Marko hated being a jerk. He hated being pressured into bullying people, then there was his friends that thought it was mandatory if you wanted to be 'cool'. He even had to pressure people into doing his homework for him unless he wanted to be destroyed by the ones he called 'friends'. 

Marko's brown almond shaped eyes were always filled with sadness. His black hair was short but still covered some of the light coloured skin on his forehead. He played for the schools basket-ball, foot-ball, soccer, and ice hockey team. If you couldn't already tell he was super athletic when it came to pretty much everything. Marko was also really smart. He just wasn't aloud to show it unless he wanted to be up against the locker with a black eye. (The school is super violent.) Then there was his social life, Marko was always afraid that if he left his house for anything, he would see someone from school and be obligate to hit them. 

As he sat in his room thinking, his phone began to buzz and his computer screen lit up with a notification for a new email. He picked up his phone and read the email. 

"great" he complained aloud "Going to a stupid museum tomorrow"

Marko tossed his phone and walked to his computer deleting the email. He opened up google and began playing video games.

When he looked at his clock he noticed the time was 2:30am. He groaned and went over to his bed, deciding it was a good time for sleep. Within seconds after his head hit the pillow, Marko was out like a light....

Hey you don't get cocky! 

Ever since they agreed to get along at HQ a week ago, Dani and Oliver had been getting along really well. Dani put her phone down and began getting ready for the day. She put on a pair of black leggings with matching combat boots, a grey t-shirt her favourite green army jacket and a floral pink scarf. She quickly threw her hair into a ponytail and added a few flicks of mascara, grabbed her bag and headed out the door.

Beep beep her phone buzzed. She glanced down quickly and saw it was a text from Ivy

From: Ivy, the Bae//7:57am

hey! When u get a chance i really need to talk to u

To:Ivy, the Bae//7:58am

kk, meet in the parking lot at the end of the line waiting for the bus... or if u can then just grab a seat, I'll sit with u.

ani giggle at her friend, as she continued her usual walk to school. 

When she got to the hell-hole better known as school, Dani saw a bright yellow school bus with kids waiting to get on. She quickly ran over and got to the back of the line waiting to get on. Dani turned her head in the direction of the bus and saw Ivy sitting there waiting.

"45,46,47!" Mme. Fitz called. She was a short woman with caring brown eyes and frizzy hair that was almost alway pulled into a bun, her black skin was wrinkled from age and covered in scares. She was obviously the schools french teacher and considering she was one of the weirdest teachers in the school she was also one of the nicest. The problem with being the light in the wave of darkness however it the fact that people always spread rumours about her. "Oh every year Mme. Fitz choses certain people and stalks them every year until the graduate, then she picks more people to watch." Is a good enough example of one rumour that you may not need any others.

"49! Okay lets go" She said grabbing Dani's shoulder before pushing her onto the bus. Dani instantly spotted Ivy a few seats from the back and walked over to her sitting down beside her bestie. 

"whats wrong?" Dani asked her

"Not here its too crowded" Ivy snapped. She seemed angry and annoyed as if something was stabbing her with a fork.

The bus began to move and about half the people on the bus took that as a note to put both their earbuds in. The ride was mostly silent aside from the few people that were talking, then there was this girl sitting in front of Ivy that she thought was kind-of annoying. Her music was playing louder then most of the  other people's and you could tell what the song was when it played. All of her music was Beyoncé. Sasha Dallas, was sitting on front of the two her music blasting out so that she could forget the outside world and focus on more important things... like Beyoncé. Then Oliver was sitting in the very back seat with Jake, and Marko was with his friends at the front, tormenting some poor kid right in front of the teachers. 

Basically that was the entire 45minuet bus ride.  Silence, music, and tormenting. When they got off the bus Mme Fitz started put everyone into groups, and if you didn't have a partner then your would be separated from your friends. Jake partnered with Oliver and Daniella partnered with Ivy (surprise, surprise) Sasha was by herself and so was Marko which ended up making them partners. The three groups walked into the museum and joined the class.

"Hey!" Dani screamed, as Marko pushed her into Ivy.

"watch it" He spat back, Dani opened her mouth to comment but Oliver cam out of the crowd and explained things for her.

