○ Only judges will their forms here. For participants there will be another chapter for you guys. Kindly read the whole book. It's extremely important and it will take seconds for you.

○ Do not write your passwords in the forms. If you do so then that means you haven't read the book. It's crucial because the password of the book is different and you need to write in the specific chapter I made for it. Just write Yes Or No in front of passwords.

○ I don't want to put burden on our judges which is why I need 15 Judges. So, please come forward and guide us with your kind reviews and participation.
