"Care to explain?"  Yoongi asks shoving his phone in your face the moment you open the door. 

​​​​​​"When did you even get here? You called like two minutes ago?" you ask ignoring Yoongi's question as you step aside to let him in and then the other five boys follow suit. 

​​​​​​"What the heck you, guys? How did you all come here together? " you ask with a confused expression on your face," Aren't you supposed to go on a date in an hour?" You ask NamJoon who is the last one to enter. 

He looks at you with fake pain written in his eyes, "She canceled,"  he says over dramatically

"You used another weird pickup line, didn't you?" you ask giving him your poker face. 

"Oh! Come on!" he says frustrated, "They're not that bad!" 

​​​​​​"If it makes you sleep better at night..." You sass him and he gives you the 'are you serious?' look and you just grin. 

Out of the blue, Yoongi shows up in the hallway again, "What are you two doing? Come here!"  he grabs both, you and NamJoon, by your wrists and drags you inside where everyone is seated on the couch, the two sofas and some are even sitting on the ground (Jungook and Tae), given the fact that you don't have enough room for nine people in that living room. 

The moment you enter everyone starts shooting questions, as to why you and Jimin were out with Cody and Chae-Rin, whether Jimin and Chae-Rin are back together and if you and Cody are a couple, or if you and Jimin are dating, and they get really frustrated at the fact that you told them nothing.

Well, everyone except Taehyung who has an idea of what is going on but he's respecting his friends privacy and awaits for his friend to say all that he wants. 

After Mama-Jin manages to make everyone shut up so that Jimin and You can explain the situation. Well actually Jimin is doing most of the talking because the medicine you took has made you more sleepy and you can't really put your mind to think straight and say all the events as they happened and the conclusion that follows those events. 

"So... You guys are dating..." Hoseok trails off, "But... are not really dating.." 

"Um.. Yeah..." You nod your head. 

"And... You are doing this so that Chae-Rin leaves you alone..." Yoongi asks Jimin, who nods in response. 

"This..." Seok-Jin begins, "Is messed up..." 

"Indeed it is" Eun-bi agrees. 

"So... Does that also mean that the two of you will stop disliking each other and get along for once?" NamJoon asks with hope visible in his eyes. 

​​​​​​"No," you and Jimin say at the same time and everyone hangs their shoulders and sighs disappointment. 

​​​​​"Gaah, you guys go slower than any turtle walks from the beach to the top of a mountain" Jungkook whines, totally done with the two of you. 

"What do you mean, Kookie?" you shoot him a questioning look and Jimin's face twists into fake disgust as he understands what his dongsaeng has said. 

Little do you know, Eun-bi and Tae had snapped a few pictures of you and Jimin the other day, when they found the two of you sleeping in each other's arms, and of course they had to share their theories with the rest of the gang. Who were rather confused at first and wanted to corner you and Jimin until you spit the entire truth out, but a few voices of logic (SeokJin and NamJoon) thought it would be best to lure you into telling the truth about the 'secret relationship' between you and Jimin and when they were ready to set their plan on action, the 'Chae-Rin post' happens and all their theories blow in the air.

"aaah, never mind," Jungkook waves you off and you shoot the others a questioning look but they all stay silent. 

"Okay, now that things are clear,"  you stand up from your seat, "I'm going to get some rest,"  you say and head out of the living room.
 
"Check your temperature!" you hear Jimin yell, and you take a step back to peek your head in the living room, giving the most confused look you've ever given to anyone. 

"Jimin what are you doing?" You ask referring to his strange and sudden caring behavior. 

"Just practicing, you know" he tries to say nonchalantly, but his blushing cheeks ruin the image. 

You decide to let this slide, not in the mood to take it any further, "Okay..."

"Oh! It might happen faster than I thought"  Jungkook whispers to Tae, and the both snicker together. 

"Huh?" you peek your head back in again. 

"Nothing go check your temperature" Tae waves you off, and you head to the kitchen. 

After you manage to find the thermometer you place it inbetween your arm pit and lazily wait for it to signal you that the time is up. Once it happens you pull it out to see what it has counted. Your eyes go wide when you see the number. 

39°C?

Crap.  

You search around for the Cherry Flavored Syrup you have but it's no where to be seen. You do recall Eun-bi breaking something the other day but you don't exactly know what. One thing is sure, the floor was sticky for four days. 

You head back to the living room and lean on the door frame, "Eun-bi what happened to the Cherry Syrup?"

 Everyone's attention turns on you and Eun-bi's eyes go wide, she totally forgot she had to replace that bottle of syrup with a new one, since she broke the previous. 

"Um.. I dont know what you're talking about..." Eun-bi says avoiding your gaze. 

"You broke it, didn't you? That's why the floor was so sticky for four days," you mumble and Hoseok gasps, being the clean-freak he is. 

"I forgot to replace it" she admits knowing she can't escape her faith and looks at you apologetically,
 
"Sorry" 

"It's okay," You give her a smile, "Does anyone wanna make a small trip to the drugstore?"  you grin awkwardly in hope that someone is kind enough to do you the favor and get their but out in the cold, but given the fact that they are all selfish demons (just kidding) they don't offer their aid,

"Seriously?"  you ask giving your poker face. 

