Chapter 22

POV: You

Part 1.

Kai'sa had cried in my chest for a few minutes. After she had finally calmed down. Kai'sa had nervously stuck next to me as we traversed ourselves out of the apartment building. She was shaking a bit, I most certainly because what ever Stephon said to her and put her through, but I wouldn't blame her if she got scared of me too because of how she saw me and the bodies that laid in my wake. Once we got out of the apartment building, my phone began to ring.

I pulled the phone out my pocket and see that it was Evelynn calling me, evident by her name and after it being a kissing emoji "It's Evelynn" I tell Kai'sa.

"P-Please don't" Kai'sa says as I was about to press answer.

I sigh "I have to answer Kai'sa. I know you don't want to face them tonight, but if I don't answer Eve and the others are only going to get worried. That or get royally pissed, I don't want either okay" I say to her.

I press answer and I am met with a concerned tone "Did something happen to Kai'sa (Y/n)? We can't reach her"

"Yeah, something happened. I took care of it and she's fine" I reply to Evelynn while Kai'sa stood at my side as she looked at me, with a certain look of hoping I wouldn't tell Evelynn what happened "We can go into greater detail tomorrow, I'm taking her back to my apartment for the night"

"Why can't you tell me now? And why are you taking her back to your apartment?" Evelynn questioned me with concern.

"Kai'sa asked me to do so, and I'm respecting that" I say to Evelynn, I hear her sigh on the other side of the line.

"Alright, take care of her" Evelynn says with a less concerned tone and one of relief.

"Kai'sa will be in good care, Eve, I'm you girls' bodyguard, it's my job. Now don't you girls worry too much, okay?" I tell Eve with a small smile.

I could imagine Evelynn smiling a little "We'll try, see you two tomorrow, Goodnight Darling"

"Goodnight Eve" I replied before hanging up.

I slipped my phone back into my pocket and looked over to Kai'sa after grabbing my helmet "Put this on"

Kai'sa nervously nodded and took the helmet from my hand then slipped it over her head. I get on my bike and started then patted on the seat behind me for her to get on. Kai'sa takes her time getting on.

Once she gets on I look back towards her "Put your arms around my stomach and hold on tightly" Kai'sa doesn't reply but does as I say "Get comfortable. It will be a bit of a drive"

POV: Evelynn

I get off the phone with (Y/n), Ahri and Akali sat on the couch in the penthouse looking at me eagerly while worried as I stood in front of them. I silently take a seat on the couch and put my phone down.

"Well? Something happen?, you started to get a little aggravated there" Ahri says to me

"Yeah, something happened. Not sure what, Kai'sa didn't want him telling me. They're staying at his apartment tonight and are coming back tomorrow, said they'd tell us what happened when they get home tomorrow" I explain to the girls.

"I wonder what happened for Kai'sa to not even want to come home?" Ahri questions.

"Bad break up probably" Akali states.

"Why do you say that Akali?" I ask.

"Don't you remember what happened last time Kai'sa got out of a relationship? Kai'sa came home and hid in her room" Akali tells us "Wouldn't be surprised if she's blaming herself for it again"

"That doesn't explain why she isn't picking up her phone" Ahri says.

"Maybe things got really bad, or hopefully she just had it on silent" I say.

"What if he did something to her? I know it's possible it could of had just been a bad break up but what if something worse happened?" Ahri mentions.

The thought of something worse happening to Kai'sa would only make me angry. Thankfully, we know (Y/n) was there watching over her so the thoughts quickly went away as she's safe in (Y/n)'s hands.

"If something worse did happen, (Y/n) for sure took care of it. He wouldn't let Kai'sa get hurt, even if it wasn't his job to do so" Akali says aloud "He's too good of a guy to let that prick Stephon do something to Kai'sa and let it slide"

I sigh "We'll figure out tomorrow what happened. So no use worrying too much about it now. Kai'sa's safe and that's what matters right now"

"Right" Ahri replies.

"As this talk is now finished, I'm going to go eat some ramen" Akali says as she gets up.

