There are just few stores in the village and the day has only a few hours left. Gentle lapping of waves against the port pier highlights the pleasant weather.
The gladiator takes the father and daughter to an outdoor café, using his privilege to have food provided. The sole hostess offers to provide anything even if she takes the evening to make it.

When the gladiator returns, they do not recognize him. He is dressed in foreign travelling clothes.
"All matters are settled. I have the clothes I came here in three years ago. We three have a large 'regal' cabin for a trip back.
The armor masters were quite generous when I told them how the breast plate got those dents.
It is supposed to be indestructible. I personally used the sharp side of pole axe to test it three years ago. Not even a mark.

The father describes the trading he had done with coins. With a frown, his told that those generic coins have no value on the other continent. Only the unusual ones have a value to collectors.
