The next day, y/n stayed home from school. I was home all day so I was kinda watching her, even though she didn't really need to be babysat. She mostly just sat and watched the TV all day.
"You feel any better?" I asked her. I didn't really know what to say.
"Yeah I guess." She said, turning off the TV.
"Hey, you wanna... go somewhere?" I asked, pointing my thumb to the garage where my ship was.
"Sure, why not?" She sighed and got up from the couch. "Where are we going?"
"You'll see." I said.

   I hopped into the ship and started it. She got in the passenger's seat and we drove off. I glanced over at her and she was looking out the window with that blank look on her face.
"Hey," I said, taking her hand. She looked up and I smiled at her. "It's gonna be okay."
She grinned at me and squeezed my hand. God, she's so cute.

/time skip, they go to that intergalactic ice cream place that they went to in one episode/

"This place," I said, gesturing to the building, "Has the best ice cream in the galaxy." She giggled and I took her hand. I brung her hand up to my mouth and kissed the tips of her fingers. She started to turn red and covered her mouth. I then led her inside.

/time skip, they have their ice cream and they're back in the ship on the way home. Sorry I do so many time skips lol/

"Wow, this is really good." She said.
"Told you." I joked, smirking at her. She laughed and continued to eat her ice cream. She had one scoop of strawberry ice cream. She got a little bit on her nose.
"Hey," I said, pointing to my nose. She wiped her nose off, looked at her finger with the ice cream on it and giggled.
"I guess I should probably slow down." She said. I smiled and took her free hand. It felt so small and soft in my hand.

/time skip, [again soRRY] theyre back home/

We came in from the garage and she went in to the kitchen. She came out with a glass of water and we sat down on the couch to watch more TV. She snuggled up to me and I wrapped my arm around her. She put her glass on the coffee table and I ruffled her hair and kissed her nose.
