Chapter 1
A/N: This is a PJO/HOO/Avengers fanfic/shortstory, which means that the chapters will be short and there wont be many chapters, and due to the fact that I have never seen Avengers, I may get some details wrong. Please correct me if so! I know that there are a lot of stories like this one, but I thought I'd have my go at it! This story includes my OC- Sila- so if you want more info about her go read my other book! I don't know how often this book will be updated, I'll try to go between my two stories every other weekend. All rights go to Rick Riordan and Marvel, except the story line and plot, and Sila. Italics = Greek. Enjoy!
Sila's POV
"No, no, NO I will NOT do it!" I yelled in annoyance at Thalia. "You ALWAYS get me to do it! Why can't Pipes do it? She's persuasive!"
"Cuz Sila! Chiron likes you!" Thalia fought back. I sighed in defeat.
"Okay, but if something goes wrong, I get full rights to say 'I told you so!'"
"Ugh. Fine. I'll go get Annabeth, Piper, and Hazel. Now shoo! Go convince Chiron!"
I groaned and trudged off towards the big house. When I got there, Chiron was waiting for me.
"Chi-" He cut me off.
"Yes, yes, you can go, Sila. Just promise not to kill anyone?"
I stared at him. "How did you know?"
He chuckled lightly, and said "You were yelling quite loudly. Now go!"
I turned bright red, mumbled thanks, and then raced off towards my friends. This was going to end badly, I could already feel it.
Hazel's POV
"Hazel!"
Thalia poked her head inside my cabin at Camp Half-Blood. I was staying here over Christmas, along with the rest of the seven.
"Yeah?" I answered.
"Me, Sila, Annabeth, and Pipes are gonna go Christmas shopping. Wanna come?"
"Sure! But how-" Thalia cut me off.
"Sila's talking to Chiron. Hopefully. Now lets go!" We walked around and collected Annabeth and Piper. Annabeth said she thought it was a bad idea, but agreed to it in the end.
"Anything to get away from them," Piper said in disgust, pointing to Drew and her gang fangirling over a poster of her dad.
As we left camp, I couldn't help but feel that this was going to end badly.
Annabeth's POV
This was a terrible idea. So of course, I agreed to it.
"Do you guys wanna stop somewhere for lunch first?" Piper asked us.
"Sure!" I said, the other girls in agreement. Thalia pulls over at a small cafe, and we all pile out.
"For five?" A waiter asks me.
I smiled at him and said "Yes, and outside if you can manage it!"
"Riiight, so we can be attacked easily! Great idea, Annabeth!" Thalia said.
"Really Thals? Its much easier to get out unnoticed when your outside," I retorted.
Thalia put her hands up in defeat. The waiter gave us an odd look, and then led us to a table. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad, I thought as we sat around the table, joking and laughing. Then the 5 people dressed in black suits caught my eye.
I kicked Piper under the table, and inclined my head towards the people. She got the message and nodded. Time to go.
Natasha's POV
Unbelievable. Fury sends two AVENGERS and three HIGHLY TRAINED S.H.I.E.L.D. agents to abduct ONE girl.
Annabeth Chase.
The girl was a miracle worker. Ran away from home when she was seven, disappeared- she was off S.H.I.E.L.D's radar for six years, which is supposed to be impossible- reappeared, and now disappears every summer.
Still.
That doesn't mean Fury needed to send all of us!
"Natasha," Clint said, pulling me from my thoughts.
"What," I spat, obviously annoyed.
"We're here," he said, pointing to a girl with curly blonde hair. And she was with four other girls. Great.
Nothing seemed extremely out of the ordinary. All five of them were muscled and had thick summer tans. Annabeth had long curly blonde hair and grey eyes, one had choppy brown hair and... eyes that were changing color? One had long, curly honey colored hair and gold eyes, one had short, choppy black hair and blue eyes, and one had shoulder length, wavy light brown hair and green eyes. The one thing that gave them away was the dagger hilt sticking out of each one's boot.
Suddenly, the blonde one, Annabeth, kicked the girl with the choppy brown hair and jerked her head towards us.
"Gotta admit, the kid is sharp," Clint said.
I rolled my eyes and said, "Lets just get this over with," I was looking forwards to joining the others at lunch.
The girls stepped off the deck and started making their way over to a car. We stepped in front of them.
"Annabeth Chase, my name is Natasha Romanova. I am an agent for S.H.I.E.L.D., and I'm going to have to ask you to come with us." I said.
"Well, I'm going to have to say no," Annabeth said coolly, glaring at me. That kid's glare is scary.
"Kid, we don't want to hurt you. Come with us now or we'll be forced to use force," Clint said threateningly. That's when they pounced. And not just Annabeth, but all five of them. Annabeth came at me, and green eyes went for Clint. The other three took the agents. I have to admit, I was surprised. Annabeth was a really good fighter.
I threw a punch at her and she caught it and threw one of her own. I just managed to block it and swiped at her face. She caught my hand and judo flipped me over her back. In a split second, I was on the ground, and chanced a look at everyone. The three agents were out cold, and green eyes had Clint pinned down to the ground and was yelling something about insufferable males. I looked up just to see the hilt of Annabeth's dagger come down on my head.
Then everything went black.
Piper's POV
We all piled back into the car, though none of us were breathing hard. Those mortals thought they could take us. Please.
"Why were they looking for you?" I asked Annabeth.
"And you, of all people!" Hazel joked.
Annabeth shrugged, and then changed the subject.
"What should I get Percy for Christmas?" she asked us.
"A fish tank," Sila and Thalia said simultaneously. We all burst out laughing.
"Why?" Annabeth finally managed to choke out.
"Because," Sila said, "When he gets bored he wont come to you because he can talk to the fish!" We all laughed again.
"You know?" Annabeth said as we pulled up to a mall, "I think I'll do that!"
We passed an over crowded restaurant on our way to our favorite shop. People were pushing and fighting each other trying to get in.
"Whats going on over there?" Hazel asked.
"There's probably someone famous in there," I said dismissively as we passed the restaurant.
We all headed into a shop and split up. Annabeth went off to find some fish, and Thalia and Sila set off to who knows where. Hazel and I wandered around looking for presents for Jason, Leo and Frank.
I found a cool hat for Jason, and got the biggest hammer there was for Leo. We all met at the front of the shop, and got in line.
"Guys," Thalia said, "I didn't bring any money..."
"Me neither," Hazel said.
I checked my pockets, "Just drachmas,"
Sila and Annabeth shook their heads, just as we stepped up to the register.
Everyone turned to look at me.
Aaaand you can probably see how this is going to end. Thanks for reading- vote and comment!
