Chapter 28- Get Out.

A/N: this has not been proof read. Forgive me for the many mistakes you'll see there xD. I'll do it tomorrow, tho.

"Yes, but I'm not wearing a dress," you say and ruffle his hair a little bit and he scuffs, trying to hide from himself the fact that he got goosebumps at your action.

He raises his hand up to swat your away, to show some hostility that has been missing for the past minutes, but you have already dragged your hand away and turned your body to look up at the ceiling. Yet,  having your other hand in Jimin's, still not having realized it though.

"What do you mean you're not going to wear a dress?" Jimin asks his voice getting strict, "You have nothing better."

" Hold your horses there, Cowboy!" you exclaim and finally take away your hand from his and sit up on the couch, "I'm not going to wear anything I don't want to, okay?"

Now, all the calmness and peace you may have felt one moment ago is all gone being replaced by the feeling of suffocating and upcoming anger. THe nice Jimin is replaced by the forceful and hostile one,as well.

"It's just a party not a freaking wedding!" you raise your hands in the air to express your feelings and show that you don't have to be all dolled up to go to a party.

"Oh really? Like what sweatpants and a hoodie?" he says as he stands up to look strictly look at you.

Why is he acting like this? You're not a freaking five year old or totally out of fashion. You wear things and colors that are always in fashion; black/white and jeans with converse. When have those been out fashion?

"Omo! Jimin, I'm not dumb okay? I know how to dress for party!"  you say widening your eyes in irritation.

"Then show me!" he exclaims, "I really want to match with you, so I need to know what your going to wear," he obviously lies, using a stupid excuse.

You give him the poker face, "Do we really have to do this?"

"I'm waiting for you to show me," he says resting his hands on his waist.

Can't he just leave???

"You're impossible," you give in and look up at the ceiling as you start waking towards your room.

However, on perfect timing, Eun-bi walks in the apartment and raises her eyebrows in surprise once she sees you and Jimin,

"What are you guys doing here... Alone?"

"Aaiish, we'll be going to Chae-Rin a party tonight and he doesn't trust my sense of fashion," you say and lazily wave your hand to indicate Jimin.

"Not just your sense of fashion. I don't trust you in general," he spits although he may not truly believe those words.

"Good, because I don't trust you either," you huff and shoot him a glare.

"Gosh, you two are such five year olds. Just become a real couple already," Eun-bi mutters to herself.

"Sorry, what did you say?" you ask her while blinking a couple of times, not having grabbed her words.

"I said," she begins trying to come up with something to cover herself up, "Don't you have a flight tomorrow? Why will you go the party?"

"Uuuuh," you growl as your stomach drops again, "My Plans got canceled, my parents have things to do,"

"Or maybe they just don't want you there," you hear Jimin's voice say and your head snaps towards him as you look at him in disbelief.

Did he seriously just that? After his previous words, back on the couch, he is literally just saying this cruel thing about your parents? What is he trying to do? He wasn't lying back there was he? Or maybe he was... Being all nice so that you agree on going to that party.

What a motherfucker.

"Okay, I think it's time for you to leave" you sternly look at him, clenching your jaw and pointing towards the hallway, trying to keep yourself from going all nuts on him.

The moment Jimin uttered those words, he immediately realized how cruel they were and that after your previous moment, no such thing should be stated. He wants to apologize yet, he does not. Something holds him from doing it, and it's too strong.

"Jimin," Eun-bi begins softly noticing that the veins on your neck start showing, "You should go, the boys need you to see the songs,"

At Eun-bi's soft words and your deathly glare, Jimin finds himself rushing outside your apartment, with his shoes in his hands, not willing to lose time to wear them inside. Of course he keeps cursing himself for saying that, no matter how much you two might hate each other, there is supposed to be a line, and he crossed it. He needs to make it up to you about that, and he will at the party. Let's just hope you're still willing to go.

"Um..you know he didn't mean it, right?" Eun-bi asks cautiosly, trying not to trigger you.

She's never seen you really angry about something so she doesn't really know how to act around the seriously mad Y/N.

"Don't try to clean up the jerk's mess" you say with a sly expression as you head to your room, with Eun-bi following you.

"Aigoo... It's messy in here," She says the moment she enters your room and sees your clothes sprawled all around.

"Another one of Jimin's creations," you growl as you start gathering up all your clothing.

Maybe you made a wrong choice, your shouldn't have tried helping him or befriending him at all.

