People all around are crying. Tears run down their faces. I don't understand why they cry. Is it for me? Is it for someone else? What is it that they are doing. I don't understand what crying is. People all around me cry all the time. They ask me why don't I cry. I tell them I don't cry.

Someone died today and everybody is crying. I am just standing in the background looking at all their wet faces. They look at me funny and ask why don't you cry.
