You and Rick stumbled out of his ship, laughing super hard. You sighed as the garage door slammed open. Morty walked in in his pajamas with his blanket draped over his shoulders.
"Y/n! I've been looking for you!"
"Morty? It's 3 AM. Why are you up already?"
"I woke up and y-you weren't in the room anymore, and you weren't downstairs either! I was getting worried! Jeez, you-you-you can't just skip out on me like that! I-I mean I was really wo-"
"Alright, Morty! We get it! You can go back to*eeeuuugh* bed now, we're safe!" Rick scolded. Morty's face fell a little and he walked out of the room.
"I better go talk to him. I'll see you later... Rick." You said. Rick winked at you and smirked and your heart fluttered a little bit. As you shut the garage door behind you, you slid down the wall. Little did you know, so did Rick on the other side of the wall.