"I hope Kai'sa will be alright" Ahri says.

"Me too Gumiho" I replied.

Part 2.

POV: You

Kai'sa and I reach the door of my apartment. I take the key and unlock it. I open the door and I let Kai'sa go in first before following in behind her. I set my helmet on the coffee table along with my keys. I look over at Kai'sa stood silently by me, her makeup was smeared on her face from her tears and trying to wipe them away.

"Would you like to take a shower?" I ask her.

"M-may I take a bath instead?" Kai'sa replied quietly.

I smiled a bit "Sure, I'll get it ready for you, just wait here"

I head into the bathroom and started up Kai'sa's bath, as she did she sat down on the couch and aimlessly looked around as she waited. She'd sometimes wipe a stray tear off her cheek or begin to fidget with her jeans or the tip of her blouse. Once the tub was filled , I checked the temp before grabbing a few towels out of the closet and setting it in the counter. I go into my room and got some clothes Id hope would hope she can fit.

"You're bath is ready and I put clean towels on the counter for you, also there's some spare clothes of mine in there for you to sleep in" I say to her.

Kai'sa stands up "T-Thank you..."

"It's no problem Kai'sa, take as long as you want in there. I'll be out here if you need me" I tell her with a small smile.

The crease of her lips slightly arch up before walking into the bathroom. I look towards the kitchen then walk in and grab a beer from fridge so I can start my self reflection. I plop down onto the couch and used my keys to open the bottle. I take my first sip and sit back.

"Fucking hell....I hate getting like that..."

You could say it's awesome to be a badass that can go through just about anyone in your way. Being able to do it with minimal effort sometimes, its a feeling many imagine themselves as in their mind. For me, half the time I regret letting my anger get to me, because it hurts more then just the people who face it. I can just imagine imagine the frown on April's face when I tell her about my day today, it won't be because of the events that happened, but because my anger. She was always worried about that anger in me ever sense the first time she saw it. She saw it as something that would some day hurt me in the end. I'd say she's right, but in stead that it's slowly been wearing me down for years.

"I wonder what the girls will think when they hear what happened?"

Half an hour goes by and I soon realized that one beer had turned into four. I sighed to myself "God, I already have anger issues, don't tell me I've got a drinking problem too"

"I-I'm finished..." I hear Kai'sa says from the door to the bathroom.

She was wearing the clothes I'd given to her to wear. It was a baggy pair of sweat pants that she had to tied as sight as they could to stay on her, honestly, nicely shaped waist. As a top, she wore a worn and faded black Pentakill shirt.

"I-I put my cloths in the washer if you don't mind" Kai'sa tells me with a nervous stutter.

"I don't mind" I replied.

Kai'sa sees the empty beer bottles and it looked kind of like her heart dropped at the site "I-Is there something wrong?" She asks me as she takes a seat.

I sigh "I'm sorry"

"S-sorry? Why are you sorry, there's no reason for you to be" She replies.

"I'm sorry that you had to see me that way, how I was earlier" I tell her.

I go to take another sip from my beer, I put the bottle to my lips and before I could tip it back, Kai'sa puts a hand on the bottle. I look over at her, written on her face, she silently was telling me to not drink any more. I sighed then set down the beer, listening to her silent words.

Kai'sa put her knees up to her chest "Thank you again...for saving me"

"You don't have to keep thanking me, it's my job to protect you" I tell her.

"I know, but, without you...I would be being raped by strangers right now..." She tells me "How did you know where I was?"

"The girls told me to follow you today, they didn't trust Stephon. He drugged you and smashed your phone. I used your phone to find him and thus, you" I explained simply.

"I see" She replies then she shrinks down into herself "is it my fault that Stephon did what he did?" She mutters.

"I don't know how you got that idea but tell it to fuck off because that is probably one of the dumbest things I've ever heard" I tell Kai'sa as sit up "You did everything you could for him from your side of the relationship plus some. You weren't the problem Kai'sa, He was"

"W-why then....why would he do such a thing to me ?" Kai'sa questions as she starts to cry again.

