These are roughly translated because most of the words are difficult to understand but i tried

But i felt this is really pathetic and disgusting to even think about publishing this in a newspaper

That is like the most popular one, around my area at least

And the fact that all they saw were youngsters and teenagers makes me feel even more mad

It's disgusting really

I don't wanna seem toxic and stuff but like even my grandmother agrees that i absolutely don't lash out as they have mentioned in the last statement of the paragraph

And as a matter of fact, her ways of thinking range to the very old days of how girls should hide their bodies in bunches and bunches of blankets and sleep on the ground to not mess the bed on their periods
