I cannot stress enough on how important your mental health is, you need to take care of yourself. And that does not just mean externally but internally. If you don't change your mental habits the external ones won't matter. You can sleep off a problem, you can't wash away your anxiety by a shower. You need to talk to somebody.

Well why am I saying this right now? Cause I am at the place and it's not pretty. I had my math class today, and my teacher paused in between class and asked whether anyone has any problems with the subject, whether they feel like they are only person who doesn't get any answers. And he told that he can understand the stress and that we need that motivation sometimes. And that even felt like he has no future at all, and he asked us to talk to our parents or him or some mentor about it. He said he was that shy insecure kid who sat at the last bench and didn't understand everything. And he did clear his entrance exam. And I um kinda started crying cause, well, someone gets it. And it felt good to feel validated.

You are valid. Your problems are valid. Don't ever hesitate to ask for help. Don't do this alone. Legit most of my problems I have had in life was because I was too scared to tell anyone I need help. Running away feels right at the moment, but it isn't. How long will you run for? Stop for a minute, at least try to, and just breathe. Calm down, talk to someone about how you are feeling. Or write down your feelings. Let it out somehow. It helps.

You are valid okay? Don't put yourself down. It is difficult, I acknowledge that. But for yourself, you gotta fight.

(p.p.s. after hearing about the death of Sushant Singh I wanted to talk about mental health cause the face of depression is not always ugly, it could be anyone and people should be more open towards discussing these issues deeply rather than just saying "he looked so happy" , " I can't believe this at all." and " this must have been a murder". This is real issue and cannot be ignored. You can't keep dismissing anything's existence just because you can't see it)