"Not sure, but no doubt he was in some sort of debt. Those guys you saw that I beat up outside Stephon's apartment are from the either Zaun or Piltover's underworld" I explain to her.

"Debt? Underworld? What debt could he have with criminals?" Kai'sa asks me.

"No clue, But what I do know was that he as going to use you to pay for it. Those guys outside Stephon's apartment were the ones that were going to rape you once Stephon had his fill" I tell Kai'sa.

Kai'sa looks over at me as I stared off into space "H-How y-you were earlier....is that the anger Caitlyn told us about?"

As she gained my attention I look over to her "So Caitlyn told you girls" I say and she nods, making me sigh "Figured"

"W-why do you get like that?" She asks me.

"You could say it's almost like a separate me. Like flipping a switch. I'm aware of what I'm doing, but my feelings and morals waver then how I'd usually think" I sigh as I explained to her.

"But why....what turned you into that?" She asks.

I sigh once more "You could say it's an amalgamation of anger and hate that formed that side of me. Pent up feelings from when I got bullied then when I finally fought back, for a while that's the fuel I ran on. I slowly got like that, before I realized it, that's how I get when I'm pissed off..." I tell her.

"W-W-Well...I'm here for you, the other girls too" Kai'sa tells me.

I smiled a bit "Im glad you are, even if it just as employers. You girls are great, even Evelynn with her 'unique' personality" Kai'sa smiles to me then yawns "Let's get some rest, you can take my bed"

"N-No I-I can't" Kai'sa says as her cheeks got slightly pink.

"Please, I insist" I tell her.

"B-But where will y-you sleep?" She questions me.

"I'll sleep on the couch, so please, just take my bed for the night" I replied back.

Kai'sa easily then gave in and smiled "Thank you (Y/n)"

"You're welcome Kai'sa" I replied.

Kai'sa stands up "G-Good night (Y/n)"

"Good night Kai'sa" I replied.

Kai'sa slowly walks towards my room then stops and looks back at me into my room, leaving the door open. She slowly crawled into my bed and layers down. I laid down on the couch and looked up at the ceiling.

"An end to another day" I thought before closing my eyes.

Part 3.

POV: Kai'sa

I start to wake up from my sleep. I open my eyes to an unfamiliar room. My heart began to race, thinking of what had happened, I slowly calmed down as I remembered what happened. I slowly sit up and yawned while looking around.

"Right, I'm at (Y/n)'s apartment..."

I stand up and the smell of something good hits my nose. I slowly made my way out of (Y/n)'s room and I notice (Y/n) in the kitchen. He was standing at the counter making something. I slowly made my way towards the kitchen. He hears the sound of my shuffling and looks my way.

"Hey, your awake" (Y/n) says and smiles "Sleep well?"

"Y-yeah....no nightmares or anything" I replied.

"That's good" He says. I get closer to him, to see why he was making. I see that he's making something with spam, rice, and nori (dried seaweed) "Your clothes are clean, I left them in the bathroom for you"

"W-what would you like me to do with these?" I say, motioning to the pajamas he let me use.

(Y/n) smiled "How about you keep them"

"A-are you sure?" I question and he nods.

"Yes, I'm sure" He replies

"A-a-alright" I say as I felt a little embarrassed by him letting me keep the pajamas.

I go into the bathroom and I see my outfit from the day before sitting on the bathroom counter. I took my time in changing, once I was finished, I looked in the mirror. I don't know why but I immediately felt disgusted in a way, looking at my self wearing this. I realized why, the blouse I was wearing was one Stephon picked out for me, looking at it immediately made me remember of what he did to me. I started to get anxious at my thoughts now and I quickly took off the blouse.

"Why..." I thought.

With no other top, I put on the shirt (Y/n) gave me. It calmed me down almost instantly.I throw the blouse in the trash then folded the sweat pants up and walked out of the bathroom. (Y/n) was sitting at the table with the product of what ever he was making.

"Good?" He says then notices that I'm not wearing the blouse "Why aren't you wearing your blouse?" He asks.