"Hmm, this would look good on you," She says as she pick up the black dress and examines it.

"Eun-bi, don't even think about it," you shoot her a warning glass and she immediately folds the dress and places it in your closet.

"You will come at the party, won't you?" she asks.

"I'm seriously thinking I should not," you say with a low threatening voice.

"Aah, don't do so because he had a stupid moment and said the wrong thing," she defends him.

"You know what, Eun-bi? He crossed the line. I can take all the shit he has to say about me, but if being a hypocrite and talking about my parents is his thank you for saving up his ass in front of Chae-Rin then I ain't helping," you raise your hands in the air.

"Hypocrite? Why would he be a hypocrite?" She asks with confusion. As far as she known you and Jimin had always been clear with each other.

Hate?

Hate, it is.

"He was here when my parents called to tell me I can't go and he... kinda..."you trail off blushing at the thought,  "comforted me" you look anywhere but at the shocked Eun-bi, who has been waiting for something like this happen like crazy.

At this she bursts put laughing, "Omo! You guys are so blind to each other!"

"Why are you laughing?" your eyes widen in confusion.

Has she gone nuts?

"Aiish, it's so obvious that the two of you like each other. Just admit it already!"

"Eun-bi stop saying nonsense! He doesn't like me and I most certainly don't like him" You claim as you walk to your closet to put in your shirts.

Eun-bi sighs and decides it is time to help speed up the process even if it means spilling a few assumptions she has on her good friend, Jimin.

"But it's obvious! I mean, you two are so alike! You're loyal to your friends, both of you are super kind and cute and shy and we can always count on you, and..." she stops for a second trying to find the perfect words to describe you yet she can't, "And I don't know!! You're like the perfect people!"

"Are you sure we're talking about the same Jimin?" you ask raising an eyebrow since you haven't seen a Jimin like that, well, you have, but right now you're starting to think that It was all am act to get you to fall in his trap.

However, Eun-bi ignores you, "There is obvious attraction between the two of you, yet you guys are so scared to fall in love that you have turned yourselves hostile towards each other and are blinded. I mean, everybody can see it except the two of you!"

"Eun-bi, stop speaking nonsense, stuff like that only happen in books, the only obvious thing I can see is that Jimin hates me," you say trying not to let Eun-bi's words get to you,

"I don't know Jimin's personality, I tried getting to know him and he pushed me away, so, I don't think he has any other feelings for me" you say, at the moment, believing every single word you are saying.

"Okay, but tell me why do you think everyone in campus has bought the lie of you and him being a couple? It's because of the obvious chemistry the two of you have! You guys are like a real couple! You fit each other so much! None of you has realized yet,  it's driving me crazy!" Eun-bi says almost at the point of ripping her hair out.

Her words put you into thought, though.

Is there really chemistry between you and Jimin? I mean, whenever you and him have been considerably nice to each other, or even a while ago at the couch, you really felt an unknown connection wit him. Like you completely understand him and he completely understands you as well.
You even felt like you were free to cry Infront of him...

Could there really be that kind of chemistry between the two of you?

Naaaah, that's not possible.

Yet, again you tell yourself to not believe Eun-bi's words. Because if you do.... You'll have hope and might start seeing Jimin from another point of view and guessing from Jimin's actions towards you the past six months, you'll probably end up heart broken.

Most times you give advice to people and yourself to have hope and continue fighting, yet here you are absolutely sure that  there won't be a good ending so you just restrain from it.

"I still don't think so, Eun-bi" you tell her and her face falls as anger boils up inside her at your ignorance.

"Okay, that's it! I've had enough! You're coming to that party, you're going to look fire and hopefully Jimin will realize something and act on his feelings otherwise you're too much of a chicken to admit your feelings even to yourself,"

Maybe Eun-bi's last sentence is true. Maybe you truly have been a chicken on the whole matter, afraid that you might end up heartbroken in the end and that is why you kept yourself away, brainwashing yourself into believing that you didn't have enough time for it, or that you didnt need it.

"Eun-bi-" you begin to protest but she cuts you off.

"No! If you don't want to go for Jimin then fine. Freaking don't. I'm dragging you there as my best friend," she says and the fire in her eyes scares the hell out of you.

There is no way you are getting out of this, so you might as well just go.
And who knows, maybe you'll get a better revenge on Jimin if you attend and embarrass him than not going at all.
