~~ Challenges of this artwork include
• drawing on the wrong frame
• re-drawing half of Pennslyvania's lineart because I drew on the wrong frame
• fucking up Penny's colors/color palette
• figuring out where to put the ahoge on NY's head (I think that's how u spell it)
• re-centering the eyes
• figuring out how to use a gradient for Penny's eyes, apparently that's how Prussia's are

• New Yorks eyes are lime green because of the Netherlands
• I don't know why I fukcing drew this tbh
