"Please" he says and you look at him straight in the eyes. 

He seems like he doesn't really want Cody to be with you right now, but why?

You two are staying completely silent, not starting up any conversation while both of you can, yet you don't.  

Cody will definitely be one to strike up a conversation. However, his pleading eyes show that he had a very good reason for not wanting Cody to join them. 

"O-okay," you stutter and blink a few a times. 

Jimin nods his head as a thank you and internally prays that Cody doesn't see the two of you.
 
As expected Cody didn't see the two of you and he sat on a table for two by the other side of the Pastry Shop far away from you. 

"Do you...Want to leave?" you ask cautiously with a low voice, while turning to look at Jimin who seems really upset. 

What is wrong with him? 

You seriously start getting worried. You have never seen him like that. All the times you've seen him his either snarky, an annoying piece of shit, cheeky, a playful tease, with a smile on his face, but you've never seen him upset. To be honest your heart clenches a tiny, tiny bit, you don't really realize it, but it does.

Ppsshhh, tuff boys who show you their vulnerability have always been one of your weaknesses. 

As Jimin is about to look up to you and answer, the bell rings once again and both your heads snap the door to see who has come in. 

Jimin's stomach does a huge flip as he sees Chae-Rin entering the shop and giving a smile to Cody who stands up to greet her. 

Your eyes widen at the sight, how the heck do these two know each other? What are you missing on? Well, a more accurate question would be; what story have you jumped in?

You look at Jimin and you see him looking at Chae-Rin and Cody with sad yet, angry eyes. Seeing him like this causes a feeling of dislike within you. You gotta take action. 

"Okay, Chims, we're going" you call him by his nickname and you grab his wrist after you've stood up and have taken your coat.
 
"Wait" he tells you, still sitting on the chair, he gives you a blank look, to which you can read all the sadness from behind, "I haven't paid for these"  he refers to the ice cream you guys ate. 

"Um, Okay,  wait here then" you wear your coat zip it up, and wear the big hood it has to hide your face from the the other two as much as possible, because you have to pass by their table to get the cashier.

So, in order to not get noticed you kinda have to look like an Eskimo but whatever. 

"Here you go" you hand over to the cashier your credit card once you've successfully managed to pass by Cody and Chae-Rin unnoticed.

However, curiosity gets the best of you and for no longer than a split second you turn your head to look at them and you find Cody's eyes on yours and you turn your head back, cursing your self for getting caught.
 
What are you gonna do now? He knows you saw him,  right? Or doesn't he? Maybe he didn't see you... I mean.. It was all too fast... He may have not even recognized you.

The cashier hands you back your credit card and once she thanks you, you lower your head as much as possible, pull your phone out and pretend to be texting, while you walk back to Jimin. 

However, just as you pass by Cody's and Chae-Rin's table, Cody calls out to you, "Y/N!" he says cheerfully, and you out of instinct look up to meet his eyes. 

Of course you regret this action the moment you do it. You could have easily pretended you didn't hear him, or that Y/N is not your name, but you just had to look up. 

Oh shit...Please don't tell me to join you, please don't tell me to join you! 

"Heeyyyy!" you say with a little bit high pitched voice and a fake smile. 

Shit, shit, shit, 

You glance at Jimin and you see him looking at you with fear written all over his face.
 
Oooohh, fuck. 

"How come you're here? Did you and the boys finish the songs?" Cody asks flashing you a smile. 

"Uum, the boys must have finished them I guess, I was not feeling to well so I left" you say with a much calmer voice, maybe he just wants to chat and he won't ask you to stay. 

"Is Jimin here too?  Are you guys on a date?" Chae-Rin asks with a smile and you turn your entire body to look at her because the big hoodie of your coat is limiting your visual range. 

"uuumm" you say thinking whether it going to be a good idea to say yes or no. 

"Ooh, never mind I saw him!" Chae-Rin says and she motions over to Jimin to come where the three of your are. 

Fuuuuuuuckkkkk 

You sing-song in your head as you see Jimin approaching and he's discreetly giving you the deadliest of death glares. You gulp and give him an awkward smile. 

"Hey, Jimin" Cody says to Jimin.

"Hey!" Jimin responds with a smile. 

"Oh! I have an idea!" Chae-Rin says in a cheery voice.
 
Whatever your idea is, please don't say it! 

"Why don't we all hang out? You know... Like a double date? Right now? Catch up on our news and get to know Y/N as well!"

And she said it... Wait. Catch up on news? What the fuck is going on?

Your eyebrows furrow in confusion, you know Jimin and Chae-Rin used to date but do Cody and Jimin know each other from before? 

"Double date?" Cody asks confused, "Wait you guys are dating? Didn't you tell me you were single today?"  Cody asks looking at you with a weird expression on this face. 

"A-and that is b-because" you stutter a bit until you manage to find an explanation that can be legit, "Because we were dating in secret until now, but a few hours ago we decided to... To Um... Announce it?" you says smiling while pursing your lips at the same time.
 
"Yeah, yeah, that's why" Jimin agrees and stands closer to you. 

"Ooohh, interesting! Sit down and tell us more about your relationship, you guys!" Chae-Rin cheers and claps her hands a couple of times.
 
"Uuhh" you hesitate a little bit, "I-i'm not feeling well, like I said, I'm sick-" you try to get yourself out of this situation but Chae-Rin cuts you in mid sentence, 

"Why would you be at Pastry Shop eating ice cream if you're not feeling well?"

"How do you know we were eating Ice Cream?" you asks, your eyes nearly bulging out. 

"I heard you mention it at the Cashier" she explains and you let an 'oh'  escape your lips. 

"Come on let's go sit at that table, we'll be more comfortable" Chae-Rin says and stands up. 

She grabs your wrist and drags you to a table for four people and forcefully sits you down. 

