POV: You

Part 1.

It has been a couple hours since I ripped the tales out of Maverick's body. Ahri, Akali, Kai'sa, Seraphine were at the hospital. We came as quick as we can after Dr. Edward called telling us April was awake. Caitlyn and VI were here too, VI giving me a dirty look as we all waiting in the waiting area. Evelynn on the other hand, was, as she put it, gonna take the rest of the trash out for me. Since the incident, before rushing here, I took a shower and got another change of clothes. Coming here covered in blood would make it look like I was in need of medical assistance.

"H-How are you feeling (Y/n)?" Kai'sa asks me.

"As good as I can for my current situation Kai'sa" I replied then hung my head.

"Things will be fine (Y/n)" Ahri says as she sat next to to me, paring my back with her hand "Eve will take care of the rest"

"You do realize there are two cops sitting right here" VI states.

"And what did we see?" Caitlyn questioned as glanced towards VI.

"We saw a fucking shit show" VI states.

Caitlyn furls her brows while staring at VI "What.did.we.see.VI?" Caitlyn questions once more.

VI growls a bit "Nothing. We saw nothing"

"Good" Caitlyn says then crosses her legs.

"Isn't that, kinda illegal for a cop to do? To you know...ignore a crime?" Seraphine whispers Akali way.

"I mean...Caitlyn is the top dog of Piltover in terms of cops so..." Akali replies "For her it's more of a, if I didn't see it it didn't happen thing. She cares about (Y/n), a lot"

"Even wiling to look the other way?" Seraphine questions.

"Yup" Akali replied "The Sheriff of Piltover as a soft spot for her brother"

"(Y/n)?" I hear Doc say from the door and I immediately stand up. He stops be before I could say a word "Before you say anything, come with me"

I leave the girls in the waiting room as I follow Dr. Edward "How is she doing?" I question.

"She's awake, like I said in the call, we did some preliminary tests and she's stable" Dr. Edward tells me as I walked with him "However, she's going to need you now. I've told her everything"

"I see, she must be taking it hard" I reply.

"She is, that's why right now, she just needs you" He states.

We soon make it to April's room, Dr. Edward knocks on the door before entering inside, motioning for me to wait as he stayed in the door way "Ms. Magnolia, I have (Y/n) here for you" He says then steps out of the way.

I step inside the room, April looked at me with a face of relief with a mixture of sadness. Within her ocean blue eyes, I could see her desire to hold me. I walk up to her and hugged her into my embrace. She hugged me back instantly, her grip on me was tight, even with her hand. April puts her head in my chest, tears flowing out of her eye, wetting my shirt.

"Everything will be fine love" I tell her.

"No...it won't (Y/n)..." April cries softly.

"Don't say that April" I reply.

Her hands gripped my shirt tightly as she sobbed "I-..I can't give you the family you always wanted now...."

"April...try not to worry about it....we'll figure it out...promise" I tell her. I wanted to break, emotionally.

"I'm sorry (Y/n).....I'm sorry I can't give you the future you wanted..." April cries.

"Don't be sorry April. If anything. I should be the sorry one. For leaving you alone. For letting it happen" I state to her, April's grip on me weakened, like she gave up trying to hold me and just wanted to be held.

I let her cry, Dr.Edward silently leaving the room and closing the door behind him. April's tears soaked my shirt, her sobs echoing in my ears, her words bouncing off the walls of my mind. We only talked about it that one time, about kids, we were still young, so we decided to live it a little, I didn't know she held it so close.

{Flash Back}

"That's the last box" I say, wiping sweat off my forehead after setting it on the floor.

"No way you're sweating after something so easy" April teases with a smile after closing the door to the apartment.

April and I finally moved in together, we just had our one year anniversary. And that's when we realized a dorm room wasn't gonna cut it. I take a seat on the couch that I put in the middle of the living room, no real orientation, we haven't gotten to that part.

"Want one?" April asks me, in her hand were two hard lemonades.

"They cold?" I asked.

April sits across my lap, laying her legs across the couch as she used the arm of the couch as a back rest. Her pale thighs lay in on my lap, she decided to where short shorts to where while moving, it was a hotter one today so it works "Of course, was the first thing I put in the fridge when we got here" She replies as she hands one too me.

"Look who has their priorities straight" I say with a chuckle before giving her a kiss, a hint of hard lemonade on her lips, I pull away a little and say "Already took a sip?"

"So what? I wanna unwind" She giggles before pushing my face away.

I take a sip of the hard lemonade, lemonade and alcohol, what a great combination. Someone should get an award for that. Things felt surreal though, a mother step forward in life. I have girl I want to spend the rest of my life and now a place I can call my own, even if only for a bit as we are renting. Now what?

"Hey, sooo, now what?" April asks me, moving some of the hair away from her face.

"Dunno, I was thinking the same thing though" I say to her, I started to caress her thigh, it was kinda relaxing.

"You know, now that I think about it, we've never asked each other what we want in life, like a future goal?" April says to me after sipping on her bottle.

"We haven't? Well that makes sense I guess, we're either hanging out with friends, having sex, going to class and doing school work, having sex, our own thing like me and my games or you and your books" I point out then state "Did I mention having sex?"

"Stop, we do not have that much sex" April laughs.

"Really? I beg to differ" I say.

"Oh, where's your evidence hmm? What do you have on me?" She questions.

