The move to Nashville went smoothly enough, as of this moment I'm setting my dorm room up. I'm choosing to overlook the thought that what I thought was my life isn't true. My heart keeps asking, 'Why, God?' So I'm choosing to instead focus on the moment, and not dwell on the unknown.

"Britt Sadowski?" An unsure female voice comes from the doorway behind me.

I finish fixing the quilt, that I made, on my bed and turn around to the voice's owner. She is sort of tall, with serious brown eyes, and wore a leather jacket. My first thought was that she was very intimidating, but the bright pink hair threw me off a little. Finally I found my voice. "Um... yes. I'm Britt."

"Nice name combination there." She smiled and my worries melted away. "Oh by the way. I noticed you staring at my hair a little bit. It was a dye job mix up. I'm Jaelyn Parrish by the way. Your roommate." She stuck out her hand for me to shake.

"It's nice to meet you." I felt myself coming out of my shell, as I teased. "Remind me to never let you near my hair." We laughed and then she offered to show me around campus, since she was actually a second year student, a college sophomore.

We took a random (and rather hilarious) tour of the grounds, buildings, and just about everything. Suddenly as we were walking towards the dining hall, Jaelyn let out a high pitched squeal.

I stepped back, laughing. "Okay, what's the deal here, girl?"

"It's Bobby Peterson." She sighed girlishly, and I was took back to high school a little bit.

I looked ahead on the walkway and saw two guys strolling towards us. They both had smiles on their faces, and I could tell they must be brothers. "Which one's which?"

"Bobby is the lighter haired one. The darker haired one is Robby, his twin brother. Except they aren't identical as you can tell." Jaelyn let out the words in another sigh.

The second they reached us, I could tell Bobby was a goofball. "Hey Jaelyn. Whose the newbie here? Is it initiation time?" He laughed at his joke, and Jaelyn playfully punched his shoulder.

"This is my new roommate, Britt Sadowski. You toehead!" Jaelyn laughed.

The two ended up in a tickle war across campus towards the dining hall leaving Robby and I in an awkward silence. He reached back and scratched his neck. "Um... hello I'm Robby Peterson. The goofball you just met is my twin brother, Bobby. We .... aren't too much alike, thank the good Lord above." He gave a charming smile, that made me want to smile back.

"I'm Britt." I replied.

"I know." Robby smiled. "Cause Jaelyn just said so." He paused. "And I'm sort of supposed to be like your advisor dude." He blushed a little. "Anyways, welcome to Belmont University, Britt Sadowski."

I think I'm going to like this place.