"It's too cold out there!" Jungkook whines, while he hugs on of your pillows. 

"Yah! Jimin, be a good boyfriend and go to the drugstore for your girlfriend" Seok-Jin mockingly orders and you find yourself feeling weird at this statement. 

Being called someone's girlfriend is new to you, and you haven't figured out whether you should welcome this title or push it away. Well, at this point you can't really push it away, you've already made a promise any besides at some point you'll have to get used to it. 

"Aaigooo!! Don't start the teasing!" Jimin whines while he buries his face in hands in embarssment. 

He's embarrassed? Why is he embarrassed?

Does he always get that shy? Or is it just a momentary thing? Damn, embarrassed Jimin is cute. 

After the last thought, you mentally slap yourself for thinking like this, because you know you shouldn't get attached to him, in any way. At least not until you're sure, he won't be bad in the end. 

"Aish, never mind, I'll go on my own. I have a few other stuff to buy anyways" You say quite irritated that you'll have to go out, but whatever.

 They shall suffer in regret when I become worse because of the trip to the drugstore out in the cold. 

The Drama Queen version of you says in your head as you walk to the door and put your shoes on. 

"Wait, I'll go," You hear Jimin say as he comes out to the hallway and goes to put his shoes on as well. 

"Um... Unless you're willing to go to the drugstore and ask for period products as well, then no" you boldly say in his face just to see his shocked and embarrassed face expression. 

"O-okay, y-you go, then" he messes his hair up and dashes off to the living room. 

Is he having problems? Didn't he say that he was not going to change his attitude towards me? 

You, indeed, are confused. No longer than twenty minutes ago, he told you that his attitude won't become any friendlier when you're not playing 'relationship' yet again, here he is asking if you checked your temperature and offering to go to the drugstore for you. Well, whatever it is, you sure don't mind it. 

After you literally, dress yourself so warm it seems that you are prepared for a snowstorm, you head out and walk to the drugstore that is just a block from your apartment. 

You hate the fact that the cold wind is constantly slapping your face, but your torture is stopped the moment you enter the drugstore and you shiver at the sudden change of temperature. Even though you might not be a huge fan of sudden temperature changes--because, after all, this is what causes the common cold and most sicknesses-- you cannot care less right now. 

You rush to find the syrup and then look for all the 'lady stuff' you need. However, having lost the sense of your surroundings, due to being in deep thought, you bump onto another female. You look and you see a very familiar face and after a second of staring at her face like a fool you realize it is Lisa, the girl who was set up with Jimin on a double date with Eun-bi and Tae. However, something seems off, she doesn't look like you remembered her to look; she has died her hair black.  

"Y/N!" she gives you a bright smile. 

"Lisa! Hey! Nice hair color!" you smile back and compliment her hair.

Ppfft, are people seriously taking up the trend of changing hair colors, or is just me believing this?

You think as Jimin's red hair come to your mind.   

"Aaaww! Thanks she says politely, "How are you feeling?" see squirms happily. 

"I'm good, I guess? Just a little bit ill" you say not understanding why she's so excited. It's not like you're friends or anything, you've only met her once. 

"​​​​​​Not about that silly!" she waves her hand in front of you, "I'm talking about everyone finding out about you and Jimin, you guys played it good. Hating each other and all! However, I knew something was going between the two of you, when we were on that supposed 'double date'  he just kept looking at you, especially when that Cody guy showed up!" she says finishing her little rumble. 

You give her an awkward chuckle and smile afterwards, "I'm feeling really good about it" you throw your lame answer, not being able to come up with anything else. 

"You guys are really cute! Don't break up!" she ignoring your earlier statement. 

"We won't" you purse your lips in awkwardness. 

"Great!" she cheers, "Well I've got to go now, hope to see you again!" she waves you goodbye and goes to the cashier. 

"Bye!" you wave back, and sigh in relief once she turns her back to you. 
Man, pretending to be someone's girlfriend is actually harder that you thought.

You're practically sure that your responses to Lisa were as realistic as a dragon wearing a pink dress and singing to Beyoncé's 'Single Ladies'  can be. Not realistic at all, in other words. Let's hope that you'll do better next time. 

After you pay for your things you leave the drugstore and walk back to your apartment, allowing the cold wind to slap again until you make it to your destination. 

You feel relief once you enter your building and enter the elevator to go to your floor, usually you use the stairs for exercise purposes but you can't even see clearly right now, so elevator it is.

Once the doors open you step out and walk to your apartment's door and search for your keys in your pockets only to realize that you didn't take them when you left.

"Ugh, seriously?" you growl as you raise your hand up and ring the doorbell multiple times.

You patiently wait for the door to be opened, but in the meantime  you feel your nose getting tickled and unexpectedly the moment the door opens you sneeze right in the face of the person who opened the door, which of course is no other than Jimin.