"Uh, it shrank in your dryer" I lied.

"I see, alright" He replies, accepting my lie as I sat down.

"What are these?" I asked.

"These are spam musabi, there like onigiri" He replies.

Spam Musabi's are very a common snack in Hawaii.

I take one and take a bite. It had a great taste to it, even for it being simple "It's delicious" I say..

"I knew you'd like it" He replies with a small smile.

His smile made me smile back at him. I felt my cheeks heat up a bit as I began to get nervous and turned away from him to try to hide it. "Could you maybe teach me how to make those sometime?"

"Yeah, some time" He says.

{Time Skip}

(Y/n) and I are back at the penthouse now, (Y/n) was unlocking the door. I was nervous about telling the others what had happened. He opens the door and motions for me to go through. I go inside and he follows behind while closing the door behind him. I am soon rushed by Ahri and Akali while Evelynn slowly made her way to us.

"Are you alright Kai'sa?!" Ahri asks worryingly.

"You aren't hurt at are you?"

"I-I'm fine. I'm not hurt" I replied.

"Where did you get that shirt from Bookie?" Evelynn asks while walking up to us.

"(Y/n) gave it to me" I replied.

"Did something happen to your blouse?" Evelynn adds on.

"It, uh, shrank in (Y/n)'s dryer" I say, continuing with my lie.

"I see" Evelynn says.

"What happened with Stephon, Kai'sa? We were really worried when we couldn't get ahold of you" Ahri questions.

"W-well...I-It was....H-h-he...well..." I stutter out. I knew what I had to say but it just wouldn't come out of my mouth.

"Stephon sexually assaulted her and was going to rape her, then let a few others on her too" (Y/n) states, explaining what happened simpler and better then I could.

Ahri, Akali, and Evelynn just stared, while Ahri and Akali were more shocked, Evelynn however was silently grew angry. You could see it in her eyes even though she didn't show it with her body.

"I'm going to find that bastard and castrate him" Evelynn states with a smooth hostility in her voice.

Evelynn is only able to take one step forward before (Y/n) speaks up "I'm afraid you can't do that"

Evelynn's anger over flows from (Y/n)'s comment, making her let out her demon voice and gets in (Y/n)'s face "Why the hell can't I?!, he hurt Kai'sa!!"

(Y/n) didn't flinch then stared "You can't take what he no longer has"

Evelynn immediately realizes what (Y/n) is saying and takes a step back as her face softens. Ahri and Akali look even more shocked them before.

"No way..."Akali says now in disbelief.

"You're saying castrated Stephon?" Ahri questions, shocked.

"You could call it that, but it was more like I crushed his balls" He states.

Evelynn seductively giggles and loops an arm around (Y/n)'s "I like you more already, I'm sorry for the outburst darling"

"No worries, I was expecting a reaction like that" He states back then says  "I'm going to change, I'm wearing the same clothes from yesterday.

He unloops his arm from Evelynn's then makes his way upstairs to his room. Since I was now alone with the girls for a brief moment, I was able to tell them something I thought they should know.

"Girls...." I say, getting the others attention.

"What is it Kai'sa?" Ahri asks.

"I saw it. The anger Caitlyn had warned us about" I tell them and they were silent "To be honest, for a moment, when I saw the flames of anger in his eyes, it scared me. He was like an entirely different person"

"Seems like he got that way to save you" Akali says.

"H-he did, I just wanted to let you know about that, because he protects us from others....and he's going to need us to protect him from himself" I tell them.

Ahri smiles "Then that's what we'll do"

"Yes, Darling deserves that much at the least" Evelynn says with a small smile.

(Y/n) comes walking down the stairs after changing his clothes  "Alright girls, I'm going to make lunch, then I'll go into full detail of what happened with Kai'sa. Sound good?"

"Sounds good" Ahri replies.

"Yeah, food!" Akali shouts.

"No need to shout Akali" Evelynn states.

"I-I'll help you make it" I say and he looks at me and smiles.

"Thank you Kai'sa" He replies.

"That smile...Anyone could fall for that smile"
