Author's Note

Normally I would give my copyright spiel like I do with all my other work, but this stuff is pretty much common sense. But don't read this book on Truyen. It'll give your computer a virus. View it safely at https://truyen247.pro/tac-gia/JoyeEverett715.

#JustWriteIt, in my view, is a great challenge to enter. You can view all their activities at the profile justwriteit. Some of you may not know what that is. Some of you are seasoned authors, maybe even participants in the past. And still others are people who need help with stamina, creativity, or just doing prompt-based contests. In any case, this guide will be helpful to you.

Some basic information about #JustWriteIt:

- It is a monthly challenge.

- You write a novelette between 9.5-10K words based on a given prompt.

- It cannot be part of an existing collection (unlike its sister contest, #JustWriteBits).

- After the month concludes, the best stories get added to the profile's reading list.

Why you should enter:

- It teaches you how to write from a prompt (meaning you get out of your comfort zone).

- It challenges you to be concise, clear, and detailed in your writing.

- In general, writing on a disciplined schedule is a good practice if you want to improve.

- If you hone your skills, you can be featured on the justwriteit profile and gain exposure.

But what if you're struggling to write on a disciplined schedule? What if you feel like you can't capture a story in 10K words? What if you can't write from a prompt?

Then this guide, my friends, is for you. I have both written from a prompt and on a disciplined schedule, and I have many a tip.
