I was sitting in bed on my laptop, pjs still on, when I got an email from Marvel. I'm not gonna lie, I might have pissed my pants. I was so excited!

"Mom," I yelled, hoping she would hear me from downstairs, "did you get me an interview with Marvel?"

"No sweetie, why?" She yelled back, the last bit sounding slightly concerned.

"Come, quick!" I could hear my mother running up the stairs and down the hall to my bedroom. When she got here, she snatched my laptop from my lap and began reading from my screen.

We at Marvel would like to inform you have been entered into our "Student appreciation" program. In this program, we choose ten different school's theater teachers to interview and get their opinions on who the most outstanding student in his or her class. Your theater teacher, Mrs. Barns, has entered you in this program.

"Mom, are you actually thinking about this?" to say I was extraordinarily nervous was an understatement.

"I actually spoke to Mrs. Barns about this months ago. I wasn't sure if she was actually going to enter you in this or not so I didn't tell you because I didn't want you to get disappointed." She rambled as if she was apologizing to me.

"Y/n, hush I'm on the phone." I turn around to see my mother already booking flights and cars to take us to Georgia. One she gets off the phone she says, "Y/n, me, you, Katie, and Miss Ally are going to Georgia." When I heard those words, I literally fainted.

I told you the chapters would thiccen up. This is honestly shit tho. The next chapter will just be abt you and Katie and how you two know each other. It'll also be abt you two packing and leaving for Georgia, so it'll be pretty boring, if u wanna just skim through it and not really read it, you can do so without missing anything BIG. If there's anything big (like a death of someone) it will prob be mentioned in the next ch but I'll get more into detail once you and Tom meet :)