Jimin purses his lips, and with no other choice sits down beside you, while you take off your coat, and hang it on the back of your chair. 

Chae-Rin and Cody sit in front of you and Cody motions to a worker at the pastry shop to come take orders. 

"Oh... Um... Excuse me one second while I go to the washroom," she and stands up leaving you surprised that she didn't ask you to accompany her, but glad nonetheless. 

Now that Chae-Rin is gone there's the three of you left, sitting in an awkward silence, you feel the tension is really high, Jimin keeps looking at anywhere but You and Cody, his leaning with his left elbow on the arm of your chair and his right leg his stretched outwards while his left leg bounces up and down in anxiousness. 

"So... You and Chae-Rin are dating?" You make an attempt to start a talk and release some of the tension, but it only seems to be building up considering that Jimin starts bouncing his leg faster, and he clenches his fist. 

"Yeah, we've been together for a year" Cody smiles not seeming to notice Jimin's odd reaction, well...More like chooses to ignore it. 

"Wow... Nice" You smile nodding your head, without the smallest idea of how to continue. 

They Chae-Rin shows up and she passes from behind you and Jimin to get to her seat she discreetly runs her fingers across Jimin's shoulders and he shivers a little bit but you do notice. 

"So, how did you guys meet?" Chae-Rin asks once she sits down. 

"Jimin" you stay with a sweet voice, that sends shivers down his spine, "Do you wanna say how we met?"  you ask giving him your sweetest smile and batting your eyelashes a couple of times.
 
"Um, yeah, we met through Eun-bi, you guys know her," he begins, he's actually going to say the true story, "It was the second day she came from (home country)  and had moved in with Eun-bi, who decided to bombard the poor girl with a welcoming party, she hadn't even completely  regained her senses from her sleep that morning when Eunbi barged all seven of us in alone with a few other friends" he laughs as he remembers seeing you that morning, you blush and chuckle as well at the memory of that day, "We were all casually sitting in the living room, and she comes in, holding a mug of coffee, while wearing Avengers pajamas, her hair was a total mess, and her lips where swollen and a little chapped from dehydration, but I found her beautiful"  he finishes and you find yourself blushing really hard.

How can he remember all those details? After six months he even remembers which day after your arrival he met you, and such details as what your pajamas were! This is actually kind of creeping you out right now, but at the same time it makes you feel warm because he remembered those details. 

What the fuck, Jimin?

"Aaaww" you hear Chae-Rin gosh over the two of you and then she looks at you, " You're so sweet Jimin! You're really lucky to have him, Y/N,"
 
"I know I'm lucky, he's literally a diamond" you say as you rest your elbow on the back of his chair and slowly start caressing his hair, "And I'm not planning on letting him go, because people like him only enter your life once"  you say and lovingly look at Jimin--who is blushing like mad-- and afterwards at Chae-Rin who smiles, but you know the blood inside her is boiling. 

​​​​​​Something, is definitely up with her, from what Jimin has mentioned, he doesn't want her, therefore that means she's pushing herself into his life again and he wants to avoid her... That's why he mentioned you as his fake girlfriend when he had the chance, in hope that she'll leave him alone, but she clearly isn't. 

And giving that Jimin is feeling suffocated right now, and you understand that, feeling sympathy for him you decided to open up your self a bigger hole  and throw your self more in this problem. 

Okay, so you've made it clear to Chae-Rin that as his girlfriend you won't make the same mistake she did and let him go, that might make her step back a bit. 

Now, what else you need to do is find a way to get you and Jimin's ass out of here. Just in perfect timing your phone and you see it's Eun-bi.

"Uh, sorry I have to answer to this" you say, not bothering to stand up, you don't care if you're being rude, you have got to leave this place,

"Yes?" 

"Hey, Y/N,  are you coming? I want to dye my hair" she tells you with a calm nonchalant voice. 

Your eyes widen in fake worry, "Omoo!!! Are you okay? Don't move!!! Please stay where you are! We're coming right now! Don't move and stay calm okay?"  you say with a loud and worried voice into the phone. 

​​​​​​"What, Y/N are you okay? Did something hit you?" Eun-bi asks you, thinking you've gone nuts. 

"We'll be there in five minutes just hold on!" you say once more and shut your phone off. 

"What happened?" Jimin asks worried and you rush to stand up and wear your coat and sling your backpack on your shoulder. 

"Eun-bi, she slipped and she can't move, hurry we gotta rush!" you say and nudge him him to move faster. 

"You guys, we're really sorry, we can't stay any longer but an emergency occurred and we have to dash! Byee!" you says and you drag Jimin out of the store, not giving the other couple to utter a word. 

Once outside the store, you keep on holding onto his hands and running down the street until you're a block away from the Pastry Shop. 

Once you think you are far enough, you stop with a hault, "What are you doing?"  Jimin asks as he widens his eyes. 

"Calm down, Eun-bi is perfectly fine, I just needed a reason to leave that place" you say as you lean on a wall to catch your breath; being sick and running is definitely not a good combination. 

"Oh man, you scared the hell out of me" he says and he too leans on a wall to catch his breadth. 

"Ppfft, you can thank-" you try to say but your interrupted by a coughing fit. 

Jimin rushes to your side and holds you while you cough, "You okay?"  he asks once he notices you've stopped coughing and are just taking in deep breaths. 

"Yeah, let's go to the bus stop" you say, and you get all of your hair out of your face giving Jimin a clear view of your tomato-red face. 

Jimin frowns when he looks at you and brings his hand to your forehead, "Aaah, You're burning, come one lets take you home"  he says and you nod as turn start walking towards the busstop. 

However, that is the last thing that is said between the two of you, for a while. You both are feeling too awkward and embarrassed by your earlier statements to start up a conversation.
