Rain pours onto the ground, thunder is heard in the distance.

The world gathers together together, to mourn the loss of every hero that died fighting a huge threat.

Graves of the fallen heroes are shown each at a time as a few shots show different people all around the world, holding a candle in respect.

The scene changes to a casket with a S on it, the House of El symbol. Within the casket? Was a blonde girl, two halves of her body recovered and restored to give her a funeral.

(Superman) "The world was forever changed... When we fought back against a threat bigger and complicated than we've ever faced -" he gives a speech to everyone.

Scene switches to the Justice League at the front, in front of the graves, each grieving on their own. Superman, Batman, Black Canary and many more heroes... Including Y/N aka Phyliis

 (Superman) "The threat of Tempest has changed everything for all of us, The Justice League was fractured, many heroes died in this conflict, but we still remain as the world's protectors, we shall honor our friend's sacrifices, and never forget them, that includes my cousin: Supergirl, Kara Zor-El"

Fighting is shown, showing Kara's torn in half body discarded across the floor by monster that was formerly Hawkgirl

The scene switches to Supergirl's Grave: Kara Zor-El, loved hero, friend and cousin. Where Clark stands over her grave, paying his respects.

Before the scene changes to Y/N, at her grave next, rain pours down as he's on his knees. Grieving his heart out as he screams out a cry into the air.

It blacks out to Y/N viciously killing the monster, without mercy. Before a shot switched from that part, to him at the grave site. His fists clenching harder, showing anger.

(Superman) "It won't be the same without her"

(Batman) "Y/N said the same thing, Dick's team is still grieving about her death"

(Superman) "Any word from Y/N yet?"

(Batman) "No, Dick informed me Y/N hasn't responded to Conner's calls or texts. But he's insisted on going over to check on him.

(Superman) "Any luck?"

(Batman) "No, strangely enough... Conner hasn't responded back either, Dick's team is investigating his last whereabouts"

The scene changes to Y/N at Kara's grave once more, where he is greeted by an unexpected figure, Wally West. Trying to console him.

However... He got closer, Y/N turned round and...

(Miss Martian) "Guys! I found Wally! He's... Badly beaten up just like Conner was" she was shocked by the many wounds inflicted on him, suffering bruises and fractured bones, near the grave sight of Kara Zor-El.

A Story inspired by 2Runeand4Skull's Justice League: The Malignant Uprising

(Martian Manhunter) "Y/N's still grieving as it is, we can't ask him in the state he is in" - a debate between heroes is shown.

(Superman) "All of us are still J'onn, give Y/N time, he'll come round, he's lost a lot, that includes his fiancé" he lowly spoke, referring to the late Kara Zor-El, his cousin and Y/N's fiancé.

Scene changes to the Young Justice assisted by the new Wonder Woman Donna Troy, trying to fight some big baddies, but were helped by Y/N appearing after weeks of self isolation, barging in like it was nothing, taking them out one by one from the inside.

(Superman) "I just hope he makes the right decision, we still don't know who the mystery attacker is"

🎵 I see a line of cars and they're all Painted Black 🎵

🎵 With flowers and my love, both never to come back 🎵

Scene blacks out to him appearing out of the darkness, his sword dripping with blood after slaughtering many inside.

(Superman) "Donna told us what she saw, we've been looking all around for you, what's gotten into you Y/N?! We don't kill! We're not gods, we don't decide who lives or who dies" Kal-El scolds Y/N for his actions against some villains that caused mayhem upon last week.

(Y/N) "I missed the part where that's my problem"

(Superman) "Problem? The problem is that you killed those people Y/N! They were to be put in trial, not execution!" 

(Y/N) "Says the one who threatened to bash a man and woman's skull in the following week, and yet you call me a threat?!" his fist clenches, Clark began to lose his patience with him as everyone knew this was going to happen. 

(Superman) "If this is about Tempest, about Kara's death, don't let that -" he gets punched in the face, sending him over the meeting table where the remaining League members watched their argument from.

(Y/N) "Use her death as my excuse again... I'll make you join her next!" he spoke coldly, words that didn't sound like his own.

The following scene shows conflict between the two, being pulled back from fighting any further.

(Y/N) "Word of advice... You should've stayed at your farm in Kansas and hanged up the cape for good... For her sake" he stood over Superman, his foot on top of his back as everyone was on the floor, obviously knocked down.

(Superman) "He's out of control and must be dealt with, Immediately!"

(Batman) "And we can't do that since all of you are arguing amongst yourselves, maybe this was a bad idea to bring us all back together again, let's face it... The Justice League is finished and as far as I'm concerned... I wasn't really part of this team"

Scene switches to a completely changed Y/N, eyes orange, even his armor changed a little as he goes on a crusade...

(Y/N) "You're either with me, or you're against me"

News Media around the US show graphic images of dead Villain bodies, scattered to where they could be found, footage captured the attacker dragging a Villain out into the open.

(Riddler) "H-Hello?! If any of you can hear me! I need help! I'm being hunted down!! He's gonna kill me!!! He can't kill me!"

Conflict is shown, most League members respond to a distress call from a scared Villain standing behind them in fear as a dark figure begins to walk out, orange looming eyes shown in the dark.

Nemesis/Y/N "All... Will Be Punished, no matter the cost" 

🎵 I look inside myself and see my heart is Black 🎵

🎵 I see my Red Door, I must have it painted Black 🎵

Nemesis fights not only Villains but Heroes too

(Canary) "Y/N, stop this! This isn't you!" 

Heroes are thinned out, one by one, struggle to fight against Y/N

He grabs Hawkman and tears off a wing from his back before throwing him toward a few heroes in his way.

Scenes change to different points in the story, where rain falls, blood drips, heroes fighting Y/N and one is impaled by his blade

The next shows him standing over Metallo, sword in hand, was he to kill him or not?

Y/N's is confronted by Superman and some others, standing in his way of his crusade

Y/N holds Kara's pendant, before the scene shows a picture of her in costume as Supergirl

Y/N viciously kills a few gathered Villains that were foolish enough to face him

Next scene shows Batman at an armed mercenary's mercy, Y/N standing behind this mercenary who pledged allegiance to him.

(Nemesis/Y/N) "Time and again, we've defeated our enemies. But we've exacted no retribution. Demanded no remuneration -"

Or Injustice? 

 Scene shows the struggle between the heroes, debating on the Nemesis situation, before showing a former League member joining his side.

(Nemesis/Y/N) "What have we gained from our mercy? More intrigue. More senseless violence! -"

🎵 I see a Red Door and I want it painted Black 🎵

(Nemesis/Y/N) "No longer will I simply defend Earth -"

🎵 No colors anymore, I want them to turn Black 🎵

Y/N stands over fallen Heroes, holding one by the throat 

(Nemesis/Y/N) "I will seek out and destroy all those who defile and threaten Earth and its people. No mercy shown. No quarter given!"

A bunch of foot soldiers and loyalists stand in front of Nemesis, who abide his vision for a better, and safer Earth...

Many Humans show their gratitude and love for Nemesis, and his 'Ironclad Division'

(Superman) Your crusade ends here Nemesis!"

(Nemesis/Y/N) "I could think of no better place to end this here!"

Both Y/N and Clark lunge at each other, about to connect their fists against each other's faces before a loud crackling boom is heard as screen turns black, the chorus of the song ends, following up with hums.

A/N: So? What did you think? I know this is something very different to what I usually do and it doesn't really show much but... This story is set to be... VERY long. I've planned it to be very long anyway.