"hey man! Whats your problem?" Oliver almost shouted 

"Nothing! Chill out dude" Marko responded shoving Oliver a bit "If you've got a problem, you can take it up with me" 

"Hey!" Dani said stepping in "Leave him alone, go back to doing whatever!" as she said this she pulled Oliver and Ivy back into the crowd 

"What are you doing?! I can handle myself!" Dani whisper/yelled at Oliver 

"I was being your knight in shining armour!?" He said as if it was the simplest the world

"My WHAT!?" She put her hand on her forehead and thought quickly to herself 

"So let me get this straight" She said rubbing her temples "you thought that cause a week ago I forgive you for an argument that's been going on since the first grade that you could just come in here and be my knight in dirty underwear?!"

"shinning armour but what ever you want..." he mumbled just loud enough to make out the wording.

"Whatever Oliver, just next time let me handle myself" she walked away and Ivy followed, leaving Oliver alone to find Jake.

"You okay?" Ivy asked 

"I'm fine its just..." She paused "It drives me crazy that cause we're girls, the guys think we can't do shit aside from lounge around and paint our nails. I don't know I guess I was kinda just hoping Oliver wouldn't be like that" 

Ivy sighed befor responding "Who cares?" 

Dani didn't get it "What do you mean?" 

"Why does it matter what other people think of you?" She started " Especially Oliver! I mean you became friends what? A week ago? Don't listen to what other people think D, just be yourself. And before you tease me for saying probably the cheesiest  thing I could of said there let me say this. Child you'd be fine and if anyone can't see that then they must be blind" Ivy always knew the best way to hear someone up. And Dani loved that about her, but hey what can you say? Sisters before misters...

"Hey!" Dani said stepping in "Leave him alone, go back to doing whatever!" as she said this she pulled Oliver and Ivy back into the crowd 

Sasha couldn't believe she had been partnered up with this guy! He was rude, he was mean, and he smelled like sweat. This guy has been tormenting and teasing and harming her for the past two years and what happens on probably the only school trip they're gonna get this year? She's partnered up with the guy! 

Great. Just great! This is gonna be a long day. She thought after Daniella Arruda left and her miseries came back like a cold.

"I'm sorry" she herd Marko mutter 

"Pardon?" she asked with concern 

"I'm sorry for everything. And if you ever tell anyone I said that then I will make you regret it" he said with his hands in his pockets and his hood over his head. It had begun to ran as they had come into the museum ad most people (like Marko) just kept their hoods on. The class was about halfway through the trip and everyone was bored. All they had seen so far was plants and water, plants and water.....etc. It was kinda getting lame. 

"Alright class!" Mme Fitz called " In about one hour we will be viewing  the Ancient flower exhibit, but first you may look around and explore the museum meet back here in an hour. Enjoy!" This lady was way to excited for this.

"come on" Marko said grabbing Sasha's  arm "lets go look around" he pulled her through crowds of people and through about five doors, basically they were running around with no purpose. After about fifteen minuets of walking around aimlessly Marko pulled to a brutal stop. He gazed into a room with red velvet rope blocking the doorway. In the room was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen. Sasha was just as amazed, but the two weren't the only ones gazing at the object. There were four other doors looking into the room each with the same velvet rope blocking the entry. At each door was people looking in. At one door was Ivy and Dani, across from them was Oliver standing all by himself and across from Sasha and Marko was Jake. Each person couldn't take their eyes off of this object. One single object was bringing the opposites together. A flower bud. The green piece of earth glowed with so much power it seemed unnatural, and yet at the same time it did the room was Black. Thats all there it to say. There were solid black curtains against each wall and the only light in the entire room was the flower bud, But it was enough to illuminate the whole room.

"Come on" Marko said grabbing Sasha's wrist again, and crawling underneath the rope and closer to the flower.

"What are you doing?!" She asked looking at him as if he was nuts 

"I wanna see it!" he responded stupidly "Now come on lets go!"

He pulled Sasha underneath the ropes and as soon as Jake, Oliver, Ivy and Dani saw this they climbed underneath as we'll to help Sasha.

"What are you doing!?" Jake argued raising his voice.

"I wanted to see the damn thing is that to much to ask!" Marko wanted to yell, oh did he want to yell. But he wasn't that stupid to be caught.

"Well you saw it. Now come before we all get in trouble." Ivy snapped

"Not until I get a good look at it." Marko snapped

The six walked around the podium in which the flower was on with a simple glass vase was holding it up. 

"It's beautiful" Ivy whispered

Suddenly the floors and walls began to vibrate, and the flower starting hovering out of the bottle.

"Whats happening!?!" Jake yelled

"it doesn't matter lets get out of-" Dani was cut short a blast of energy came off the flower and hit each of them. Then suddenly everything was black....
