*Tom's PoV*

"wake up love birds we are going out to eat with Evan and Delirious in 2 hours," Tucker screamed.

"Jordan get up," I moan rolling over into his arms.

"Mmmm let me think about it... Nah I'm good," he said as I hugged him.

"Please," I ask.

"What time is it," he asked me.

"Ummm 6:30 and we need to meet Jon and Evan at 8:30," I tell him.

"Ugh fine I'm taking a shower first," he said.

"Ugh fine do you have any nice cloths or do you want me to go get some from your house," I ask.

"I don't know check my bag," he said as he got up and left the room.

"Ok Tom let see here, black shirts and green shorts, damn it jordan you need help," I say looking threw his stuff. I walk down the stairs.

"Hey Tom," sonja said as she flipped her hair then wrapped a towel around it.

"We need to take jordan shopping," I say.

"Why, what's wrong with his cloths now," she asked.

"Sonja black shirts and green shorts that's all he has," I throw my hands in the air.

"Ok we will take him shopping tomorrow," she laughed.

"Thank you," i says I walk up the stairs to my room. I look threw my cloths, "ok so I think this should fit him," I picked out some cloths I never wore, maroon jeans, some rustic boots, a gray button up shirt, and little bow tie. For me I picked out a gray long sleeved shirt with a black tie, then black skinny jeans, and some black and gray vans.

"Hey buddy," i heard jordan say.

"I got you some nice cloths," I smile at him.

"What ones am I wearing," he asked me, I pointed to the cloths I picked out for him, "thanks mom."

"Get dressed I'm going to take my shower," I laugh, I walk to the bathroom.

*Time Skip*

"Jordan hand me my tie," I moan, jordan hid my fucken tie when I was in the shower.

"Why should I," he smiled.

"Because I need it," I say to him.

"Don't you have another," he asked.

"Jordan we need to go the uber is almost here," I jump around impatiently.

"Here," he handed me the tie, I pull him to me and give him a kiss.

"Let's go," I yell as I run down the stairs.

"Tom looking handsome tonight, ooooh jordan is looking fancy," Sonja narrated.

"We need to go it takes us 30 minutes to get there plus traffic it can take us an hour," I say as we walk out the door, "Tucker you can sit in The front."

"I don't need to I got one with 8 seats because I'm special," he smiled.

Me and jordan sit in the back of the car.

"Tom did you plan this," joked a whispers in my ear.

"Nope, I think Tucker did," I wrap my arm around him.

"With Evan and Jon, do they even like me," he asked me.

"I think so," I say as I play Dungeon Hunter V on my phone. (I'm the highest level on that game and I beat Tom's stronghold, get rekted Tom).

"Tom," he asked.

"Yes," I look up from my phone.

"Why me," he looked me right in the eye.

"Because, I'm your best friend, well more then best friend, I was completely empty without you and that day I came back to LA and saw you I felt so happy, then that stream were you let me do your hair, that looks extremely cute, I wanted to kiss you but I knew I couldn't, then the picture sonja took, I did g want to admit I liked you, and when I ran off to steves he sent me on my skateboard I ran into Evan and he and Jon helped me realize that, I like you," I explain to him, he stared into my eyes as I lean down to kiss him. A sudden jerk, loud bang, and something heavy falling on or off thecar pushed me off of Jordan's lips.

"What,"Jordan said looking around.

"What the actual fuck was that," I lean up in between the head rests of sonja and Tucker. Sonja starts to cry. I look up at the driver, a red substance runs along the windshield, "Jordan come here."

"T- Tom," he stammered i unbuckle my seatbelt and Jordan's, I bring him to my lap, "what's going on."

"Tucker we need to call the police," I say, I'm so glad jordan didn't see that I'm not sure what would have happened.

"Tom what is happening," Jordan asked.

"Nothing you need to worry about, sonja come back here and make sure jordan doesn't see anything," I cover Jordan's eyes.

"Tom I'm not a child," he said.

"Yes I know that but I don't want you looking at this ok now trust me keep your eyes closed please for me," I rub his back with my free hand.

"Ok," he sighed.

"Thank you," I peck his lip, "Tucker get outside the car right now."

We get outside of the car, a limp body lye on the ground. We both gasp, i pull out my phone.

"Hello what's your emergency," a lady asked.

"Our uber driver hit and I'm pretty sure killed someone," I look over to Tucker who was checking for her pulse, "correction hit and killed someone."

"Ok sir we are heading to your location right now is everyone else ok," she asked.

"The driver I think he passed out," I said as I looked into the car, I see the driver passed out and breathing.

"Ok sir thank you," she said and hung up.

"Jordan are you ok," I ask as I hear his sobs.

"He heard what you said," Sonja said to me. SHIT. Me and Tucker walk over to our partners, we all hug each other, sonja and jordan sobbing. We break the group hug. I grab Jordan's hand and bring him to a tree we can sit against.

"Shhhh jordan it will be ok," I coo rubbing his back as his grip on me becomes a death grip. His sobs are louder almost to the point of a scream. "Jordan look at me," i pickup his face, "it will be ok I promise don't worry about it." I wipe his tears away from his face with my thumbs.

I look over to sonja and Tucker, she isn't as hysterical as she was, two ambulances roll up Tucker goes up to talk to them, one of the paramedics comes up to us.

"Sirs are you two ok," he asked.

"Yes we are, he just doesn't do well with this stuff," I inform him.

"Do ether of you have anyone like a girlfriend you would like to contact," he asked. Ok this dude must be blind, i holding a full grown man in my arms, and wiping tears off of his face, DOES IT LOOK LIKE I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND.

"Umm I don't have a girlfriend I have him, and no I'm form England," I say to the guy. He looked shocked.

"Oh ok I'll go get someone else to ask you questions," he looked absolutely disgusted.

"Not one of those fuckers again I already had to deal with one today o don't need to deal with another," I mutter I heard I light chuckled come from Jordan, "did I make you laugh."

"Yeah," he calmed down, "can we cancel the dinner."

"Yeah I'll text Evan right now," I laugh.

Tom: Hey bud, we got into a car accident. So we won't be able to make it to diner maybe another time, have fun with Jon. Oh and I saw the ring in your pocket today, I'm sure he will say yes you two are absolutely perfect together.

I sent the text, I picked Jordan up from the group. We started to walk away.

"Wear do you think you are going," I cop asked.

"See sir we would like to forget about this for the moment, we would just like to go home cuddle up together with a beer and watch a movie so can all four of us leave," I point to Tucker, Sonja, Jordan, and I.

"Yes i assume so since you all seem to be perfectly fine and had nothing to do with the accident," he said.

"Thank you," I said as we walk away.
