I woke up to a banging sound on my room door.

Aargh! Who would that be now? I just arrived. Can't someone rest for five minutes? Even though it's been five hours.

I lazily walked towards the door. As soon as I unlocked it, a figure bounced on me causing me to fall backward. Luckily, there was a bean bag to catch my fall. I was shocked to see a round face with big black eyes staring at me.

"Sister!" she yelled.

Oh, my little sister!

I lifted her up to take a better look at her. She packed her hair in two buns each sides which made her cute. She wore a pink dress at knee level with a pink and white spotted long socks. She wore a pink shoes to sum it up. Okay! What's up with her and pink?

She is fair in complexion with dimples and light brown hair.

"Sis! Big sis! You are back"

I smiled. My parents gave birth to three children - all girls, My elder sister Vivian, my little sister Rose and me. My elder sister was born and brought up in France while my little sister was born and brought up in em.....somewhere in Australia hmm.... I think Sydeny... no... Sydney... yes there! but most times she comes to Nigeria.

But they didn't leave us alone. I stayed with my Aunt while my big sister stayed with my grandparents and Rose with my parents. Sometimes our parents visited us and stayed for a while. It's just us, the children that haven't meet yet.

I know my parents must be crazy to do that. I mean, giving birth to three children in three different countries and in three different Continent. I mean, who does that? But maybe there is a reason or they are just crazy.

For me I pick crazy shh!

My sister had pulled me out of my room, blabbing about the flight. Then she took me to a room, I later discovered to be our second sitting room.

" Look sis! Viva(she likes to call her that), she is here"

My elder sister looked up from her phone at me and smiled.
"Susie! You are all grown up"

I rolled my eyes at her remark and hugged her. I took a seat next to her.

"So how have you been?" I asked.

"Fine, nothing much I guess" Vivian replied in a soothing voice. It felt good to finally meet my sisters.

Vivian is surprisingly beautiful not that I didn't know. I have seen most of her pictures on Instagram but she is more prettier in person. I can't help but to feel awkward around them. Maybe I will warm up to them later. We spent the remaining day talking and getting to know each other.

Men! My little sister is very sassy for her age and too clever. I also found out what My big sis wants to be. She wanted to be a fashion designer and own her own shopping mall. Which will be cool for me.

The whole day was blah blah blah... Parent came home, threw a party, I had fun and above all, I found out I would be resuming school tomorrow.

Ahh! Why do my family love education so much?

I woke up at 5am but really it was 3am. I just pretend I was asleep for 2 hours and I am done pretending. Time to prepare for school. I guess it was the thought of resuming a new school that kept me awake.

I finished dressing. I wore a black top under a blue skinny jeans.

While I was admiring my outfit. My phone rang, one of juice wrld music lucid dreams played filling the air with its melody. I found my self singing along with the music instead of answering it. I was brought to reality when the song stopped.

Oops! It's was from Kate.

I tried calling her again but she didn't answer.

Well...maybe later!

I headed down to the kitchen. Today I woke up with a big appetite. I wanted pancakes correction a lot of pancakes. As I stepped in, I caught a glimpse of Vivian by the corner.

"Somebody, woke up early today" I remarked

"Oh, really funny Susie! I will have you know that I have always been an early riser" she replied, feigning anger.

Okay! Let me just give you a brief talk on my sister. My sis is a lot of things... She is those kind of girls that are kind, polite, caring, all around good girl, but not the goody two shoes kind of girl.
But more of the spiritual, positive freak, always see good in everything kind of girl. She loves animals, plants blah blah...

A girl that will see an animal like snake and a box filled with million dollars dangling in a cliff and she can only save one, she will choose the snake....

I think you get the gist.

"Okay! Okay! No argument here. Just whip me up some pancake" I said with a smile. "I have been craving for some ever since I told myself( I mean, you guys, yes you reading this) I wanted it."

"Anything for my sis!" Vivian chirped.

"Awwn!! You are the best"
I sat on the kitchen stool and watch my magical sister cook as I stuff my face with berries from a bowl at the table.

"So, how do you feel?" she asked.

"I feel Normal"

"That's not want I meant.... You know it's your first day of school. Don't you feel excited?" she giggled and hopped a little.
She looks like the one going to the school, not me.

"Well... I feel kind of scared, nervous and confused"

"Confused? Why? What's there to be confused about?"

"Hey, you asked. I only answered. Sooo!"

"Alright, here! Eat" she placed a cup of milk and a plate filled with delicious pancake next to it.

"When you get back, we will pick up from where we stop. I have to get prepared" she started remove  the apron from her body.

My mouth was already filled with the pancake but I managed to mumbled out some words. "Prepare for what?"

"Hey stop that, its not proper to eat and talk. Do you want to choke?" I rolled my eyes at her.

Just let me be me.

I finished my breakfast and was off to school. My personal driver was ready waiting for me in the car, I couldn't help but to think about the school. It sounds really terrifying.

But I bet it will be okay. All schools are alike, right? With the cool kids, nerds, teachers, mean guys and more.

I feel like I'm going to like what's going to happen next.