"You have a hard to see birthmark on your ass that's about the size of a quarter" I tell her.

"That means nothing, you just stare at my ass a lot, I do have a nice one" April says.

"How about that thing you do with your tongue when you're horny, it's basically the sign that shows me you want it" I tell her.

She gasps "What thing are you talking about?" April says then licks the front of her top teeth from under her lips.

"See you just did it, you licked your teeth. You wanna have sex right now" I tell her and she laughs.

"Alright, alright, you're right, we have...a lot...of sex, with me initiating more" April says "Anyway, back to the question"

"Well..." I say and laid my head back "I want a family, maybe a few kids, not sure on the number, wanna live comfortably"

"A family?" April smiles "We can do that, I'd say a kid cap of two. Don't wanna destroy down there too much"

"I'm fine with that, could also inherit the farm, though we aren't stopping at two if they're both girls, I want at least one boy" I say to her "I need to pass on the grilling skills"

"Fine, only as long as you pass on the charisma of yours" She states.

"No promises, though I do expect you to teach our daughter some good educate. I do not want my daughter to become a whore" I argue.

"Oh, I will, for hell will I have that happen" April says.

April and I then laugh to our selves, maybe we're jumping the gun here, we're young, we're 21 "However, let's live a little, we're still young"

"Agreed" She replies then takes a hold of my chin with her free hand and pulls me in for a kiss, a nice refreshing kiss "I want you to my self just a little bit longer~"

Part 2.

POV: Evelynn

Thalassophobia. Fear of deep water such as an ocean or sea. Claustrophobia. Fear of confined spaces. Entomophobia. Fear of insects. All three of these fears happen to be fears our truly dear fox Maverick of the Amaterasu clan has. At the harbor in Piltover. I stood in front of an air tight coffin with chained on it. I whistle over the captian of the boat this coffin was soon to board.

"Do you need something miss?" He asks me.

"Get a bucket of water for me please, our guest needs a wake up call" I say as I looked at the coffin.

"As you wish" He states.

I unwrap the chain, the open the coffin. Inside was Maverick, unconscious. Tied and bound at the arms and legs. The man comes back with a bucket of sea water. I take the bucket and splash it into Maverick's face. He shoots up from the water. Before he could try anything, i pointed a lasher to his throat.

"I suggest you not try anything" I say then glanced at the Captian "Some privacy please"

"Yes ma'am" He says then walks off.

"So this how it is Evelynn? A coffin?" He says with a chuckle as he looks at the coffin.

"Don't act cocky now. Also, hold onto these for me would you" I say then tossed in a couple mana crystals.

"Mana crystals? Seems like you want me to stay alive Evelynn. I thought torture was a specialty of yours" He replies cockily.

"It is" I say with a smirk "You see, for what you did to Gumiho. I already wanted to feed you your balls. But what you did to MY darling and April. You deserve so much more Maverick. The predicament you're in has no escape. By dusk, you will be on the ocean floor in that small box. Suffer with your fear. Your fear for the ocean and confined spaces will eat you alive"

"Hehe, really? That's it? I'll simply be out by dawn" He argues.

"No, no, you see, all you have left is your regeneration after (Y/n) ripped out all your tails" I tell him.

"Y-You won't get away with this you bitch! My father will find me!" He yells at me.

"Will he though?" I question then shrug "Also, I have some friends for you"

On a crate near the coffin was a cage of purple beetles. I pick up the cage and showed them to Maverick who instantly started to squirm in side the coffin.

"You see Maverick, these little guys are void beetles. They were once used in parts of the world to punish criminals, especially those who are being punished for adultery. They love to bury themselves under skin and eat you from the inside out. However, they do it slowly. You happen to regenerate at just about the same rate" I explain to Maverick. His squirming turned to struggling.

I whistle and snap my fingers with my other hand. A few crew mates and the man from earlier come to the coffin. One man with a welder and two men stood behind the coffin. The Captain stood beside me.

"Maverick, I have one last thing to say before your eternal suffering" I say then got close to him. Fear in his eyes "You fucked around way too much, and now, your really gonna find out"

"Evelynn No! Please!!!" He shouts.

I open the cage of void beetles onto Maverick, once the last beetle lands in the coffin. The crewmen behind the coffin slam the coffin closed as Maverick's muffled screaming inside was heard. The captian puts an arm in front of my eyes as the man with the welder welds the massive amounts of chains together around the coffin. Once he's done, the two crew men then lift the coffin and start to load it onto their boat. The captain looks at me after putting his arm down.

"We'll do our side of the deal now" He states.

"Thank you for being a darling and helping me take out the trash. Here is some extra on top for the no nonsense" I say then hand the man a briefcase.

He chuckles a bit "No problem, when Miss Fortune wants dirty work done, it's a pleasure to help"

"Thanks again dear, I have to be in my way now" I say then turn and begin to walk away.

20 million dollars spent towards Maverick's suffering. Money well spent. 10 million just for the beetles, getting them nowadays is extremely hard, I had this planned for a while. I get to my Lamborghini and stepped inside. I laughed a bit. Look at what I've become. I never thought I'd ever be like this.

"Look at yourself Evelynn, what you're willing to do because of love. Blow money like its wood to a fire, risk my reputation to make a man such as Maverick suffer" I say to myself "The things I do for you DARLING"
