It was none other that Tom Hiddleston himself. She gasped slightly, freezing and not knowing how to react as she just stared at him from the other side of the nearly empty coffee shop.

She wanted so desperately to approach him, but was so anxious and self conscious. She told herself that she would just get to meet him tomorrow, but knew that it wouldn't be the same, as hundreds of people would be going to see him perform and she could talk to him alone right there in that coffee shop.

She continued to watch him, thinking of the exact words she would say upon approaching him. She sighed a little once he sat at a table instead of heading for the door once he got his coffee. 'its now or never..' She thought, shakily getting up from her table and slowly walking towards his, where he seemed to be casually checking his phone and drinking his coffee.

She just needed one moment of bravery, or at least confidence to approach him. It could change her whole life, and it was what she had always wanted. She slowly walked over to his table.

"Uh.. Hi.." She spoke nervously upon arriving at the table where he sat.

"Oh, Hello!" Tom spoke in the friendliest manner as he gazed up at the pretty girl who he didn't recognize but had spoken to him.

"I-I'm (y/n), and I'm a huge fan of yours.." She said, unable to believe that she was speaking to The Tom Hiddleston. He was even more handsome that he is on pictures and in films, and he was already acting so friendly. It was already a dream come true that he even only said hello to her.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, (y/n). I'm honored that you're a fan of mine." He said humbly with a wide smile on his face as he held his hand out for her to shake it. He just loved meeting his wonderful fans.

"The pleasure is all mine, Mr. Hiddleston." She spoke grinning as she quickly took his hand in a handshake. It was so nice and warm, she thought.

"Please, just call me Tom." He said, smiling as he shook her smaller hand. She seems like such a sweetheart, he thought.

"Okay, Tom." She said with a wide smile on her face. She couldn't believe they were on a first name basis already.

"You can sit with me if you'd like. I don't have anything to do." He offered smiling and letting go of her hand then.

"Really?! Are you sure?" She asked in disbelief. It really was like a dream come true. She blushed slightly at how she was still holding his hand until he let go.

"Of course!" Tom insisted with a smile. He saw her blush and wondered what caused it, though he found it quite adorable.

She had a huge grin on her face. "Ill be right back, my stuff is at the other table." She spoke, quickly shuffling back to her own table.

Tom just smiled and nodded, watching her go back to her table. He was secretly kind of happy that he would get to have coffee with her. He loved interacting with his fans, though it did get a little overwhelming when he was so busy and stressed or when he had to deal with hundreds of them at a time.

(Y/N) grabbed her coffee and book that she left on that table and walked back over to Tom's table, sitting across from him with a smile on her face.

Tom smiled, gazing over at her. "What book do you have there?" He asked curiously, gazing at the book she had in her hand.

"Uh, just my book.." She explained a little. She then slid the book in his direction a little so he could get a better look at the title.

"You wrote that book?!" He asked, extremely surprised. "You're the famous author, (y/n) (l/n)?! I love your writing!" Tom exclaimed with wide eyes and an excited look on his face.

She gasped at his words. She couldn't believe that her idol was actually a fan of her writing. "Really?!" She asked, shocked.

"Yes! Can I have your autograph?" He asked with a childish grin on his face.

"Only if I can have yours." She said, shyly.

"Deal."
