The carriages finally came to halt infront of a huge mansion, in front of the gate stood three people, a man in his fifty's, a woman although a little aged but her face did not loose its shine and a young man in his early twenties and behind them stood an array of maids, with their heads bowed down and hand folded one on another, there was also a man standing down the stairs and keeping watch.

"mother, are we really going to welcome that mother and daughter", asked the young man.

her mother nudged him and said," be quite do you want your father to here, we have no choice now your faher's position is far more superior than my family, we can only curry favor from him.!"

"hmh!, no matter what they can't compare with you mom, those county bumpkins, although father said she is educated but who would teach her in that remote area of not any local teacher, how can they compare to the teachers here in the capital, i am sure she will make a fool of herself infront of other young ladies"

"shut up!" scolded Second madam Hawthorne but a smile for sure graced her lips.

"ah! they are here, they are here",  shouted the housekeeper who was keeping the watch of ther return.

the carriages halted and a main came out a young woman

ah so this is the girl your lordship used to brag about, no matter how talented, how can there be grace of a noble lady , hmh!

really, nothing special about her, what was father bragging about, I am waiting to make a fool of herself in the capital

thought the son and mother as they looked at each other and smiled.

then the woman who was now standing on the carriage got down and once more the curtains of the carriage opened and a woman dressed in all white with little golden work came out of the carriage, her hair was neatly done, the accessories that she carried were simple and beautiful, and a true contrast to this innocent look was her red lips.

seeing the woman all the maids grasped along with the mother son duo.

she got off the carriage and extended the hand for her mother and helped her down.

Isia turned and greeted the three people one by one, 

"Father, second madam, brother"

"ah ha ha daughter, so elegant as usual" spoke Mr. Hawthorne to his daughter and turned to his wife.

"my dear you are here finally", his eyes shone as he looked at the woman who lived most of her life in countryside when what she deserved was this mansion, but finally she was here along with there daughter.

"come, come everybody, lets go in and talk, ha ha ha"

"elder sister it must have been tough on you, travelling such a long distance with your disease I was so worried about you when your lordship told me about you", spoke second madam as she ordered maids to pour the tea for everyone.

"ah sister, no worries now, I am already here besides my daughter was with me what can happen to with her watch, hmm" spoke Isia's mother as she turned and looked towards her daughter.

"ah, Isia you sure take care of your mother well so as to make her say so, and you are such a beauty"

to which Isia stood up and walked to the center and curtsied to second madam, "thank you mother", her face had her signature fake smile that did not even touched her eyes, with no emotion on her face.

"ah such a good girl, sit sit" 

"ok, you all must be tired, go and get rest we will have our dinner together at night, after i return from the court"

No i must talk to father about the matter and get to know about it as much as possible before he goes to the court.

"Father, i am not tired and i even missed you so much these day can i spend some time with you before you leave for the court" asked Isia as she stood up and asked her father, eyes looking straight at him, hand folded one over he another ,looking at her, her father knew his daughter wasn't going to back away.

"you! girl ok, come one let's take a walk, Mrs. Andrew send first madam to her chambers"

"spill it" spoke Isia's father as he abruptly stopped making Isia stop too who was walking by his side.

"ok, tell me all about this crown prince thing", demanded Isia.

"ah who would believe the girl who said thank you just a moment ago with such docility will have this side to her"

"no jokes, tell me papa"

Iisa was now in her assigned rooms with Jia.

"everybody go out, except Jia" ordered Isia.

"but miss if you do so..........you reputation."

"its ok" replied Isia as she fell in her array of thoughts, who care about the reputation now if someone will question her, she will say that she has not adjusted fully yet and was uncomfortable around new people, who would then blame her and now only her grandmother had this power, but if she stays out of her interest zone she will be away from all the trouble besides something more important is at her hand to take care of.

hearing all of it now it is clear that the crown prince has targeted him and wants to rope him in his struggle for power but the person who will be the king will be the male lead and that is set in stone, and the person who can control the crown prince is also him, if i do not get father out of this he will finally yield as now the power of Valiac is not know to the world that much.
