bone! No ash!" She heard them yell, their fists high in the air, they flame flying also.
"No blood! No bone! No ash!" She repeated after them, raising a fist towards the sky.
She knew it was her time to move on. HOMRA was going to continue living. If it was the last thing she could do.
'I love you...' She heard that voice once more, making her smile, looking up in the sky.
"I love you too... Mikoto..."
You and I'll be safe and sound
